It will be readily appreciated that the EDR 300 may be fixed on top of the fixing post 102 of the fixing device 100 by generally three or four fixing devices 100 provided by the present invention, so that the EDR 300 is fixed to the test stand 200 by the fixing device 100.
Preferably, the fixing post 102 is disposed at one end of the base 101 in the length direction. The length direction of the fixing column 102 is perpendicular to the length direction of the base 101, and the fixing column 102 and the base 101 form an L-shaped component. The EDR 300 may be fixed by a plurality of L-shaped members. By adjusting the position of the L-shaped member on the test bed 200 so that the mounting holes of the fixing posts 102 are aligned with the threaded mounting holes 202 on the test bed 200, the distance between the fixing posts 102 of different L-shaped members can be adjusted to be suitable for the fixed mounting of different models of EDRs 300.
Preferably, the fixing post 102 is cylindrical. The position of the base 101 on the test stand 200 can be adjusted by rotating the base 101 about the axis of the fixed column 102. Corresponding to the rotating fixing device 100, the operator holds the fixing post 102 with one hand and rotates the base 101 with the other hand, so that the adjustment operation is convenient.
Preferably, the width of mounting slot 105 is greater than the diameter of threaded mounting hole 202 on test stand 200. During assembly, the base 101 is rotated so that the mounting slot 105 covers the threaded mounting hole 202, and the second screw 104 is screwed into the threaded mounting hole 202 to fix the base 101. It will be readily appreciated that if mounting slot 105 covers multiple threaded mounting holes 202, multiple second screws 104 may be used to secure base 101 to different threaded mounting holes 202, respectively, if desired.
Preferably, an impact matrix table 201 is provided on the test rig 200. A plurality of threaded mounting holes 202 are provided in the top surface of the impact matrix table 201. The fixture 100 is secured to the test rig 200 by an impact matrix table 201.
Preferably, the fixing post 102 has a set length. Fixing devices 100 with fixing columns 102 of different lengths are selected for fixing the EDRs 300 of different models and sizes. The distance between the EDR 300 and the top surface of the shock matrix table 201 can be adjusted, and the installation angle of the EDR 300 can be adjusted by the position of the fixing device 100, so that the connector can be conveniently connected to the EDR 300 to form a data path.
Preferably, the ratio of the length of the fixing post 102 to the length of the base 101 is 1:3 to 1: 2.

the first screw and the second screw penetrate through the mounting hole and the assembly hole of the EDR and are matched and fixed with the threaded mounting hole on the test bench, so that the fixing column is fixed between the test bench and the EDR; and the second screw penetrates through the mounting long groove and is matched and fixed with the threaded mounting hole on the test bench, so that the base is fixed on the test bench.
2. The fixture apparatus of claim 1, wherein the fixing post is disposed at one end of the base in a length direction, the length direction of the fixing post being perpendicular to the length direction of the base, the fixing post and the base forming an L-shaped member.
3. The fixture apparatus of claim 1, wherein the fixation post is cylindrical.
4. The fixture of claim 1 wherein the mounting slot has a width greater than the diameter of the threaded mounting hole in the test rig.
5. The fixture of claim 1, wherein the test rig has an impact matrix table with a plurality of threaded mounting holes formed in a top surface thereof.
6. The fixture of claim 1, wherein the fixing posts have a set length to adjust a distance between the EDR and a top surface of an impact matrix mesa.
7. The fixing device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the ratio of the length of the fixing column to the length of the base is 1:3 to 1: 2.
8. The fixture of claim 1, wherein the fixture is made of a metallic material.
