The scrubbing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of first scrubbing grooves are formed on one side of said first scrubbing disc adjacent to the laundry; each first scrubbing groove is centrosymmetric with the first through hole; the number of the first scrubbing strips is consistent with that of the first scrubbing grooves, and the first scrubbing strips correspond to the first scrubbing grooves one to one; the first scrubbing strips are embedded in the corresponding first scrubbing grooves.

A scrubbing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said first scrubbing disc includes an inner disc and an outer disc; the inner disc and the outer disc share a central axis; a circular hole is formed in the middle of the outer disc; the inner disc is rotatably connected to the round hole, so that the inner disc can rotate relative to the outer disc; the first through hole is arranged at the circle center of the inner disc.
