The first normal pressure grouting is carried out in a full casing, a BWF160/10 type grouting pump is adopted for grouting, the maximum flow is 160L, the maximum discharge pressure is 10MPa, a rubber pipe is connected with a hole grouting pipe from a grout outlet of the grouting pump, and the distance between a background and a grouting hole position is controlled to be not more than 50 m.
Before grouting, checking whether a power supply circuit, a grouting pump piston, a pressure gauge and the like of the pulping equipment are normal, and checking whether the connection of a slurry feeding pipeline and a grouting pipeline is smooth. And after the cement slurry is qualified, starting a grouting pump and injecting the cement slurry into the hole. And stopping grouting when the concentration of the slurry overflowing from the orifice of the anchor cable hole is consistent with that of the injected slurry.
And finishing the first normal pressure grouting of the anchor cable hole, after the full sleeve is pulled out, and curing the slurry in the anchor cable hole for 4-6 hours, and then carrying out the second high pressure grouting in the anchor cable hole.
And in the second high-pressure grouting, continuous grouting is kept, and when the slurry is leaked quickly when the loose filling stone layer is met, intermittent pump stopping is adopted for 2 hours, then grouting is carried out, and the process is repeatedly circulated until the pressure meets the design requirement.
