Abstract
The present invention provides a reusable drinking straw comprising: a drinking straw body comprising a first portion and a second portion, wherein the first portion and the second portion are separably joined together to form a first end, a second end, and a hollow channel of the drinking straw body; a seal disposed on an edge of one of the first or second portions; and a sealing member connecting member provided on an edge of the other of the first portion or the second portion in a corresponding relationship with the sealing member, and combined with the sealing member and abutted against each other in a state where the edges of the first portion and the second portion are combined, thereby preventing liquid leakage. The reusable drinking pipe of the invention changes the traditional drinking pipe into two detachable parts, can be thoroughly cleaned after use, can be used repeatedly and cannot pollute the environment. The sealing element arranged in the drinking tube can prevent liquid leakage when being buckled.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a drinking pipe, belonging to the technical field of drinking pipes; more particularly, the present invention relates to a drinking straw that can be disassembled for cleaning and reused to reduce the need for plastic drinking straws and to preserve the ecological environment.
Background
At present, people need to use drinking tubes when drinking various drinks so as to ensure cleanness and sanitation. Drinking tubes for mass consumption are disposable drinking tubes made of plastics and are usually discarded after one-time use. Because the degradation of plastic can produce environmental pollution, the drinking straw that does not use or use can reuse is advocated at present to reduce the destruction to the ecological environment, reduce simultaneously to the invasion of plastics material to the human body.
For example, chinese utility model patent CN207626974U provides a silica gel straw convenient for cleaning, which belongs to the technical field of straws. Therefore, there is a need for an improved drinking straw that provides a perfect seal when thoroughly cleaned.
Summary of The Invention
Technical problem
The present invention is directed to solving the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a novel drinking straw, which can be disassembled for thorough cleaning and sanitary treatment, and can be fastened without water leakage, and has the same function and effect as the conventional drinking straw.

A reusable drinking straw comprising:
a drinking straw body comprising a first portion and a second portion, wherein the first portion and the second portion are separably joined together to form a first end, a second end, and a hollow channel of the drinking straw body;
a seal disposed on an edge of one of the first or second portions; and a sealing member connecting member provided on an edge of the other of the first portion or the second portion in a corresponding relationship with the sealing member, and combined with the sealing member and abutted against each other in a state where the edges of the first portion and the second portion are combined, thereby preventing liquid leakage.
Further, according to the reusable drinking straw of the present invention, both the first and second portions may be joined together after being completely separated into separate two portions. Or the drinking pipe body takes the pipe wall of the drinking pipe body as a support, and the first part and the second part are combined together after being separated by a certain angle.
Further, according to the reusable drinking straw of the present invention, the sealing member is a sealing block made of a soft material and embedded on an edge of one of the first portion and the second portion. Preferably, the sealing block is made of a plastic material, such as silicone, PE, PP or EVA.
Further, according to the reusable drinking straw of the present invention, the seal connecting member is a groove or a projection provided in advance on one of the first part or the second part. Alternatively, the seal connection is part of the space of the inner wall of one of the first or second parts.
Further, according to the reusable drinking straw of the present invention, the drinking straw further comprises a fixing member provided on the drinking straw body and fixing the drinking straw body formed by the first part and the second part in a state where the first part and the second part are combined.
Further, according to the reusable drinking straw of the present invention, the fixing member includes a snap member including a snap member provided on an outer side of the tubular wall of the one portion, and a snap member receiver provided on an outer side of the tubular wall of the other portion. Preferably, the fastener is a buckle column; the fastener receiver is a fastener hole.

The fixing piece on the drinking tube strengthens the fixing function of the two parts, and the two parts can not be cracked when the liquid is sucked.
The drinking pipe is clean and sanitary, changes the structure of the traditional disposable drinking pipe, has great practical significance and has obvious technical effect.

Examples of the invention
Modes for carrying out the invention
The invention is further described below in conjunction with the following drawings and specific embodiments to understand the structure and operation of the invention.
Fig. 1-2 show perspective views of a first embodiment of a reusable drinking straw of the present invention. The reusable drinking straw shown in the figures comprises a drinking straw body comprising a first part 110 and a second part 120, wherein said first part 110 and second part 120 are detachably joined together to form a first end, a second end and a hollow channel of the drinking straw body. The formed drinking tube has the same function as the disposable drinking tube and is used for sucking liquid.
The drinking straw body is provided with a sealing element 130 and a sealing element connector 140, and specifically, the sealing element 130 is arranged on the edge of one of the first part 110 or the second part 120. The sealing member connecting member 140 is provided on an edge of the other of the first portion 110 or the second portion 120 in a corresponding relationship with the sealing member 130, and is combined with and abutted against the sealing member 130 in a state where the edges of the first portion 110 and the second portion 120 are combined, preventing liquid leakage. In the present invention, the first portion 110 or the second portion 120 is not limited, and the second portion 120 can be determined after the first portion 110 is selected. For example, the seal 130 is provided on the first portion 110 in fig. 1 and 2, and the corresponding seal connector 140 is provided on the second portion 120. Alternatively, the seal 130 may be provided on the second portion 120 of fig. 1 and 2, and the corresponding seal connector 140 may be provided on the first portion 110. The treatment can be carried out according to actual conditions.
Preferably, the drinking straw body is completely separable into two separate parts 110 and 120, or is simply opened at one side, with the two parts still attached, but may be angled around the opening to facilitate cleaning. That is, both the first portion 110 and the second portion 120 may be joined together after being completely separated into separate two portions. Or, the drinking straw body takes the pipe wall of the drinking straw body as a support, and the first part 110 and the second part 120 are combined together after being separated by a certain angle.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the sealing member 130 is preferably a sealing block made of soft material and embedded on an edge of the first portion 110. Preferably, the sealing block is made of a plastic material, such as silicone, PE, PP or EVA. In this case, the sealing member coupling member 140 is a protrusion formed on the edge of the second portion 120, and the protrusion can be tightly coupled with the sealing member 130 to prevent the leakage of the liquid.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the sealing member 130 is a sealing block made of a soft material and embedded on the edge of the first portion 110. Specifically, the sealing block 130 is disposed along the edge of the first portion 110, and after the edge of the first portion 110 is thinned in advance, the sealing block 130 is attached to the thinned region. Preferably, the sealing block 130 is made of a plastic material, such as silicone, PE, PP or EVA. In this case, the sealing member coupling member 140 is a rim portion of the second portion 120, which can be tightly coupled with the sealing member 130 to prevent liquid leakage when coupled.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the sealing member 130 is a sealing block made of soft material and embedded on the edge of the first portion 110. Specifically, the sealing block 130 is formed in a cylindrical shape and fixed along the edge of the first portion 110. Preferably, the sealing block 130 is made of a plastic material, such as silicone, PE, PP or EVA. In this case, the sealing member coupling member 140 is a groove formed on the edge of the second portion 120, and the cross-section of the cover groove is also formed in a circular shape, so that the sealing member 130 can be tightly caught in the groove when the two portions are coupled to each other, thereby preventing liquid leakage.
Alternatively, in the embodiment shown in fig. 6, in which the first part and the second part are completely separated, the first part is provided with a sealing block 130 on one edge and a sealing member connector 140 on the other edge; and correspondingly, the second portion is provided with a seal connection 140 on one edge and a seal block 130 on the other edge.
The above-described designs all have different combinations of embodiments, with the difference that the two parts can be completely separated. It is obvious that other combinations are possible for those skilled in the art from the above description. All falling within the scope of the present invention.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, further, according to the reusable drinking straw of the present invention, the drinking straw further comprises a fixing member provided on the drinking straw body and fixing the drinking straw body formed by the first part 110 and the second part 120 with the first part 110 and the second part 120 combined. Preferably, the fixing assembly comprises a snap-fit assembly comprising a snap-fit element provided on the outside of the wall of the one section, and a snap-fit element receiver provided on the outside of the wall of the other section. Preferably, the fastener is a post 160; the fastener receivers are fastener holes 150. That is, after the first part 110 and the second part 120 are combined, the fastening hole 150 is fastened to the fastening post 160, so that the two parts are firmly fixed together. Such a snap assembly is also suitable for completely separable first and second portions 110, 120, as shown in fig. 6, and either one or both of the snap assemblies may be provided.
Alternatively, as shown in FIGS. 7-8, in one embodiment of the reusable drinking straw of the present invention, the securing assembly is a collar 170 that fits over the drinking straw body. That is, collar 170 is directly slipped over the drinking straw body after first portion 110 and second portion 120 are joined, so that the two portions cannot be separated. Of course, the collar 170 is also suitable for other embodiments listed in the present invention.
Preferably, the drinking straw body is made of plastic, wood or metal. The drinking straw may be circular, rectangular or any other shape in cross-section.
The reusable drinking pipe of the invention changes the traditional drinking pipe into two detachable parts, can be thoroughly cleaned after use, can be used repeatedly and cannot pollute the environment.
The sealing element arranged in the drinking tube can prevent liquid leakage when being buckled.
The fixing piece on the drinking tube strengthens the fixing function of the two parts, and the two parts can not be cracked when the liquid is sucked.
The drinking pipe is clean and sanitary, changes the structure of the traditional disposable drinking pipe, has great practical significance and has obvious technical effect.

Claims (11)
1. A reusable drinking straw, said drinking straw comprising:
a drinking straw body comprising a first portion and a second portion, wherein the first portion and the second portion are separably joined together to form a first end, a second end, and a hollow channel of the drinking straw body;
a seal disposed on an edge of one of the first or second portions; and
a sealing member connecting member provided on an edge of the other of the first or second portions in a corresponding relationship with the sealing member, and joined to the sealing member and abutted against each other in a state where the edges of the first and second portions are joined, thereby preventing liquid leakage;
the drinking pipe body takes the pipe wall of the drinking pipe body as a support, and the first part and the second part are combined together after being separated by a certain angle.
2. The reusable drinking straw as claimed in claim 1, wherein said sealing means is a sealing block of soft material embedded in the rim of one of said first or second parts.
3. The reusable drinking straw as claimed in claim 2, wherein said sealing block is made of a plastic material.
4. The reusable drinking straw as claimed in claim 1, wherein said seal connection is a groove or a protrusion pre-provided on one of said first or second parts.
5. The reusable drinking straw as claimed in claim 1, wherein the seal connection is a partial space of an inner wall of one of the first or second parts.
6. The reusable drinking straw as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a fixing member provided on said drinking straw body and fixing said drinking straw body formed by said first and second parts with said first and second parts joined.
7. The reusable drinking straw as claimed in claim 1, wherein said securing assembly comprises a snap-fit assembly comprising a snap-fit member provided on the outside of the tubular wall of said one portion, and a snap-fit receiver provided on the outside of the tubular wall of the other portion.
8. The reusable drinking straw as claimed in claim 7, wherein the fastener is a button post.
9. The reusable drinking straw as claimed in claim 7, wherein said fastener receiver is a buttonhole.
10. The reusable drinking tube as claimed in claim 1, wherein said securing means is a collar fitted over said drinking tube body.
11. The reusable drinking straw as claimed in claim 1, wherein said drinking straw body is made of plastic, wood or metal material.
