When the memory card 2 approaches the first data terminal 12, the magnetic force between the magnet assembly 13 and the magnetic attraction member 22 causes the memory card 2 to attract to the recording and playing device 1, and thus the memory card 2 and the recording and playing device 1 are communicatively connected.
Meanwhile, since the first data terminal 12 and the second data terminal 21 are both of a ring structure, the memory card 2 can be mounted on the recording and playing device 1 at an arbitrary angle. In other words, even if the memory card 2 attached to the recording and playing apparatus 1 is rotated, the communication connection of the memory card 2 with the recording and playing apparatus 1 can be ensured.
When the memory card 2 needs to be detached from the recording and playing device 1, the user only needs to move the memory card 2 in a direction away from the recording and playing device 1.
