In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means at least two, e.g., two, three, etc., unless specifically limited otherwise.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present application provides a control device 10 including a switch assembly 100 and a faceplate 200. The faceplate 200 is used to cover the switch assembly 100. The panel 200 includes at least one connection body 210 and at least two panel bodies 220 parallel to each other, the middle portions of two adjacent panel bodies 220 are connected by one connection body 210, and a gap 230 partitioned by the connection body 210 is formed at the edge of two adjacent panel bodies 220. The middle portion of the panel body 220 may be regarded as a portion located inward of both end portions. Each of the panel bodies 220 is formed with a first key part 221 and a second key part 222, and the first key part 221 and the second key part 222 are located at opposite sides of the coupling body 210. The two adjacent first key parts 221 are arranged in parallel and at intervals, the two adjacent second key parts 222 are arranged in parallel and at intervals, and the first key parts 221 and the second key parts 222 are both arranged to be capable of deforming under the action of external force and contacting the switch assembly 100 so as to control the on and off of the switch assembly 100. The material for manufacturing the panel 200 may include, but is not limited to, polycarbonate.
In particular, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the panel 200 is integrally formed in a single structure, that is, the panel body 220 and the joint body 210 are integrally formed, which can make the connection between the panel body 220 of the first and second key parts 221 and 222 and the joint body 210 more reliable, and make the panel 200 more beautiful in a single structure. The gap 230 formed by the connecting body 210 separating the edges of the two adjacent panel bodies 220 can be understood as a result of partially dividing the structure of the panel 200, and the gap 230 formed by the division can be considered as a space between the two adjacent first key parts 221 or the two adjacent second key parts 222.
Since the second key parts 222 connected to the adapter body 210 are disposed at opposite sides of the first key part 221 and the adjacent two second key parts 222 are disposed at intervals, it is possible to make full use of the structure of the adapter body 210 and increase the number of key parts. Such a configuration may also increase the contact area per key portion on average, facilitating user operation, given certain limitations on the size of the panel 200.
When a user wants to use the control device 10, the panel 200 is covered on the switch assembly 100, and the first key portion 221 or the second key portion 222 is pressed to deform to abut against the switch assembly 100, so as to control the opening and closing of the switch assembly 100. Because the first key parts 221 are disposed on the same side of the connecting body 210, and the second key parts 222 are disposed on the other side of the connecting body 210, a user only needs to extend his/her hands to the sides of the first key parts 221 and the second key parts 222 during operation, and thus the user can switch between the first key parts 221 or the second key parts 222 flexibly and quickly, and the operation is more convenient. Because two adjacent panel bodies 220 are connected through the joint body 210, and each panel body 220 is formed with the first key part 221 and the second key part 222, a user only needs to directly cover the panel 200 onto the switch assembly 100 during assembly, so that simultaneous installation of the plurality of first key parts 221 and the plurality of second key parts 222 can be realized, the operation is convenient, and the assembly efficiency is high. Because the edge of two adjacent panel bodies 220 forms the gap 230 separated by the joint body 210, that is, two adjacent first key parts 221 and two adjacent second key parts 222 are arranged at intervals, such a structural arrangement can increase the number of key parts, realize independent triggering of each key part, and maintain the integrity of the panel 200, so that the panel 200 is more compact and beautiful in structure.
Preferably, in some embodiments, the gap 230 between two adjacent panel bodies 220, i.e., the interval between two adjacent first key parts 221, may be set to 0.5 mm. It is emphasized that this dimension is obtained by the inventors' multiple tuning, which has significant benefits in enhancing the overall appearance and feel of the panel 200. In practical use, the distance between two adjacent first key parts 221 is set to be 0.5mm, on one hand, the two adjacent first key parts 221 can not interfere with each other in the process of deformation caused by external force, and the independence of each first key part 221 can be ensured to be triggered, on the other hand, the panel 200 can be more compact and attractive in the whole structure, the space utilization rate is improved, a better impression is given to a user, and the user is favored. Similarly, the distance setting between two adjacent second key portions 222 may refer to the distance setting between two adjacent first key portions 221, which is not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, the faceplate 200 may be removably connected to the switch assembly 100 by a snap, screw, or the like connection. Such a configuration may be more convenient for a user to operate, for example, when one of the panel 200 and the switch assembly 100 is damaged, the user only needs to replace the damaged one, and the maintenance cost may be saved while the operation is convenient.
For example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 3 and 4, the switch assembly 100 includes a mounting block 110 and a circuit board 120 disposed within the mounting block 110. The first key portion 221 and the second key portion 222 on the panel 200 may be deformed by an external force and contact the circuit board 120 to control the opening and closing of the switch assembly 100. It is understood that when the conductive structure on the circuit board 120 (e.g., a snap ring electrically connected to the circuit board 120) is pressed by the outside and contacts the circuit on the circuit board 120, a conductive loop is formed. The side of the mounting seat 110 facing the panel 200 is provided with a locking rib 111, and the side of the panel 200 facing the mounting seat 110, i.e. the side for covering the mounting seat 110, is formed with a locking portion 240. The panel 200 can be snap-fitted with the snap ribs 111 by the snap portions 240 to be connected with the mounting seat 110.
Compared with the conventional panel in which each key needs to be provided with a plurality of clamping portions, in this embodiment, because the first key portion 221 and the second key portion 222 are located on two opposite sides of the linking body 210, only one end of the first key portion 221, which is far away from the linking body 210, needs to be provided with the first clamping portion 241, and one end of the second key portion 222, which is far away from the linking body 210, needs to be provided with the second clamping portion 242, so that the first key portion 221 and the second key portion 222 can be clamped on the mounting base 110 through only the two clamping portions 240. Such a structural arrangement simplifies the structure of the panel 200, reduces manufacturing costs, and facilitates installation by a user.
Similarly, in some embodiments, the clamping manner between the key portions of the remaining panel 200 and the mounting base 110 may refer to the clamping manner between the first key portion 221 and the mounting base 110 and the second key portion 222, and will not be described herein again.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the control device 10 may further include an elastic member 300, and the panel 200 is abutted against the circuit board 120 by the elastic member 300. It should be noted that the elastic member 300 may include, but is not limited to, a spring plate, a torsion spring, a double torsion spring, a round spring, a phosphor copper plate, etc., and is intended to enable the button portion of the panel 200 to automatically reset after being pressed.
Specifically, in the embodiment shown in fig. 4 and 5, the elastic member 300 may be a metal elastic sheet having a substantially zigzag shape. One end of the elastic member 300 abuts between the first key portion 221 and the circuit board 120, and the other end abuts between the second key portion 222 and the circuit board 120. When the user presses the first key part 221 or the second key part 222 of the panel 200 with a hand, the elastic member 300 between the circuit board 120 and the panel 200 is pressed to accumulate a certain elastic potential energy and provide sufficient supporting force and resilience force to the panel 200, thereby ensuring that each key part has good resilience feeling. When the user releases his hand, the elastic member 300 releases the elastic potential energy and drives the first key portion 221 and the second key portion 222 of the panel 200 to reset. Similarly, the arrangement between the rest of the key portions on the panel 200 and the elastic member 300 and the circuit board 120 may be the arrangement between the first key portion 221 and the second key portion 222 and the elastic member 300 and the circuit board 120, which is not described herein again.
Further, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 4, the mounting base 110 is provided with a positioning post 112, and the elastic member 300 is provided with a positioning groove 310. The mounting base 110 can extend into the positioning groove 310 through the positioning post 112 to fix the elastic element 300, i.e. the elastic element 300 can be sleeved on the positioning post 112 through the positioning groove 310. The structural arrangement can prevent the elastic element 300 from deviating in the using process, and the resetting effect of the panel 200 is guaranteed.
In addition, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, the present application further provides a panel 200, and the panel 200 may be the panel 200 described in any of the above embodiments.
The faceplate 200 may be removably attached to the switch assembly 100 by snap-fit, screw-on, or the like. Such a structure arrangement can make the operation more convenient for the user, for example, when the panel 200 is damaged, the user only needs to replace the damaged panel 200 alone, and the maintenance cost can be saved while the operation is convenient.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
