As shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, the present embodiment provides a display structure, which includes a frame 10, a light-transmitting plate 20 and a fixing element 30, wherein the fixing element is used to fix a medical film 60 on the light-transmitting plate 20, the frame 10 is wound around the light-transmitting plate 20, the fixing element 30 is located between the frame 10 and the light-transmitting plate 20, the fixing element 30 is detachably connected to the frame 10, one side of the fixing element 30 facing the light-transmitting plate 20 is provided with an insertion portion 31, and the light-transmitting plate 20 is inserted into the insertion portion 31, so that the light-transmitting plate 20 is connected to the frame 10 through the fixing element 30.
Specifically, the frame 10 is wound around the periphery of the light-transmitting plate 20, the frame 10 is used for fixing the whole position of the light-transmitting plate 20, and meanwhile, the fixing element 30 is arranged between the frame 10 and the light-transmitting plate 20, and the fixing element 30 can buffer the light-transmitting plate 20 and can also enable the connection between the frame 10 and the light-transmitting plate 20 to be more stable; one end of the fixing element 30 is movably connected to the frame 10, the other end of the fixing element 30 is provided with an inserting portion 31, the inserting portion 31 is used for being matched with the light-transmitting plate 20, and the fixing element 30 is connected to the light-transmitting plate 20 through the inserting portion 31.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, one end of the fixing element 30 is movably connected to the frame 10, for example, one end of the fixing element 30 is fixedly connected to the frame 10 by a clamping groove or the like, or one end of the fixing element 30 is connected to the frame 10 by a sliding groove, so that the movable connection between the fixing element 30 and the frame 10 can be completed, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In the following embodiments, the fixing element 30 is taken as a plastic material for example, and the embodiment is not limited thereto, and the fixing element 30 can provide a buffer for the light-transmitting plate 20, and the material of the fixing element 30 should be a soft material, such as a plastic material, which can provide a buffer for the light-transmitting plate 20.
When the fixing element 30 is made of a soft material, the size of the insertion part 31 of the fixing element 30 facing the transparent plate can be set to be the same as the size of the peripheral end of the transparent plate 20, so that when the transparent plate 20 is connected with the insertion part 31 of the fixing element 30, the peripheral side of the transparent plate 20 is fixed with the insertion part 31 of the fixing element 30 through the soft material, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In order to fix the medical film 60, the insertion part 31 extends toward the center of the transparent plate 20, and the insertion part 30 located above the transparent plate 20 has a gap with the transparent plate 20. It can be understood that, when the light-transmitting plate 20 is installed in the display structure, the surface located outside the display structure is the front surface of the light-transmitting plate 20 and is also the upper surface of the light-transmitting plate 20; the side of the display structure inside is the back side of the transparent plate 20 and is also the lower side of the transparent plate 20. In the present embodiment, the plugging portion 31 extends toward the center of the light-transmitting plate 20, that is, two ends of the plugging portion 31 extend toward the center of the light-transmitting plate 20, and the plugging portion 31 is used for matching with the side edge of the light-transmitting plate 20, generally, the size of the plugging portion 31 is set to be the same as the size of the peripheral end of the light-transmitting plate 20. Therefore, the end of the insertion portion 31 extending toward the center of the light-transmitting plate 20 is not attached to the surface of the light-transmitting plate 20, i.e., the end of the insertion portion 31 has a gap with the surface (i.e., the front surface) of the light-transmitting plate 20.
It can be understood that the insertion part 31 can be configured to be an irregular groove-shaped structure, the groove bottom of the insertion part 31 is matched with the side edge of the light-transmitting plate 20, and the groove wall of the insertion part 31 is not attached to the surface of the light-transmitting plate 20, so that when the front surface of the light-transmitting plate 20 is used as a viewing angle, a gap is formed between the light-transmitting plate 20 and the insertion part 31, and the gap can facilitate the insertion and fixation of the medical film 60.
In order to facilitate insertion and fixation of a sheet-like object such as the medical film 60, the gap is usually set to be greater than or equal to the thickness of the medical film 60, so that the medical film 60 can be fixed by friction after being inserted into the gap. In addition, other materials capable of improving friction force can be added in the gap, so that the medical film 60 can be stably fixed in the gap after being inserted into the gap.
In this embodiment, when installing, first, one end of the fixing member 30 having the insertion portion 31 is attached to the peripheral side of the light-transmitting plate 20, and the peripheral side of the light-transmitting plate 20 is inserted into the insertion portion 31, at this time, the fixing member 30 is stably connected to the peripheral side of the light-transmitting plate 20 under the limiting and fastening effects of the insertion portion 31 on the fixing member 30, at this time, the frame 10 is disposed around the other side of the fixing member 30, and the frame 10 is movably connected to the other side of the fixing member 30, so as to complete the fixation of the whole light-transmitting plate 20, wherein, because the fixing member 30 is made of a soft material, the insertion portion 31 of the fixing member 30 is also made of a soft material, when the peripheral side of the light-transmitting plate 20 is connected to the insertion portion 31 of the fixing member 30, the peripheral side of the light-transmitting plate 20 is embedded into the insertion portion 31 of the fixing member 30, at this time, the insertion portion 31 of the soft material in the fixing member 30 clamps the peripheral side of the light-transmitting plate 20, while also providing some cushioning. When sheets such as medical films 60 need to be inserted for fixation, the medical films 60 can be fixed in the gap by friction force by being inserted into the gap between the insertion part 31 and the light transmission plate 20, so that the films do not need to be fixed by using external parts, and the efficiency is improved.
Specifically, when the medical film 60 is installed, as shown in fig. 3, the medical film 60 can be inserted into the gap along the arrow a direction in fig. 3 and pulled out from the gap along the arrow b direction in fig. 3, and the installed medical film 60 can be specifically shown in fig. 4.
In this embodiment, the light-transmitting plate 20 is fixed by combining the frame 10 and the fixing member 30, the frame 10 is disposed around the light-transmitting plate 20, between the frame 10 and the light-transmitting panel 20, a fixing member 30 is provided, and the fixing member 30 can provide a buffer for the light-transmitting panel 20, wherein one end of the fixing element 30 is movably connected with the frame 10, the other end of the fixing element 30 is provided with an inserting part 31, the inserting part 31 is used for matching with the light-transmitting plate 20, the fixing element 30 is connected with the light-transmitting plate 20 through the inserting part 31, wherein the fixing member 30 is made of soft material, the inserting portion 31 of the fixing member 30 is also made of soft material, when the peripheral side of the light-transmitting plate 20 is connected to the insertion part 31 of the fixing member 30, the peripheral side of the light-transmitting plate 20 is fitted into the insertion part 31 of the fixing member 30, at this time, the insertion part 31 of the fixing member 30 made of soft material clamps the periphery of the light-transmitting plate 20 and provides a certain buffer; set up and have certain clearance between grafting portion 31 and the light-passing board 20 to be convenient for the insertion of medical film 60 class tablet fixed, thereby need not to use external component can fix the film, improved the availability factor.
The embodiment provides a display structure, fix light-passing board 20 through setting up frame 10 and mounting 30, wherein the one end and the frame 10 swing joint of mounting 30, be provided with grafting portion 31 on the other end of mounting 30, the other end of mounting 30 passes through grafting portion 31 and is connected fixedly with light-passing board 20, certain clearance still has between grafting portion 31 and light-passing board 20, thereby it is fixed to be convenient for inserting of medical film 60 class flap, thereby need not to use external component to fix the film, and the use efficiency is improved.
Various possible implementations of the display structure are described below.
In the above embodiment, the insertion part 31 may be provided as an irregular groove. However, when fixing the medical film 60, it is necessary to ensure both the fixing effect of the light-transmitting plate 20 and the fixing effect of the medical film 60. For this reason, the plugging portion 31 is optionally a stepped groove, and the width of the notch of the stepped groove is greater than the width of the groove bottom of the stepped groove. Specifically, the inserting portion 31 is provided as a stepped groove, which can be divided into two portions, namely, a first groove attached to the light-transmitting plate 20 and a second groove for generating a gap between the first groove and the light-transmitting plate 20, wherein the notch is a notch of the second groove, the groove bottom is a groove bottom of the first groove, and the width of the notch of the stepped groove is greater than the width of the groove bottom of the stepped groove, i.e., the width of the second groove is greater than the width of the first groove. Here, the bottom of the stepped groove is a portion that is attached to the side of the light-transmitting plate 20, and the bottom of the stepped groove is generally designed to be completely attached to the side of the light-transmitting plate 20. Usually, the side edge of the light-transmitting plate 20 is a regular plate-shaped body with 90 degrees, that is, the first groove of the stepped groove is completely attached to the side edge of the light-transmitting plate 20 and is a same rectangular groove; the second groove of the stepped groove has a gap between the side wall at the surface (i.e., the front direction) of the light-transmitting plate 20 and the light-transmitting plate 20, so that the width of the notch of the stepped groove is greater than the width of the groove bottom.
It will be appreciated that the side walls of the stepped grooves are attached to two sides of the light-transmitting panel 20, i.e., the surface and the bottom of the light-transmitting panel 20, respectively. The side wall of the stepped groove attached to the bottom surface of the light-transmitting plate 20 can be always attached to the light-transmitting plate 20, that is, no gap is formed between the bottom groove wall of the stepped groove and the light-transmitting plate 20; correspondingly, the groove wall of the stepped groove attached to the surface of the light-transmitting plate 20 is set to be stepped. The groove wall of the second groove near the side of the light-transmitting plate 20 can be completely attached to the light-transmitting plate 20, and the groove wall of the second groove at the step is not attached to the light-transmitting plate 20, so that a gap is formed between the groove wall of the second groove and the light-transmitting plate 20, and the gap can facilitate the insertion of medical films 60 and other sheets.
The size of the groove of the stepped groove is matched with the specification of the light-transmitting plate 20, so that the light-transmitting plate 20 can be suitable for light-transmitting plates 20 with different specifications. Correspondingly, the specification of the first groove is matched with the specification of the light-transmitting plate 20, and the specification of the second groove is set by adding the thickness of the medical film 60 and other sheets on the basis of the thickness of the light-transmitting plate 20, so that the medical film 60 can be inserted and fixed more accurately.
Accordingly, in order to further improve the fixing effect of the medical film 60, a silicone member 32 is optionally filled between the notch of the stepped groove and the surface of the light-transmitting plate 20. The silicone piece 32 may be a soft silicone, or may be filled with other materials capable of improving friction, so as to facilitate insertion and fixation of sheets such as the medical film 60, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Wherein, the silicone piece 32 is filled between the notch of the stepped groove and the surface of the light-transmitting plate 20, one side of the silicone piece 32 is usually fixed on the sidewall of the notch of the stepped groove, and the medical film 60 is usually inserted between the silicone piece 32 and the light-transmitting plate 20. The silicone member 32 is soft silicone, and generally has a certain elasticity, so that the medical film 60 can be inserted without a large gap. That is, when the medical film 60 is inserted between the silicone piece 32 and the light transmission plate 20, the silicone piece 32 is deformed correspondingly, so that one surface of the silicone piece 32 facing the light transmission plate 20 is completely attached to the medical film 60, thereby improving the friction force.
It should be noted that the thickness of the silicone piece 32 should be set to be smaller than the distance between the inserting part 31 and the light-transmitting plate 20, so that a certain gap is reserved to facilitate the insertion of the medical film 60, meanwhile, the distance between the bottom of the silicone piece 32 and the light-transmitting plate 20 should not be too large, the distance can be set to be slightly smaller than the thickness of the medical film 60, so that the silicone piece 32 generates a certain deformation to fix the medical film 60 after the medical film 60 is inserted, and this embodiment does not limit this.
In addition, in order to reach the fixed effect of silica gel spare 32, optionally, one side and the light-passing board 20 parallel arrangement of silica gel spare 32 orientation light-passing board 20, the interval between the bottom surface of silica gel spare 32 and the light-passing board 20 equals all the time promptly to can make the whole laminating with silica gel spare 32 and light-passing board 20 of side of medical film 60 when medical film 60 inserts, thereby improve fixed stability.
In addition, one surface of the silicone member 32 facing the light-transmitting plate 20 may also be inclined with respect to the light-transmitting plate 20, that is, the bottom surface of the silicone member 32 is inclined; wherein, when the bottom surface of silica gel piece 32 inclines towards the side of light-passing board 20, the height that silica gel piece 32 is located notch department is greater than the height of silica gel piece 32 towards tank bottom department promptly, can fix medical film 60 through the most inboard part of silica gel piece 32 when inserting medical film 60 this moment, also more convenient when medical film 60 is taken off in needs. In addition, when the bottom surface orientation of silica gel spare 32 deviates from the side direction slope of light-passing board 20, the height that silica gel spare 32 is located notch department is less than the height of silica gel spare 32 towards slot department promptly, and the part that silica gel spare 32 is located notch department can directly be laminated mutually with medical film 60 and fix this moment, can provide bigger frictional force to be applicable to all kinds of demands, this embodiment does not do the restriction to this.
In the above embodiment, optionally, the fixing element 30 includes a light filtering strip 33 and a light transmitting pressing block 34, the light filtering strip 33 and the light transmitting pressing block 34 form the inserting portion 31, the light filtering strip 33 and the light transmitting pressing block 34 respectively abut against two surfaces of the light transmitting plate 20, one surface of the light filtering strip 33 abutting against the light transmitting plate 20 is a front surface, and one surface of the light transmitting pressing block 34 abutting against the light transmitting plate 20 is a back surface.
Specifically, the light-filtering strip 33 and the light-transmitting press block 34 are respectively disposed on two sides of the light-transmitting plate 20, the light-filtering strip 33 is generally disposed on the front side of the light-transmitting plate 20, and the light-transmitting press block 34 is disposed on the back side of the light-transmitting plate 20. The light filter strip 33 is usually made of plastic material, and can better adhere to the periphery of the light-transmitting plate 20 while providing the light filtering function, and meanwhile, due to the toughness of the plastic material, when the insertion part 31 is inserted into the periphery of the light-transmitting plate 20, the two sides of the insertion part 31 completely adhere to the periphery of the light-transmitting plate 20, and the periphery of the light-transmitting plate 20 is clamped.
