1. A neck massager, comprising:
a main body in an arc shape for winding around a neck of a user;
the massage head is arranged on one side of the main body facing the neck of the user;
the driving mechanism is arranged on the main body and comprises a motor and a transmission assembly, the transmission assembly comprises a gear set, the gear set comprises a first bevel gear and a second bevel gear which are meshed with each other, the central shaft of the first bevel gear is connected to the massage head, the central shaft of the second bevel gear is directly or indirectly connected to the motor, and the motor is used for driving the gear set to drive the massage head to rotate;
the central shaft of the first bevel gear is leaked out of the main body and is connected with the massage head, and the central shaft of the first bevel gear is perpendicular to a tangent line of an arc position where the central shaft of the first bevel gear is located.
2. The neck massager of claim 1 wherein the drive assembly further comprises a drive shaft, the drive shaft is connected to the motor, the drive shaft is connected to at least two sets of the gear sets, and the center axis of the second bevel gear of the gear sets is connected to the drive shaft, so that the motor drives each set of the gear sets to rotate the massage heads through the drive shaft.
3. The neck massager of claim 2 wherein the transmission shaft is horizontally disposed within the main body, and two sets of the gear sets are connected to the transmission shaft, wherein the second bevel gears of one set of the gear sets are connected to one end of the transmission shaft in the length direction, and the second bevel gears of the other set of the gear sets are connected to the other end of the transmission shaft in the length direction.
4. The neck massager of claim 2 wherein the first bevel gears of the two sets of gears are disposed at an angle with respect to the length of the shaft, and wherein the central axes of the first bevel gears of the two sets of gears are at an equal angle with respect to the shaft.
5. The neck massager of claim 1 wherein the main body comprises a bottom shell facing the neck of the user and an upper shell connected to the bottom shell, the bottom shell and the upper shell enclosing a receiving cavity for receiving the driving mechanism, the bottom shell being configured to fit the neck of the user in an arc shape, and a central axis of the first bevel gear extending out of the bottom shell to be connected to the massage head.
6. The neck massager of claim 1 wherein the massage head comprises a massage part, a connecting part and a fixing part, the connecting part is connected to the central axis of the first bevel gear and is coaxially arranged with the central axis of the first bevel gear, the fixing part is connected to the connecting part, the massage part is connected to the fixing part and is arranged in parallel with the connecting part, so that when the motor drives the massage head to rotate, the massage part rotates around the connecting part with the connecting part as an axis.
7. The neck massager of claim 1 further comprising a controller and a sensor for detecting a pressure value applied to the massage head, wherein the controller is electrically connected to the motor and the sensor, and the controller controls the voltage and/or current output to the motor according to the pressure value fed back by the sensor.
8. The neck massager of claim 1 further comprising a heater for providing heat, the heater being mounted to the massage head.
9. The neck massager of claim 1 further comprising a pulse generator for generating a pulse current, the pulse generator being mounted to the massage head.
