Description

Sheath device, rifle head subassembly and electrodynamic type bolt tight rifle
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a sheathing device for protecting a gun head of an electric bolt tightening gun, to a gun head assembly provided with the sheathing device, and to an electric bolt tightening gun equipped with the gun head assembly.
Background
In the automotive industry, it is often necessary to use electrically powered bolt tightening guns to tighten a threaded member (such as a torque tool bolt) to connect the associated components. Before and after the tip of the electric bolt tightening gun is moved into and out of a working point where tightening is performed, since the exposed tip (particularly, a working portion at the front end of the tip) is hard, the surface of a vehicle body or the surface of a related component may be inadvertently scratched, and the scratched portion has to be repaired by a post-process such as painting, thereby unnecessarily increasing the labor intensity of a worker and the production cost.
One conceivable solution is to fixedly mount a protective sleeve made of a flexible material on the front end of the lance tip to surround the working portion of the lance tip to provide protection. Such a protective sleeve has a certain effect on the cylindrical working portion, since the lance tip performs a certain amount of axial movement during operation, but for sharp and/or profiled working portions it is extremely vulnerable and does not ensure that the working portion is exposed during operation for the tightening operation.
Accordingly, it is desirable to provide a sheath device for exposing a working portion of a gun head for a tightening operation when an electric bolt tightening gun is operated, and covering the working portion of the gun head when not operated, thereby preventing the working portion from unintentionally scratching a surface of a vehicle body or a related component.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides the following concepts: the protective sleeve device is sleeved on the gun head of the electric bolt tightening gun, and can always cover the working part of the gun head when the electric bolt tightening gun is not operated, so that the working part of the gun head is prevented from accidentally scratching the surface of a vehicle body or the surface of a related part. When the electric bolt tightens the gun, the sheath device can retract a certain distance to expose the working part of the gun head for tightening operation. After the tightening operation is finished, the sheath device can be automatically reset to cover the working part of the gun head again. Therefore, the protection is provided for the working part of the gun head in a simple and low-cost mode, the related parts are prevented from being damaged, and the subsequent labor cost and treatment cost are saved.
Therefore, the utility model provides a sheath device which is constructed to be sleeved on a gun head of an electric bolt tightening gun so as to protect a working part at the front end of the gun head. Detailed Description
With reference to fig. 1, there is shown an electric bolt-tightening gun 2 equipped with a gun head assembly 1 provided with a sheathing apparatus according to the present invention. The gun head assembly 1 comprises a gun head 3 used for tightening the gun 2 by an electric bolt and a sheath device sleeved on the gun head 3. The sheath device is provided such that it always remains covering the working portion 34 of the gun head 3 when the electric bolt tightening gun 2 is not operated (see fig. 2 b). When the electric bolt tightening gun 2 is operated, the working portion 34 of the gun head 3 is exposed from the sheath device (see fig. 2a) to perform the tightening operation. After the tightening operation is finished, the sheath device is automatically reset to cover the working portion 34 of the lance tip 3. Due to the shielding effect of the sheathing means, it is avoided that the hard and/or sharp working portion 34 of the lance tip 3 unintentionally scratches the surface of the bodywork or the related components.
Referring to fig. 3, there is shown an exploded view of the sheath apparatus according to the utility model mounted to the lance tip. The sheath device mainly includes an inner sheath member 30, a spring member 20, a movable sheath member 10, and a stopper sheath member 40. The sheath device is detachably mounted on the gun head 3 of the electric bolt tightening gun 2.
The inner sleeve member 30 may be configured to be sleeve-connected to the elongated shank portion 36 of the lance tip 3. Preferably, the inner sleeve member 30 is securely sleeved onto the batch rod portion 36. The inner sheath member 30 is made of a metal material. Preferably, the inner sheath member 30 is made of a stainless steel material. The movable sleeve member 10 comprises a first end 16 for covering the working portion 34 of the lance tip 3 and a second end 12 of increased diameter. The second end surface 19 of the second end portion 12 is adapted to abut a spring member 20. The movable sleeve member 10 is configured to be slidably mounted to the batch rod portion 36. Referring to fig. 3, the spring member 20 is sleeved to the batch rod portion 36 and is located between the inner sleeve member 30 and the movable sleeve member 10. The first end of the spring member 20 abuts against the second end surface 19 of the movable sleeve member 10 and the second end of the spring member 20 abuts against the first end surface 32 of the inner sleeve member 30. Thus, the inner sheath member 30 provides a limit function to the spring member 20. The spring member 20 is preferably a coil spring. The spring member 20 may also be a cylindrical member having a desired elasticity. In the assembled gun head assembly 1 (see fig. 4), the spring member is normally in an extended state, ensuring that the movable sleeve member 10 extends beyond the working portion 34 of the gun head 3 by a distance of 0-2mm, thereby ensuring that the working portion 34 of the gun head 3 is completely covered. When the electric bolt tightening gun 2 equipped with the gun head assembly 1 is operated, the working portion 34 of the gun head 3 is exposed from the sheath device by 3-6mm to perform the tightening operation. The movable sleeve member 10 is made of a flexible material (i.e. a non-rigid material, preferably a POM material) and encases the rigid working portion 34 of the lance tip to avoid scratching the surface of the vehicle body.
Referring to fig. 4, the stop collar component 40 may include a conical portion and a cylindrical portion. The stop sleeve component 40 comprises a stop portion 41, and the stop portion 41 may be disposed within the conical portion. The stop portion 41 is configured to abut against the first end surface 18 of the second end portion 12 of the movable jacket member 10 to define the maximum extension of the movable jacket member 10. The cylindrical portion of the stop collar member 40 may be provided with a plurality of threaded holes 42, preferably three threaded holes evenly spaced circumferentially, or more than three threaded holes. The stop collar member 40 is fixed by screwing a fastening screw through the screw hole 42 to be crimped onto the circumferential surface of the inner collar member 30. Also, the stop collar member 40 positions the various components of the sheath assembly into position through this connection. The stop collar component 40 may be made of a flexible material (i.e., a non-rigid material, preferably a POM material).
When the sheath device and the gun head 3 are assembled to form the gun head assembly 1, the inner sleeve part 30 is firmly sleeved on the batch rod part 36 of the gun head 3; then the spring member 20 and the movable sleeve member 10 are successively sleeved onto the batch rod portion 36 such that the second end portion of the spring member 20 abuts against the first end surface 32 of the inner sleeve member 30 and the first end portion of the spring member 20 abuts against the second end surface 19 of the movable sleeve member 10; then the cylindrical portion of the stop sleeve member 40 is sleeved a distance from the first end 16 of the moveable sleeve member 10 such that the stop portion 41 of the stop sleeve member 40 abuts the first end surface 18 of the second end 12 of the moveable sleeve member 10 and the second end of the spring member 20 in the extended state just abuts the first end surface 32 of the inner sleeve member 30; finally, a plurality of fastening screws are radially crimped onto the circumferential surface of the inner sleeve member 30 through the threaded holes 42 of the stop sleeve member 40, thereby mounting the sheath device on the lance tip 3 to form the lance tip assembly 1 provided with the sheath device. The gun head assembly formed in this way is inserted into the electric bolt tightening gun 2, and tightening operation can be performed. The above arrangement enables the movable sleeve part 10 to perform a telescopic movement within a certain range along the longitudinal axis of the lance tip 3 relative to the stop sleeve part 40 under the action of the spring part 20. When the electric bolt tightening gun is not operated, the spring part 20 keeps an extending state, so that the movable sleeve part 10 extends outwards to cover the working part 34 of the gun head 3; in the operation of the electric bolt tightening gun, the movable sleeve member 10 is pushed rearward to retract a distance against the elastic force of the spring member 20, thereby exposing the working portion 34 of the gun head 3 for a tightening operation of a screw member such as a torque tool bolt. After the tightening operation is finished, the sheath means is automatically restored by the elastic action of the spring means 20 to re-cover the working portion 34 of the lance tip 3.
Since the movable sleeve part 10 can always cover the working part 34 of the lance tip 3 from being exposed when the lance tip assembly 1 is not in use, inadvertent scratching of the bodywork surface during movement of the lance tip 3 into and out of the working point is avoided.
The various components of the sheathing apparatus are of corresponding construction and dimensions to those of the lance tip 3. In order to facilitate the distinction of the sheathing devices for different models of lance tips 3, the model of the sheathing device may also be printed on the stop collar part 40, so that the corresponding sheathing device is easily found for replacement after the sheathing device is lost or damaged.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the sheath device further comprises a plurality of magnetic elements 14 inserted in the first end 16 of the mobile sleeve element 10. The plurality of magnetic elements 14 is preferably six. The first end 16 of the movable sleeve part 10 is provided with a plurality of circumferentially arranged insertion holes 17 for inserting a plurality of magnetic parts 14 and a recess 28 for receiving a torque tool bolt to be tightened. The shape of the recess 28 is adapted to the tightening operating end of the torque tool bolt so that at least a portion of the tightening operating end can be received in the recess for facilitating the operational positioning of the lance tip 3.
Magnetic component 14 may be used to provide suction to a threaded member (such as a torque tool bolt) that acts to: 1) for a conventional, non-magnetic, working part 34 of the lance tip 2, the suction effect is additionally provided at low manufacturing costs; 2) for a working part 34 of the lance tip 2 with certain magnetism, a more enhanced suction effect is provided at a lower cost; 3) if the magnetism of the magnetic component is not enough, a new magnetic component with stronger magnetism can be conveniently replaced; and 4) the magnetic part has simple structure, easy installation and manufacture, saves magnetic materials and reduces production cost.
The utility model also provides a gun head assembly which comprises a gun head for an electric bolt tightening gun and the protective sleeve device sleeved on the gun head. The gun head assembly provided with the sheath device can fully protect the working part of the gun head in a simple and effective mode, and beneficial economic benefits are brought due to the fact that extra cost caused by processes such as scratch repair and the like is avoided.
The utility model also provides an electric bolt tightening gun which is provided with the gun head assembly. The electric bolt tightening gun provided with the gun head assembly can be tightened in an economic mode.
As is understood by a person skilled in the art, the foregoing detailed description has been given by way of illustration and example only, and the utility model is not limited to the above-described embodiments, but many variations are possible within the scope of the utility model as defined by the appended claims. Features from one embodiment may be used in combination with features from other embodiments within the scope of the inventive concept.
