The present invention provides a laundry treating apparatus, which may include various forms such as a dryer independent from a washing machine for separate washing, a washing and drying machine having washing and drying functions, etc., it should be noted that the type of application scenario of the present invention does not limit the protection scope of the laundry treating apparatus of the present invention. For convenience of explanation, the following description will be made taking the dryer as an example.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a clothes treating apparatus, as shown in fig. 1, including a body assembly 1, a door 2, and a filter device 3. The body assembly 1 is provided inside with a first cavity 11 for accommodating laundry, and one end (right end in fig. 1) of the first cavity 11 in a first direction (x direction in fig. 1) has a first opening 12 communicating with the outside. The door body 2 is movably connected with the body assembly 1 to open or close the first opening 12. The connection manner of the door body 2 and the body assembly 1 in the embodiment of the present invention includes, but is not limited to, a translational connection and a rotational connection, as long as the door body 2 can relatively open the first opening 12 or close the first opening 12. In a state that the door body 2 opens the first opening 12, a user can take and put clothes through the first opening 12; in a state that the door body 2 closes the first opening 12, a relatively closed first cavity 11 is formed inside the clothes treating device to perform washing, dehydrating or drying operations on the clothes; it should be noted that, relatively closed means that the first cavity 11 keeps a certain volume or more of solid from moving between the first cavity 11 and the outside in the operating state of the laundry treatment device, but gas and/or fluid can still circulate, and the specific meaning of the certain volume can be determined according to the actual parameters of the laundry treatment device.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the filter device 3 according to the embodiment of the present invention is detachably connected to the door 2, that is, the filter device 3 can move with the door 2 relative to the body assembly 1 in a state where the door 2 is connected to the filter device 3; in a state where the door body 2 is detached from the filter device 3, the filter device 3 may be detached from the door body 2, thereby facilitating individual cleaning, maintenance, replacement, and the like of the filter device 3. The filtering device 3 and the door body 2 in the embodiment of the utility model can be connected in a clamping manner and can also be connected in a sliding rail manner, so long as the filtering device 3 and the door body 2 can be connected and separated.
The filtering device 3 in the embodiment of the utility model can move along with the door body 2, and in the process that the door body 2 moves relative to the body assembly 1, the door body 2 can open and close the first opening 12, so that the filtering device 3 is driven to be close to and far away from the first opening 12. It will be understood that the approach and the departure are opposite, for example, the state in which the first opening 12 is open is opposite to the state in which the first opening is closed, and the filter device 3 is further away from the first opening, and it is not intended that the distance of the filter device 3 is greater than a certain value, i.e., away, and less than each value, i.e., close. In the process of the movement of the door body 2 relative to the body assembly 1, the door body 2 drives the filter device 3 to have an included angle relative to the first direction, which varies with the movement of the door body 2, and it can be understood that the included angle of the filter device 3 relative to the first direction may be an included angle of a certain plane on the filter device 3 relative to the first direction, for example, a plane of the filter device 2 farthest from the outer surface of the door body 2 (the right end surface of the door body 2 shown in fig. 1) may be defined as the first surface 31, when the first opening 12 shown in fig. 1 is closed, the included angle between the first surface 31 and the first direction is 90 degrees, when the first opening 12 shown in fig. 3 or 4 is opened, the included angle between the first surface 31 and the first direction is 0 degree, and then, the included angle between the filter device 3 relative to the first direction varies. Of course, the angle of the filter device with respect to the first direction may also be characterized by the angle of other planes on the filter device with respect to the first direction. It should be noted that, during the movement of the door body 2, the included angle of the filter device 3 relative to the first direction may be increased or decreased, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the type of the change of the included angle of the filter device 3 relative to the first direction.
In the process that the door body moves relative to the body assembly, the included angle of the filtering device relative to the first direction can be driven to change, so that the angle of the filtering device relative to the first opening is changed, the placement position of the filtering device under the condition that the first opening is opened can be conveniently taken out relative to the position under the condition that the first opening is closed, the difficulty in assembling and disassembling the filtering device is reduced, and the user experience is improved. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 4 (two door opening manners, i.e., up and down), the filter device 3 has a first surface 31, and as shown in fig. 1, the first surface 31 may be any end surface of the filter device 3 in a first direction (x direction shown in fig. 1) when the door body 2 closes the first opening 12, the first surface 31 may extend along a second direction, and the second direction is substantially perpendicular to the first direction, where the substantially perpendicular includes a case where an included angle between the extending direction of the first surface 31 and the first direction is not exactly 90 degrees, and the included angle between the two directions is greater than 80 degrees, i.e., is substantially perpendicular, so that processing and installation errors can be covered. The second direction is not limited to a direction of a straight line, but may be a direction of a set of parallel lines, for example, the second direction is an up-down direction and is not limited to a straight line direction extending back and forth. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in a state where the door body 2 completely opens the first opening 12, the first surface 31 is parallel or substantially parallel to the first direction (x direction shown in fig. 3). Wherein substantially parallel means that the angle between the first surface 31 and the first direction is less than or equal to 10 degrees. The door 2 in the embodiment of the present invention is fully opened, which means that the door 2 can move to the maximum extent relative to the body assembly 1. Of course, in other embodiments, the maximum movement limit of the door body 2 relative to the body assembly 1 includes, but is not limited to, 90 degrees, and the maximum movement limit of the door body 2 relative to the body assembly 1 may be less than 90 degrees, or may be greater than 90 degrees.
In the embodiment of the utility model, the angle of the first surface relative to the first direction is changed into 90 degrees, so that two door body opening modes of opening the door from top to bottom can be provided, the reasonable selection can be favorably carried out according to the environment of the practical clothes treatment device, and no matter which door opening mode is adopted, the filtering device can be taken out by moving along the horizontal direction basically under the state that the first opening is completely opened, and the filtering device can be taken out by moving along the vertical direction relatively, so that the risk that sundries on the filtering device are scattered in the taking-out process can be reduced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the door body 2 is rotatably coupled to the body assembly 1. When the door body 2 closes the first opening 12, an included angle θ (represented by an included angle between the first surface 31 and the first direction) of the filter device 3 relative to the first direction is approximately 90 degrees; as the door body 2 gradually opens the first opening 12, the included angle θ of the filter device 3 relative to the first direction gradually decreases until the included angle θ is 0 in the completely opened state of the first opening 12 shown in fig. 3 or 4. In addition, the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the maximum rotatable angle between the door 2 and the body assembly 1, for example, the maximum rotatable angle between the door 2 and the body assembly 1 may be smaller than 90 degrees, the maximum rotatable angle between the door 2 and the body assembly 1 may be substantially 90 degrees (in the previous embodiment), or the maximum rotatable angle between the door 2 and the body assembly 1 may be larger than 90 degrees.
The embodiment of the utility model realizes the movable connection of the body assembly and the door body in a specific rotary connection mode, and the required space is smaller compared with the movable connection realized in a translation mode.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the door body 2 and the body assembly 1 are rotatably connected around a rotating shaft 5, and the rotating shaft 5 extends in a direction perpendicular to both the first direction and the second direction. The extending direction of the rotating shaft 5 is the axial direction of the rotating shaft 5, that is, the axial direction of the rotating shaft 5 is perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction. For example, in the state shown in fig. 3 and 4, the first direction is a horizontal direction, the second direction is a vertical direction, and the rotation shaft 5 extends in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the drawing. The embodiment of the utility model realizes the rotary connection of the door body 2 and the body assembly 1 by adopting the rotating shaft 5, and has the advantages of simple connection structure, reliable connection mode and lower production and manufacturing cost.
As shown in fig. 4, in some embodiments, the rotating shaft 5 is located below the first opening 12, wherein below the first opening 12 represents below the first opening 12 in a normal use state of the laundry treating apparatus. In a state where the rotating shaft 5 is located below the first opening 12, the door body 2 can rotate around the rotating shaft 5 below the first opening 12, and gradually open the first opening 12 from above the first opening 12, thereby opening the first opening 12 from top to bottom. The door body 2 in the embodiment of the utility model can be opened from top to bottom relative to the body assembly 1, and the opened door body 2 can be used for placing clothes, so that the risk that the clothes fall to the ground is reduced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, the door body 2 has a second cavity 21 communicating with the first cavity 11, and the filtering device 3 is detachably disposed in the second cavity 21 to filter the gas passing through the second cavity 21. Wherein, one end of the door body 2 is provided with a second opening 22, and the second opening 22 is communicated with the second cavity 21, so that the filtering device 3 can enter or leave the second cavity 21 from the second opening 22. The second opening 22 may be disposed at an end of the door body 2 opposite to the rotating shaft 5, which means an end of the door body 2 far from the rotating shaft 5. In a state where the door body 2 closes the first opening 12, the second opening 22 may be located in the accommodating cavity in the body assembly 1, so that the filter device 3 cannot be separated from the door body 2; when the door 2 opens the first opening 12, one end of the second opening 22 of the door 2 is not shielded, and the filter device 3 can be separated from the second cavity 21 under the action of external force.
As shown in fig. 7, the second cavity 21 is in communication with the first cavity 11, so that the second cavity 21 can receive the gas to be filtered from the first cavity 11, and the second cavity 21 can also output the filtered gas to the first cavity 11.
According to the embodiment of the utility model, the second cavity 21 capable of accommodating the filtering device 3 is arranged in the door body 2, so that the assembly structure of the filtering device 3 and the door body 2 is more compact, the volume of the whole door body 2 is reduced, and meanwhile, the sealing performance of the clothes treatment device in the working process is improved. It is understood that the filtering device 3 may have a filtering function in each part of the component, or may have a filtering function in some parts, for example, a casing is disposed outside the part having the filtering function for protection.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the filter device 3 includes a filter housing 32 and a filter element 33. A third cavity 34 communicated with the second cavity 21 is formed in the filter shell 32, and the filter shell 32 is provided with an inlet 35 and an outlet 36 communicated with the third cavity 34; a filter 33 is disposed within the third cavity 34 to block impurities in the gas passing through the third cavity 34.
