Range hood and pushing mechanism thereof
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of kitchen appliances, in particular to a range hood and a pushing mechanism thereof.
Background
The range hood has gone through nearly 20 years in China, and the range hood is developed from the initial top-suction thin range hood to the side-suction deep range hood, and is developed to the conditions of top-suction type disassembly-free and European range hood as the main conditions. The functional structure can be divided into a multimedia range hood, an embedded range hood, a wall-suction type range hood, a near-suction type range hood, a solid wood type range hood and the like. The side-suction type fume exhauster is one machine with side air intake and fume separating technology to separate fume effectively and reach fume exhausting effect. The air inlet of the near-suction type smoke machine is closer to a smoke source, the generated smoke can be locked at the first time, the ascending movement distance of the smoke can be effectively shortened, and the smoke exhaust effect is natural and more ideal, so that the near-suction type smoke machine becomes a common smoke exhaust facility in a modern kitchen. Conventional nearly formula cigarette machine of inhaling on the market is mostly for putting the design in the air intake, for realizing better cigarette effect of holding together, can set up the cigarette board that holds together that can open and shut in putting air intake department usually, makes the range hood can have bigger cigarette space of holding together at the during operation, prevents that the oil smoke from escaping. If a larger cigarette holding space is required, the cigarette holding plate usually adopts a larger area size, the weight of the cigarette holding plate is in direct proportion to the cigarette holding space, and the cigarette holding plate can meet the opening and closing requirements only by correspondingly needing larger pushing force to push a pushing mechanism of the cigarette holding plate inevitably. That is, such a range hood correspondingly needs to use a push rod motor with a relatively high power to realize the above functions, resulting in a relatively high cost of the range hood.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 7, fig. 1 shows a view structure schematic diagram of a pushing mechanism of a range hood according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 shows an exploded structure schematic diagram of fig. 1, and fig. 7 shows a structure schematic diagram of a range hood according to an embodiment of the present invention. In an embodiment of the present invention, the pushing mechanism of the range hood includes an electric push rod 10 and a first rotating arm 20. The electric putter 10 is provided with a first end 11 and a second end 12 opposite to each other along its driving direction. The first rotation arm 20 is provided with a first connection portion 21, a second connection portion 22, and a first butting plate 23. The first end 11 is rotatably connected to the first connecting portion 21, and the second end 12 is rotatably disposed on the body 30. The second connecting portion 22 is rotatably disposed on the body 30, and the first butt plate 23 is connected to the cigarette collecting plate 40.
In the pushing mechanism of the range hood, when the length of the electric push rod 10 is changed during the operation, because the first end 11 is rotatably connected to the first connecting portion 21, and the second end 12 is rotatably disposed on the body 30, that is, the first end 11 pushes the first rotating arm 20 to rotate through the first connecting portion 21, and the first rotating arm 20 rotates on the body 30 around the rotation center of the second connecting portion 22, the first rotating arm 20 drives the smoke collecting plate 40 to rotate to open or close the air inlet 301 on the body 30 through the first butt plate 23 when rotating. Therefore, the electric push rod 10 does not directly drive the cigarette collecting plate 40 to open and close, but pushes the cigarette collecting plate 40 to open and close at intervals through the first rotating arm 20, the first rotating arm 20 is equivalent to a lever, so that the electric push rod 10 can drive the cigarette collecting plate 40 to rotate with a small pushing force, and thus, the electric push rod 10 with a small power can be selected to drive the cigarette collecting plate 40 to open and close, and the cost is greatly reduced.
Specifically, the second connection portion 22 is located at a middle portion of the first rotation arm 20 or close to a central portion of the first rotation arm 20 with respect to the first connection portion 21 and the first abutting plate 23. As an example, the first connection part 21 is located at one end of the first rotation arm 20, and the first butt plate 23 is located at the other end of the first rotation arm 20.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a first shaft hole 111 is formed in the first end 11, and a second shaft hole 211 corresponding to the first shaft hole 111 is formed in the first connecting portion 21. The first end 11 is rotatably connected to the first connecting portion 21 through the first shaft hole 111 and the second shaft hole 211 via the first rotating shaft 13.
Specifically, the first rotating shaft 13 is, for example, a pin with a hole, the first locking pin 14 is provided on the first rotating shaft 13, and the first locking pin 14 is inserted into an insertion hole of the pin with the hole, so that the first end 11 and the first connecting portion 21 can be quickly connected together.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 6, in an embodiment, the pushing mechanism of the range hood further includes a first bracket 51. The first bracket 51 is used to be mounted on the body 30, and the second connecting portion 22 is rotatably disposed on the first bracket 51. In addition, the pushing mechanism of the range hood further comprises a second bracket 52. The second bracket 52 is adapted to be mounted to the body 30, and the second end 12 is rotatably disposed on the second bracket 52. Thus, the second connecting portion 22 is not directly and rotatably disposed on the body 30, but indirectly and rotatably disposed on the body 30 through the first bracket 51, so that the second connecting portion 22 can be rotatably mounted on the first bracket 51 and then mounted on the body 30 through the first bracket 51, and the assembly operation is simple and rapid; similarly, the second end 12 is not directly and rotatably disposed on the body 30, but indirectly and rotatably disposed on the body 30 through the second bracket 52, so that the second end 12 can be rotatably mounted on the second bracket 52 and then mounted on the body 30 through the second bracket 52, and the assembly operation is simple and fast.
In one embodiment, the second connecting portion 22 is provided with a third shaft hole 221, and the second connecting portion 22 is rotatably connected to the first bracket 51 by the second rotating shaft 15 passing through the third shaft hole 221. The second end 12 is provided with a fourth shaft hole 121, and the second bracket 52 is provided with a fifth shaft hole 521 corresponding to the fourth shaft hole 121. The second end 12 is rotatably connected with the second bracket 52 through the third rotating shaft 16 passing through the fourth shaft hole 121 and the fifth shaft hole 521.
Specifically, in order to reduce the area of the frictional contact surface between the second connecting portion 22 and the first bracket 51, the first pad 511 is provided on the first bracket 51, and the second connecting portion 22 is rotatably provided on the first pad 511 by the second rotating shaft 15, so that the rotating effect of the first rotating arm 20 is flexible.
In addition, similar to the connection manner of the first end 11 and the first connection portion 21, the third rotating shaft 16 is, for example, a pin with a hole, the second locking pin 17 is disposed on the third rotating shaft 16, and the second locking pin 17 is inserted into the insertion hole of the pin with a hole, so that the second end 12 and the second bracket 52 can be quickly connected together.
Referring to fig. 3 to 6, fig. 3 shows a schematic structural diagram of a full-open state of the smoke collection plate 40 driven by the pushing mechanism of the range hood according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 4 shows an enlarged structural diagram of a position a of fig. 3, fig. 5 shows a schematic structural diagram of a full-closed state of the smoke collection plate 40 driven by the pushing mechanism of the range hood according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 6 shows an enlarged structural diagram of a position B of fig. 5. In one embodiment, the first bracket 51 is provided with a stop block 512. The limiting block 512 is provided with a first surface and a second surface which are adjacent; when the electric push rod 10 drives the cigarette collecting plate 40 to rotate to the fully open position, the first surface and the rotating arm are mutually abutted and positioned (as shown in fig. 3 and 4); when the electric push rod 10 drives the cigarette collecting plate 40 to rotate to the fully closed position, the second surface and the rotating arm are mutually abutted and positioned (as shown in fig. 5 and 6). It can be seen that, the limiting block 512 arranged on the first support 51 can be abutted against the rotating arm for positioning when the cigarette holding plate 40 is completely opened, so as to avoid the cigarette holding plate 40 from moving continuously, and has a limiting effect, and can be abutted against the rotating arm for positioning when the cigarette holding plate 40 is completely closed, so as to avoid the cigarette holding plate 40 from moving continuously and also has a limiting effect.
Specifically, the limiting block 512 is a limiting plate, and the limiting plate is obtained by cutting the plate body through a cutting part on the plate surface of the first bracket 51, and then bending the plate body by 90 degrees.
It should be noted that the "limiting block 512" may be a part of the first bracket 51, that is, the "limiting block 512" and the other part of the first bracket 51 are integrally formed; or a separate member that can be separated from the other parts of the first bracket 51, i.e., the "limiting block 512" can be manufactured separately and then combined with the other parts of the first bracket 51 to form a whole. As shown in fig. 4 or fig. 6, in an embodiment, the "limiting block 512" is a part of the "first bracket 51" that is integrally formed.
It should be understood that the first bracket 51 is not limited to the above-mentioned configuration as one limiting block 512, and may also be configured in other forms and numbers of limiting structures, which are not limited herein, and may be configured according to practical situations, as long as the limiting function is performed on the cigarette collecting plate 40 when the cigarette collecting plate moves to the fully opened position and moves to the fully closed position.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 7, in an embodiment, a range hood includes the range hood pushing mechanism of any of the above embodiments, and further includes a body 30 and a smoke collection plate 40. The front of the body 30 is provided with an air inlet 301, and the cigarette collecting plate 40 is rotatably arranged at the air inlet 301 in an opening and closing manner. The second end 12 is rotatably disposed on the body 30, the second connecting portion 22 is rotatably disposed on the body 30, and the first butt plate 23 is connected to the cigarette collecting plate 40.
In the range hood, when the length of the electric push rod 10 changes during operation, the first end 11 is rotatably connected to the first connecting portion 21, and the second end 12 is rotatably disposed on the body 30, that is, the first end 11 pushes the first rotating arm 20 to rotate through the first connecting portion 21, and the first rotating arm 20 rotates on the body 30 around the rotation center of the second connecting portion 22, so that the first rotating arm 20 rotates to drive the smoke collecting plate 40 to rotate through the first docking plate 23 to open or close the air inlet 301 on the body 30.
It should be noted that the front side of the body 30 refers to a surface of the body 30 facing a user when the range hood is installed in a kitchen space and the user is using the range hood. The back of the body 30 means that the surface of the body 30 facing the wall, that is, the surface opposite to the front of the body 30, after the range hood is installed in the kitchen space. The top surface of the body 30 refers to a surface of the body 30 deviating from the ground after the range hood is installed in the kitchen space. The side of the body 30 refers to a surface of the body 30 on both sides of the front surface of the body 30 or the back surface of the body 30.

Front panel 31 is connected to top panel 32, back panel 33, first side panel 34 and second side panel 35, respectively. The electric putter 10 and the first rotation arm 20 are mounted on the first side panel 34. Therefore, the pushing mechanism of the range hood is arranged on the first side plate, namely on the same part, the pushing mechanism of the range hood can be assembled on the same plane, and the assembly errors among the parts are reduced. The number of parts related to assembly positioning is reduced, and the assembly efficiency and the assembly precision of actual production can be improved. In addition, the pushing mechanism of the range hood is arranged on the first side panel 34, and after the front panel 31 is disassembled, the pushing mechanism of the range hood can be conveniently disassembled and assembled.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, a first support plate 341 and a first bracket 51 are further disposed on the first side panel 34. The second connecting portion 22 is rotatably disposed on the first bracket 51. The first supporting plate 341 is provided with a second bracket 52, and the second end 12 is rotatably provided on the second bracket 52.
Referring to fig. 7, 10 and 11, fig. 10 shows a schematic structural view of the cigarette collecting plate 40 connected to the second side panel 35 through the second rotating arm 60 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 11 shows an enlarged structural view of fig. 10 at D. The third connecting portion 61 is rotatably disposed on the second side panel 35, and the second butt plate 62 is connected to the cigarette collecting plate 40. In this way, when the electric push rod 10 drives the cigarette collecting plate 40 to rotate through the first rotating arm 20 at one side of the cigarette collecting plate 40, the other side of the cigarette collecting plate 40 is rotatably connected with the second side panel 35 through the second rotating arm 60, that is, the cigarette collecting plate 40 operates stably in the opening and closing process.
Specifically, the third bracket 53 is provided on the second side panel 35. The third connecting portion 61 is rotatably provided on the third bracket 53. Further, for example, a second support plate 351 is provided on the second side panel 35. In addition, similar to the installation manner of the second connecting portion 22 on the first bracket 51, the second pad 531 is provided on the third bracket 53, and the third connecting portion 61 is rotatably provided on the second pad 531.
It should be noted that the "first supporting plate 341" may be a part of the "first side plate", that is, the "first supporting plate 341" and the "other part of the first side plate" are integrally formed; or a separate member that can be separated from the other portion of the first side plate, i.e., the first supporting plate 341 can be manufactured separately and then combined with the other portion of the first side plate to form a whole. In one embodiment, the first support plate 341 is a part of the first side plate.
