Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a filter device for sewage treatment includes box 1, filter assembly 2, collection subassembly 3, water inlet 4 has been seted up at box 1 top, and delivery port 5 has been seted up to box 1 one side lower extreme, and filter assembly 2 locates the inside water inlet 4 below that is located of box 1, and collection subassembly 3 locates the inside one side that is located filter assembly 2 of box 1.
The filter assembly 2 comprises a driving motor 6, two rotating rollers 7, a filter belt 8, the two ends of the two rotating rollers 7 are respectively connected to the inner walls of the two sides of the box body 1 in a rotating mode, one end of each rotating roller 7 extends to the outer portion of the box body 1 and is connected with an output shaft of the driving motor 6, the driving motor 6 is connected to the outer wall of the box body 1, the filter belt 8 is sleeved on the two rotating rollers 7, the conveying surface of the filter belt 8 is obliquely arranged with the horizontal surface, and the outer surface of the filter belt 8 is provided with a plurality of filter plates 9 which are arranged along the length direction and are perpendicular to the outer surface.
In sewage got into box 1 from water inlet 4, filtered through filter belt 8 and fallen to box 1 bottom, filter belt 8 transports the impurity that 8 surface filter of filter belt got off collection subassembly 3 department under the drive of live-rollers 7, and filter 9 that sets up on the filter belt 8 then prevents that the impurity on the filter belt 8 from landing to box 1 bottom.

Referring to fig. 2, the collecting component 3 is located at one side of the filtering component 2, the higher end of the filtering component 2 extends into the collecting component 3, the collecting component 3 comprises a partition plate 12, a containing box 13 and a slide bar, the partition plate 12 is vertically arranged, two ends of the partition plate are connected to the inner walls of two sides of the box body 1, the partition plate 12 is located below the higher end of the filtering component 2, a stretching opening 15 is formed in the side wall of one end of the box body 1, the slide bar extending along the horizontal direction is arranged on the two side walls of the box body 1, two ends of the slide bar are respectively abutted against the side wall of the partition plate 12 and the inner wall of one end of the box body 1, the containing box 13 passes through the stretching opening 15 and is connected to the slide bar in a sliding manner, a plurality of filtering holes are formed in the bottom of the containing box 13, two cylindrical grooves 16 extending along the vertical direction are formed in the top of the side wall of the box body 1, one end of the inner wall of each groove 16 is connected with a spring 17, and one end of each spring 17 is connected with a positioning ball 18, the top of receiver 13 one end is seted up and is had the hemisphere draw-in groove 19 corresponding with recess 16, and the radius of draw-in groove 19 and recess 16 is the same.
In the impurity that the cassette 8 was collected all fell into receiver 13, the filtration pore that sets up in the bottom of receiver 13 can make remaining sewage in the impurity flow to box 1 bottom, takes out receiver 13 when needs clearance and clears up, and after receiver 13 inserted box 1, location ball 18 supported under the effect of spring 17 in draw-in groove 19, fixed receiver 13.
Referring to fig. 2, be located filter assembly 2 below and be equipped with the buffer board 20 that the slope set up, the both sides of buffer board 20 are connected in box 1 inner wall both sides, and the higher one end of buffer board 20 is connected with one side of baffle 12, and the lower one end of buffer board 20 sets up with box 1 one end inner wall interval and the bottom is connected with the baffle 21 of vertical setting, and the bottom of baffle 21 is the interval setting with the bottom of box 1.
Filterable sewage further deposits in box 1 bottom, and the sewage that filters flows into box 1 bottom along buffer board 20, prevents that sewage from directly falling the sewage precipitation effect that box 1 bottom influenced box 1 bottom.
Referring to fig. 1, a sewage pipe 22 is disposed at the bottom of the tank 1, and a switch valve 23 is connected to the sewage pipe 22.
Through the arranged sewage discharge pipe 22, when impurities precipitated at the bottom of the box body 1 need to be cleaned, the impurities at the bottom of the box body 1 can flow out along the sewage discharge pipe 22 by opening the switch valve 23.
The implementation principle of the filtering device for sewage treatment in the embodiment of the application is as follows: inside sewage got into box 1 from water inlet 4, flow to filtering component 2 along deflector 11 and filter, impurity after the filtration is transported in collecting component 3's receiver 13, sewage after the filtration then flows into box 1 bottom along buffer board 20 that filtering component 2 below set up and deposits, sewage after the sediment passes through delivery port 5 and flows out, tensile mouth 15 has been seted up to box 1 one side, be convenient for take out the clearance of receiver 13, the blow off pipe 22 that the bottom of box 1 set up is convenient for clear up the impurity that the bottom of box 1 sedimentated simultaneously.
