The tops of the first auxiliary transmission case and the second auxiliary transmission case are provided with assembling sliding blocks; the tops of the first aluminum profile guide rail and the second aluminum profile guide rail are provided with assembling sliding grooves. The tops of the first auxiliary transmission case and the second auxiliary transmission case are provided with assembling sliding blocks; the top of the first aluminum profile guide rail and the top of the second aluminum profile guide rail are provided with assembling sliding grooves. First auxiliary gear case and second auxiliary gear case top all are equipped with two screws, and when four screws unscrewed, first guide rail subassembly and second guide rail subassembly slidable relatively, when four screws were screwed up, first guide rail subassembly and second guide rail subassembly can not the slidable relatively.
First main gear case, second main gear case and second auxiliary gear case all be equipped with a T type synchronous pulley, first auxiliary gear case is equipped with two coaxial T type synchronous pulleys, and these two T type synchronous pulleys have the separation and reunion function.

Detailed Description
The invention relates to a telescopic rail of an electric curtain, which consists of a first guide rail component 1 and a second guide rail component 2, wherein a motor 3 (shown in figure 1) is hung when the telescopic rail is used.
The first guide rail assembly 1 is composed of a first aluminum profile guide rail 4, a first main transmission case 5, a first auxiliary transmission case 6, a first T-shaped synchronous belt 7 and a first pulley assembly 8, as shown in FIG. 2. The main structure of the first auxiliary transmission case 6 is as shown in figure 5, the inside of the first auxiliary transmission case is provided with a middle clapboard which divides the first auxiliary transmission case into an upper T-shaped synchronous belt accommodating bin and a lower T-shaped synchronous belt accommodating bin, a clutch assembly comprising a second T-shaped synchronous belt pulley 10 and a third T-shaped synchronous belt pulley 11 is arranged in the clutch accommodating bin, the clutch assembly is as shown in figure 6, the clutch assembly comprises the second T-shaped synchronous belt pulley 10, the third T-shaped synchronous belt pulley 11, a spring 12 and a screw 13, the adjacent end surfaces of the second T-shaped synchronous belt pulley 10 and the third T-shaped synchronous belt pulley 11 are respectively provided with a convex tooth, when the screw is unscrewed, the convex teeth on the two end surfaces are separated under the elastic force of the spring, at the moment, the clutch is loosened, the second T-shaped synchronous belt pulley 10 and the third T-shaped synchronous belt pulley 11 can freely rotate relatively, when the screw is unscrewed, the convex teeth on the end surfaces of the second T-shaped synchronous belt pulley 10 and the third T-shaped synchronous belt pulley 11 are engaged, at the moment, the clutch is engaged, so that the two synchronous belt pulleys can not freely rotate relatively, one of the two rotates to drive the other to rotate synchronously; the T-shaped timing belt accommodating chamber on the upper part of the first auxiliary transmission case 6 is also provided with a belt guide pulley 14 and a belt guide pulley 15 (refer to fig. 5).
In the first guide rail assembly 1, a first T-shaped synchronous belt 7 is arranged at the lower parts of a first aluminum profile guide rail 4, a first main transmission case 5 and a first auxiliary transmission case 6 to form a storage bin (refer to fig. 2), and the first T-shaped synchronous belt 7 is meshed with a first T-shaped synchronous belt pulley 9 and a second T-shaped synchronous belt pulley 10 to form a transmission pair.
In addition, the top of the first sub-transmission case 6 shell is also provided with an assembly sliding block (refer to fig. 5), which can form sliding assembly with a second aluminum profile guide rail 18 (refer to fig. 3, which is the same as the first aluminum profile guide rail 4) in the second guide rail component 2, and the top of the first sub-transmission case 6 shell is also provided with two screw holes which are provided with screws 16 and 17 (refer to fig. 5).
The second rail assembly 2 is composed of a second aluminum profile rail 18, a second main gear box 19, a second sub gear box 20, a second T-shaped timing belt 21, and a second carriage assembly 22 (see fig. 7). The second aluminium alloy guide rail 18 is the same with first aluminium alloy guide rail 4, and two T type hold-in range hold the storehouse about dividing into, and there is the opening on upper portion holds storehouse one side, and there is the assembly spout at the top, as shown in fig. 3. In the second guide rail assembly 2, the second T-shaped synchronous belt 21 is installed in the upper accommodating bin (refer to fig. 7) of the second main transmission case 19, the second aluminum profile guide rail 18 and the second auxiliary transmission case 20, the second T-shaped synchronous belt 21 is engaged with the fourth T-shaped synchronous pulley 23 and the fifth T-shaped synchronous pulley 24, and is turned around and sleeved on the third T-shaped synchronous pulley 11 (located inside the first auxiliary transmission case 6) at two positions of the belt guide wheel 14 and the belt guide wheel 15, and the second T-shaped synchronous belt 21 is engaged with the fourth T-shaped synchronous pulley 23, the fifth T-shaped synchronous pulley 24 and the third T-shaped synchronous pulley 11 to form a transmission pair.
In addition, the top of the casing of the second auxiliary transmission box 20 is also provided with an assembly sliding block (refer to fig. 9) which can form sliding assembly with the top assembly sliding groove of the first aluminum profile guide rail 4 in the first guide rail component 1 to realize the telescopic function of the telescopic guide rail, and the top of the casing of the second auxiliary transmission box 20 is also provided with two screw holes which are provided with screws 25 and 26.
For simplicity and clarity of illustration of the drive relationships within the present invention, a simplified illustration of the drive relationships is provided in fig. 10, and fig. 11 is an assembly drawing of the first and second track assemblies, with the parts or assemblies being numbered as set forth herein.
The first sub-transmission case 6 and the second aluminum profile rail 18 are assembled by a slider chute (refer to section F-F of fig. 11), and the second sub-transmission case 20 and the first aluminum profile rail 4 are assembled by a slider chute (refer to section E-E of fig. 11). Referring to fig. 11, after the first rail assembly 1 and the second rail assembly 2 are assembled with the sliding grooves of the two aluminum profile rails through the sliding blocks of the two auxiliary transmission cases in a sliding manner, when the screws 16, 17, 25 and 26 are loosened, the first rail assembly 1 and the second rail assembly 2 can slide relatively, when a user installs the telescopic rail, the two ends of the telescopic rail are stretched or compressed, the length of the telescopic rail is adjusted to be suitable for the width of a window, and the screws 16, 17, 25 and 26 are tightened, so that the pressure between the four screws and the first and second aluminum profile rails is very large, the friction between the screws and the aluminum profile rails is also very large, and the first rail assembly 1 and the second rail assembly 2 cannot slide relatively.
Turning now to the use of the clutch assembly of fig. 6, the length of the telescopic rail is adjusted and tightened with screws 16, 17, 25, 26, and then the clutch is loosened by loosening the screws 13 in the clutch assembly (see fig. 11 in the position of the assembly), the first carriage assembly 8 is pulled close to the first main drive housing 5, the second carriage assembly 22 is pulled close to the second main drive housing 19, and then the screws 13 are tightened to engage the clutch, thus ensuring that the left and right curtains are symmetrical when installed by the user.
