3. A garment as claimed in claim 1 wherein said opening is open vertically upwardly.

4. A garment as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein the garment body and the insert pocket are provided with fastening means at the opening for closing the opening.

5. The garment of claim 4, wherein the fastening structure is a hook and loop fastener.
