As shown in fig. 9, the main control board 300 includes a circuit board 310, a heat sink 320, and a plurality of plug terminals 330, wherein the heat sink 320 is located on a surface of the circuit board 310 close to the controller fixing device 100, and the plurality of plug terminals 330 are located on a surface of the main control board 300 away from the controller fixing device 100.
The main control board 300 is fixed to the controller fixing device 100, and a plurality of plug terminals are located on a surface of the circuit board 310 facing the compressor chamber 200b and on a side of the circuit board 310 close to the second mounting region 30 a. The plug terminal 310 is disposed at one side of the main control board 300 facing the compressor cavity 200b, and when the device of the compressor cavity 200b is connected to the main control board 300, the connection line is visible, so that the connection is facilitated, thereby improving the production efficiency.
The heat sink 320 is located on the surface of the circuit board 310 near the mounting box 20. When the main control board 300 is mounted in the mounting box 20, the heat sink 320 enters the fan cavity 200a through the first heat sink slot 25 on the first base board 21 and the second heat sink slot 11 on the fixing board 10, so that the heat dissipation effect of the heat sink 320 can be improved.

Claims (10)

1. A controller fixing device provided in a casing of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, the controller fixing device comprising: a fixing plate (10) and a mounting box (20);
the fixing plate (10) is vertically fixed in a shell of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner;
the mounting box (20) is fixed to the fixing plate (10), a first mounting area (20a) and a second mounting area (30a) are formed in the mounting box (20), the first mounting area (20a) is used for accommodating and fixing the main control board, and the second mounting area (30a) is used for accommodating and fixing the magnetic ring.
2. The controller fixing device according to claim 1, wherein the mounting box (20) includes:
a first bottom plate (21) and a plurality of first box walls (22), the plurality of first box walls (22) being arranged at the edge of the first bottom plate (21) and forming a preset angle with the first bottom plate (21), the plurality of first box walls (22) enclosing the first mounting area (20 a);
a second bottom plate (31) and a plurality of second box walls (32), wherein the plurality of second box walls (32) are arranged at the edge of the second bottom plate (31) and form a preset angle with the second bottom plate (31), the plurality of second box walls (32) enclose the second installation area (30a) or the plurality of second box walls (32) enclose the second installation area (30a) with one first box wall (22).
3. The controller fixing device according to claim 2,
the second mounting area (30a) is located below the first mounting area (20 a); or
The first bottom plate (21) and the second bottom plate (31) form a preset angle with the fixing plate (10), and the second bottom plate (31) is located below the first bottom plate (21).

The controller fixing device according to claim 2, characterized in that the first box wall (22) near the second mounting area (30a) is provided with a first snap groove (24), and the second box wall (32) remote from the first mounting area (20a) is provided with a second snap groove (34), the second snap groove (34) being opposite to the first snap groove (24).
5. The controller fixing device according to claim 4, wherein the first base plate (21) is provided with a first heat sink notch (25), and the fixing plate (10) is provided with a second heat sink notch (11), the second heat sink notch (11) being opposite to the first heat sink notch (25).

The controller fixing device according to claim 5, further comprising a water blocking rib (40), wherein the water blocking rib (40) is disposed outside the mounting box (20), is disposed at an end of the second heat sink clamping groove (11) close to the second mounting area (30a), and is connected to the first bottom plate (21).

The controller fixing device according to claim 6, wherein the water blocking rib (40) includes a first blocking plate (41) and a second blocking plate (42), the second blocking plate (42) is opposite to the first base plate (21), one end of the first blocking plate (41) is connected to the second blocking plate (42), and the other end is connected to a side wall of the second radiator groove (11).

The controller fixing device according to claim 2, wherein the outer surface of the first bottom plate (21) is provided with a first snap (26), the fixing plate (10) is provided with a groove (12), the groove (12) is positioned on the surface of the fixing plate (10) close to the mounting box (20), the side wall of the groove (12) is provided with a jack (121), and the first snap (26) is positioned in the jack (121).

An outdoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising a casing (200), a main control panel (300), and at least one controller fixing device (100) as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the controller fixing device (100) is disposed in the casing (200), a fixing plate (10) of the controller fixing device (100) is connected to the casing (200), the main control panel (300) is disposed in a first mounting region (20a) of the controller fixing device (100), a compressor (400) is further disposed in the casing (200), and a magnetic ring (500) on a connection line connecting the compressor (400) and the main control panel (300) is disposed in a second mounting region (30a) of the controller fixing device (100).

The outdoor unit of claim 9, wherein the main control panel (300) comprises a circuit board (310), a heat sink (320), and a plurality of socket terminals (330), the heat sink (320) is disposed on a surface of the circuit board (310) close to the fixing plate (10), and the plurality of socket terminals (330) is disposed on a surface of the main control panel (300) away from the fixing plate (10).
