The present invention provides a frame 100, and aims to provide a frame 100 capable of adjusting the maximum opening angle between two temples 20, so as to solve the problem of inconvenient wearing.
The following will describe a specific structure of the frame 100 of the present invention, and will describe the frame 100 as a horizontal example:
referring to fig. 1-3, 5, and 6 in combination, in one embodiment of the frame 100 of the present invention, the frame 100 includes a frame and temple 20; the spectacle frame is provided with a frame body and a hinge seat 10, wherein the hinge seat 10 is connected with the frame body, and the hinge seat 10 is provided with a stop surface 111; the temple 20 has an abutting surface 2121 and a connecting end 221, the connecting end 221 is connected to the abutting surface 2121, the connecting end 221 is hinged to the hinge base 10, and the temple has a first unfolding state and a second unfolding state;
when the temple 20 is in the first open state, the stop surface 111 is opposite to the abutting surface 2121, and an avoiding space is formed between the stop surface 111 and the abutting surface 2121, and an included angle between a plane where the frame is located and the extending direction of the temple 20 is defined as a first included angle α in this state1(ii) a When the temple 20 is in the second open state, the stop surface 111 and the abutment surface 2121 form an included angle, and it is defined that in this state, an included angle between a plane where the frame is located and the extending direction of the temple 20 is a second included angle α2(ii) a Then the condition is satisfied: alpha is alpha1<α2
It can be understood that the frame 100 of the present invention is obtained by hinging the connecting end 221 of the temple 20 to the hinging seat 10 of the frame and providing the temple 20 with a first open condition and a second open condition; when the temple 20 is in the first open state, the stop surface 111 of the hinge base 10 is opposite to the abutting surface 2121 of the temple 20, and an avoiding space for the temple 20 to continue rotating is formed between the stop surface 111 and the abutting surface 2121, and at this time, an included angle between a plane where the frame is located and the extending direction of the temple 20 is a first included angle α1(ii) a When the temple 20 is in the second open state, the stop surface 111 of the hinge base 10 forms an included angle with the contact surface 2121 of the temple 20, and at this time, the included angle between the plane of the frame and the extending direction of the temple 20 is a second included angle α2
Thus, when a user wears the glasses, especially when a person with a large face wears the glasses, the user can rotate the temple 20 from the first open state to the second open state, so that the included angle between the plane where the frame body is located and the extending direction of the temple 20 is defined by the first included angle alpha1Increase to a second included angle alpha2Namely, the maximum opening angle between the two mirror legs 20 is increased to adjust the maximum opening angle between the two mirror legs 20, thereby solving the problem of inconvenient wearing of the user.
Specifically, when the temple 20 is in the first open state, the angle α between the plane of the frame and the extending direction of the temple 20 is1Specifically, the included angle between the two mirror legs 20 is 90 degrees, namely, 0 degree; with the temples 20 in the second open positionAngle alpha between the plane of the frame and the direction of extension of the temple 202Specifically, the included angle can be 100 degrees to 105 degrees, namely, the maximum included angle between the two mirror legs 20 is 20 degrees to 30 degrees, so as to fully meet the requirements of users.
It should be noted that the stop surface 111 is disposed opposite to the abutment surface 2121, that is, the stop surface 111 is parallel to the abutment surface 2121.
When the frame 100 is used in eyeglasses, the lenses are mounted on the frame of the frame 100, and thus the plane of the frame is the plane of the lenses.
Specifically, the spectacle frame and the spectacle legs 20 are respectively provided with two, namely a left spectacle frame, a right spectacle frame, a left spectacle leg 20 and a right spectacle leg 20, the left spectacle leg 20 and the right spectacle leg 20 are respectively arranged on the left spectacle frame and the right spectacle frame, wherein the connection position and the design principle of the left spectacle leg 20 between the left spectacle frame are consistent with the connection position and the design principle of the right spectacle leg 20 between the right spectacle frame, and the following explanation will be developed by the specific connection position and the design principle of the right spectacle leg 20 and the right spectacle frame:
when the mirror frame 100 is not used or a mirror box needs to be put in, the mirror frame 100 is in a closed state, at this time, the stop surface 111 and the abutting surface 2121 form an included angle, the left mirror leg 20 abuts against the right mirror frame, and the right mirror leg 20 abuts against the left mirror frame.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5 in combination, in an embodiment of the frame 100 of the present invention, the temple 20 is slidably connected to the hinge base 10 and has an initial state and the first open state;
when the temple 20 is in the initial state, the stop surface 111 is opposite to the contact surface 2121, and a distance between the stop surface 111 and the contact surface 2121 is defined as L in this state1(ii) a When the temple 20 is in the first open state, the stop surface 111 and the abutting surface 2121 are disposed opposite to each other, and a distance between the stop surface 111 and the abutting surface 2121 is defined as L in this state2(ii) a Then the condition is satisfied: l is1<L2
With this arrangement, since the gap between the stop surface 111 of the hinge base 10 and the abutment surface 2121 of the temple 20 is small when the temple 20 is in the initial state,that is, there is no space between the stop surface 111 and the abutment surface 2121 for allowing the temple 20 to rotate continuously, or the space is small and insufficient for allowing the temple 20 to rotate continuously; therefore, by slidably connecting the temple 20 to the articulated seat 10 so as to switch the temple 20 between the initial state and the first splayed state, when it is necessary to adjust the maximum opening angle between the two temples 20, the temple 20 is first moved from the initial state to the first splayed state, during which the distance between the stop face 111 and the abutment face 2121 will be set from L1Increase to L2That is, the space is increased, so that a space for the temple 20 to rotate is formed between the stop surface 111 and the abutting surface 2121, and thus the temple 20 can move smoothly from the first collided open state to the second open state, so as to adjust the maximum opening angle between the two temples 20.
Specifically, the sliding direction of the temple 20 coincides with the arrangement direction of the stop face 111 to the abutment face 2121, so that the distance between the stop face 111 and the abutment face 2121 can be adjusted during the sliding of the temple 20.
Referring to fig. 4 and fig. 5, in an embodiment of the eyeglass frame 100 of the present invention, the connecting end 221 is provided with a strip-shaped hole 2211; articulated seat 10 includes pedestal 11 and pivot 12, pedestal 11 has backstop face 111, mounting groove 112 has been seted up to backstop face 111, shaft hole 1121 has been seted up to the cell wall of mounting groove 112, connection end 221 is inserted and is located mounting groove 112, bar hole 2211 with shaft hole 1121 sets up relatively, pivot 12 wears to locate in proper order bar hole 2211 with shaft hole 1121, mirror leg 20 is followed bar hole 2211's length direction slides, so that mirror leg 20 has initial state with first state of opening.
With the arrangement, the connecting end 221 of the temple 20 is inserted into the mounting groove 112, so that the mounting stability between the temple 20 and the spectacle frame can be ensured; in addition, the rotating shaft 12 is sequentially inserted into the shaft hole 1121 and the strip-shaped hole 2211, so that the temple 20 is ensured to smoothly rotate around the rotating shaft 12, and meanwhile, the strip-shaped hole 2211 can provide a sliding space for the temple 20, so that the temple 20 slides along the length direction of the strip-shaped hole 2211, and the temple 20 can be smoothly switched between the initial state and the first open state.
In addition, in order to ensure the stability of the temple 20 during the movement, optionally, two strip-shaped holes 2211 disposed oppositely may be formed on the connecting end 221, shaft holes 1121 are formed on two opposite groove walls of the mounting groove 112, one end of the rotating shaft 12 sequentially penetrates through one strip-shaped hole 2211 and one shaft hole 1121, and the other end of the rotating shaft 12 sequentially penetrates through the other strip-shaped hole 2211 and the other shaft hole 1121.
