A dual-purpose adhesive plaster with elasticity and capable of being detached to be used as a wound substitute for suturing is characterized in that: the skin care product comprises a first positioning patch (1) and a second positioning patch (2), wherein the reverse sides of the first positioning patch (1) and the second positioning patch (2) are adhesive surfaces, the first positioning patch (1) and the second positioning patch (2) are respectively used for being adhered to two sides of a skin wound along the length direction of the skin wound, an elastic telescopic component (3) is connected between one ends of the first positioning patch (1) and the second positioning patch (2) close to each other and respectively draws the other ends of the first positioning patch (1) and the second positioning patch (2) so that the elastic telescopic component (3) is in a stretching state, the first positioning patch (1) and the second positioning patch (2) are adhered to two sides of the skin wound when the elastic telescopic component (3) is in the stretching state, and the restoring force of the elastic telescopic component (3) drives the first positioning patch (1) and the second positioning patch (2) to respectively draw the skin towards one side of the skin wound, to reduce tension in the skin wound.

The dual-purpose adhesive plaster which has elasticity and can be disassembled into a wound for suturing as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the elastic telescopic part (3) comprises at least one elastic pulling strip, one end, close to each other, of the first positioning sticker (1) and the second positioning sticker (2) is provided with a through hole (4) matched with the elastic pulling strip respectively, and the elastic pulling strip penetrates through the through holes (4) in the first positioning sticker (1) and the second positioning sticker (2) and is connected with the first positioning sticker (1) and the second positioning sticker (2) respectively.
