The two side surfaces of the magazine 200 mean the side surfaces of the magazine 200 that face the left vertical wall 101 and the right vertical wall 102 after being attached to the door body 100. The bump 56 includes a bump top wall 52, and when the storage device 200 is turned relative to the door body 100 in a direction away from the door body 100, the limiting protrusion 70 abuts against a lower wall surface 521 of the bump top wall 52.
Specifically, during the installation of the article storage device 200, the limiting protrusion 70 goes over the bump 56, so that the limiting protrusion 70 is located below the bump top wall 52, and after the article storage device 200 is installed on the door body 100, the limiting protrusion 70 abuts against the lower wall surface 521 of the bump top wall 52.
In some embodiments, the number of the limiting protrusions 70 may be one or more, and is not limited to the number illustrated in fig. 6 to 12, and is specifically configured according to the size of the recessed area 60 of the storage device 200 and the size of the hanging lug 50 to meet the requirement of the anti-tipping performance of the storage device 200.
To further improve the anti-tipping performance of the storage device 200, the position-limiting protrusion 70 may be disposed in a region close to the door body 100.
As can be seen from the above, the limiting protrusion 70 disposed in the recessed area 60 abuts against the lower wall surface 521 of the top wall 52 of the protruding block, so that the resistance of the storage device 200 during upward movement can be increased, the movement of the storage device 200 in the vertical direction can be limited, and the storage device 200 can be prevented from tipping in the direction away from the door body 100 relative to the door body 100, that is, the tipping resistance of the storage device 200 can be improved.
In some non-limiting embodiments, referring to fig. 3, stop boss 70 may include a boss top wall 71 and a boss side wall 72. The bump top wall 71 abuts against the lower wall surface 521 of the bump top wall 52, the bump top wall 71 and the bump side wall 72 are in arc transition, and the arc transition between the bump top wall 71 and the bump side wall 72 can release the abutting of the limiting bump 70 against the lower wall surface 521 of the bump top wall 52, so that the storage device 200 is facilitated to be detached from the door body 100.
Lobe side wall 72 is located below lobe top wall 71. The end of the bulge side wall 72 connected to the bulge top wall 71 is inclined away from the storage device 200. That is, the convex sidewall 72 is inclined away from the storage device 200 from the end connected to the storage device 200 to the end connected to the convex top wall 71, and the convex sidewall 72 may be inclined. With the arrangement, when the storage device 200 is installed, the limiting protrusion 70 easily crosses the bump 56, so that the hanger 40 is easily installed on the hanging lug 50, and the storage device 200 is conveniently installed on the door body 100.
In some non-limiting embodiments, the stopper protrusion 70 is formed by protruding at a side of the storage device 200, and the stopper protrusion 70 is fixed with respect to the side of the storage device 200.
In other non-limiting embodiments, the position-limiting protrusion 70 can be retracted toward the storage device 200 under the external force and can be reset when the external force disappears. During the process of mounting the article storage device 200 on the door body 100, the limiting protrusion 70 is pressed by the protrusion 56, and the limiting protrusion 70 can retract toward the article storage device 200. When the bump 56 passes over the limiting protrusion 70, the bump 56 presses the limiting protrusion 70 to disappear, and the limiting protrusion 70 is reset and abuts against the lower wall surface 521 of the bump top wall 52 of the bump 56. The limiting protrusion 70 is configured to be retracted toward the storage device 200 under external pressure, so that the protrusion 56 can easily get over the limiting protrusion 70, thereby facilitating the installation of the storage device 200.
In some embodiments, the stopper protrusion 70, which can be retracted toward the direction of the storage device 200 under external pressure, may be formed in various ways. For example, the side wall of the concave region 60 is hollowed to form the limiting protrusion 70 and an elastic connection portion connected to the limiting protrusion 70, when the limiting protrusion is squeezed, the elastic connection portion is compressed to drive the limiting protrusion 70 to give way, and when the squeezing disappears, the elastic connection portion pops up the limiting protrusion 70.
When the storage device 200 is mounted on the door body 100 or removed from the door body 100, the limiting protrusion 70 is pressed by the protrusion 56, the elastic connection portion is compressed and drives the limiting protrusion 70 to retreat toward the direction of the storage device 200, that is, the elastic connection portion drives the limiting protrusion 70 to retreat toward the direction away from the protrusion 56. When the storage device 200 is mounted on the door body 100, the bump 56 can easily get over the limiting protrusion 70, so that the hanger 40 can be hung on the hanging lug 50, and when the storage device 200 is tilted relative to the door body 100 in a direction away from the door body 100 or the storage device 200 moves upwards, the limiting protrusion 70 can limit the storage device 200 from tilting relative to the door body 100 in a direction away from the door body 100 or limit the storage device 200 from moving upwards by abutting against the lower wall surface 521 of the bump top wall 52. When the article storage device 200 is removed from the door body 100, the holding of the lower wall surface 521 of the bump top wall 52 by the limiting projection 70 is released, and the removal of the article storage device 200 is facilitated.
In particular embodiments, the recessed region 60 can include a hanger front wall 41, a hanger top wall 42, and a hanger rear wall 43, with respect to the structure of the hanger 40. The tab 56 may include a tab front wall 51 and a tab rear wall 53. For the rear projection wall 53 and the front projection wall 51 of the same projection 56, the rear projection wall 53 and the front projection wall 51 are arranged along the direction from the door body 100 to the direction away from the door body 100. That is, for the rear projection wall 53 and the front projection wall 51 of the same projection 56, the rear projection wall 53 is closer to the door body 100 than the front projection wall 51.
When the hanger 40 is hung on the hanger 50, the front bump wall 51 is engaged with the front hanger wall 41, the rear bump wall 53 is engaged with the rear hanger wall 43, and the upper wall surface of the top bump wall 52 is in contact with the lower wall surface of the top hanger wall 42 and supports the lower wall surface of the top hanger wall 42.
In a specific implementation, the hanger front wall 41 may be a relatively flat wall. The hanger front wall 41 may also have some raised structure in order to accommodate the manufacturing process and reduce the likelihood of the hanger front wall 41 collapsing. When the hanger front wall 41 has a convex structure, the convex structure contacts the tab front wall 51 after the hanger 40 is hung on the hanger 50.
In order to improve the stability of the attachment of the locker 200 to the door 100, the size of the hanging lug 50 and the size of the hanger 40 may be arranged, or the number of the arrangement projections 56 and the size of the hanger 40 may be arranged.
In some non-limiting embodiments, the number of the protrusions 56 disposed on each of the left vertical wall 101 and the right vertical wall 102 is at least two, that is, the number of the protrusions 56 disposed on the left vertical wall 101 is at least two, and the number of the protrusions 56 disposed on the right vertical wall 102 is at least two.
Referring to fig. 4, which is a front view of fig. 1, fig. 5 is a partial sectional view in the direction of a-a of fig. 4 in one embodiment. Fig. 6 is a partially enlarged view of fig. 5 at N. In order to further improve the tipping resistance of the storage device 200 during use, in some non-limiting embodiments, in combination with fig. 4 to 6, the number of the protrusions 56 respectively provided on the left upright wall 101 and the right upright wall 102 is at least two, and the hanging rack 40 includes at least one downwardly extending retaining arm 44. The holding arm 44 is located between the front hanger wall 41 and the rear hanger wall 43. In the use state of the storage device 200, the holding arm 44 is located between two adjacent projections 56 and holds the projection front wall 51 or the projection rear wall 53. During the use of the storage device 200, when the storage device 200 tips forward in a direction away from the door body 100, the abutting arm 44 abuts against the front projection wall 51 or the rear projection wall 53, so as to tightly embrace at least one projection 56 with the front hanger wall 41 or the rear hanger wall 43, thereby alleviating the tendency of the storage device 200 to tip forward and further improving the tipping resistance of the storage device 200 during the use.
In particular implementations, the number of retaining arms 44 may be related to the number of bumps 56. When the number of the protrusions 56 is two, the number of the abutting arms 44 may be one or two, and when the number of the abutting arms 44 is one, after the storage device 200 is installed, the abutting arms 44 are located between the two protrusions 56, and the abutting arms 44 abut against the protrusion front wall 51 of one of the protrusions 56 or abut against the protrusion rear wall 53 of the other protrusion 56. When the number of the abutting arms 44 is two, the two abutting arms 44 are located between the two bumps 56, one of the abutting arms 44 abuts against the front bump wall 51 of one bump 56, and the other abutting arm 44 abuts against the rear bump wall 53 of the other bump 56.
When the number of the bumps 56 is 3 or more, the number of the holding arms 44 can be configured to be 2 or more according to the requirement, which is not illustrated here.
When the support arm 44 is disposed on the rack 40, the storage device 200 can be installed in a vertical direction. Specifically, the storage device 200 is moved from top to bottom along the vertical direction until the hanger 40 is hung on the hanging ring 50.
Further, the retaining arm 44 may include a rib 45 extending from a direction away from the retained bump 56. The ribs 45 may be disposed in a horizontal direction. The reinforcing ribs 45 can improve the strength of the holding arm 44 and reduce the probability of breakage of the holding arm 44.
Referring to fig. 9, a cross-sectional view in the direction a-a of fig. 4 is shown in another embodiment. Fig. 10 is a partially enlarged schematic view at P of fig. 9. To further improve the tipping resistance of the storage device 200 during use, in other non-limiting embodiments, in conjunction with fig. 7-12, the hanger front wall 41 is provided with a hanger projection 46 projecting toward the door 100. The boss front wall 51 is provided with a lug groove 54 recessed toward the door body 100. The hanger projection 46 is at least partially inserted into the hanger groove 54. Through the matching of the hanging rack protrusion 46 and the hanging lug groove 54, the movement of the storage device 200 relative to the door body 100 in the vertical direction can be limited, and the storage device 200 can be prevented from easily falling off from the hanging lug 50. The movement of the storage device 200 in the vertical direction relative to the door body 100 can be further limited by the abutting between the limiting protrusion 70 and the lower wall surface 521 of the top wall 52 of the projection, so that the tipping resistance of the storage device 200 is improved.
Due to the arrangement of the hanging rack protrusions 46, the storage device 200 is difficult to hang on the hanging lugs 50 in an up-and-down mode from top to bottom in the vertical direction; alternatively, if the size difference between the hanger 40 and the hanging lug 50 is increased in order to hang the storage device 200 on the hanging lug 50, the storage device 200 is likely to fall off if the size difference is too large. To this end, in the present embodiment, the hanger projection 46 and the hanger groove 54 are configured as: after the hanging rack protrusion 46 is inserted into the hanging ring groove 54, the storage device 200 can be hung on the hanging ring 50 or removed from the hanging ring 50 in a turnover mode by taking the hanging ring groove 54 as a fulcrum, and therefore convenience in installation and removal of the storage device 200 is improved. When the hanger 40 is installed, the storage device 200 can be turned over with the hanging ring groove 54 as a pivot, that is, after the hanger protrusion 46 is inserted into the hanging ring groove 54, the rear end of the storage device 200 is rotated downward to hang the hanger 40 on the hanging ring 50. The removal process is opposite to the installation process in sequence and in the turning direction, and is not described in detail here.
In some non-limiting embodiments, the interface of the hanger protrusion 46 and the hanger groove 54 is curved to facilitate installation and removal of the storage device 200.
In some non-limiting embodiments, for the bump 56 closest to the door body 100, the bump top wall 52 of the bump 56 and the bump rear wall 53 transition in an arc shape, and/or the upper portion of the hanger rear wall 53 is inclined away from the door body 100. In this way, by modifying the projection 56 closest to the door 100, when the hanger 40 is hung on the hanging lug 50 in a turning manner or is detached from the hanging lug 50, the hanger 40 can be more easily hung on the hanging lug 50 or more easily detached from the hanging lug 50.
In particular embodiments, the storage device 200 can have a variety of configurations.
In some non-limiting embodiments, the hanger 40 may be integrally formed with the side of the storage device 200.
In other non-limiting embodiments, referring to fig. 13, which shows an exploded view of another storage device in an embodiment of the present invention, in combination with fig. 7-8 and fig. 11 to 13, the storage device 100 includes a bracket 30 and a storage box 10, a lower end of the storage box 10 is provided with a plug portion 11, the bracket 30 is provided with a plug mating portion 31, the plug portion 11 is inserted into the plug mating portion 31, the bracket 30 includes the hanger 40, that is, the hanger 40 is disposed on the bracket 30. The storage box 10 can be connected to the bracket 30 or removed from the bracket 30 in a convenient manner by the engagement of the insertion part 11 and the insertion engagement part 31. So, when storing box 10 need wash or when a plurality of storing box 10 need the exchange position, can need not demolish bracket 30, only need demolish storing box 10, improve the convenience of operation. In addition, the insertion part 11 is disposed at the lower end of the storage box 10, and after the insertion part 11 is inserted into the insertion matching part 31, the insertion part can be hidden, so that the storage device 200 is more concise and beautiful.
