Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a foldable plastic box that can be completely folded. It comprises a bottom part 10, a front part 20, a rear part 30, a left side part 40 and a right side part 50. Wherein, the front part 20 is hinged with the front of the bottom part 10, the back part 30 is hinged with the back of the bottom part 10, the left side part 40 is clamped with the left side of the bottom part 10 and is respectively hinged with the front part 20 and the back part 30, and the right side part 50 is clamped with the right side of the bottom part 10 and is respectively hinged with the front part 20 and the back part 30.
The bottom surface part 10 is a square plate and has strong bearing capacity. The front surface portion 20 is hinged to the front surface of the first base plate 11. In this embodiment, the first bottom panel 11 may be folded inwardly to the inner side surface of the front portion 20 to achieve folding of the first bottom panel 11. In other embodiments, the first bottom panel 11 may also be configured to fold outwardly to an outside surface of the front portion 20 or to fold outwardly to a juxtaposed configuration with the front portion 20.
The rear face portion 30 is hinged to the rear of the second base plate 12. In this embodiment, the second bottom panel 12 may be folded inwardly to the inside surface of the rear portion 30 to effect folding of the second bottom panel 12. In other embodiments, the second bottom panel 12 may also be configured to fold outwardly to an outside surface of the rear portion 30 or to fold outwardly to lie juxtaposed with the rear portion 30.
The outer surface of the front face part 20 is recessed inwards to form two symmetrically arranged square cavities 21, and the outer surface of the rear face part 30 is provided with two square bosses 31 matched with the cavities 21. When a plurality of folding plastic boxes are stacked in a folding state, the concave cavities 21 of the upper and lower adjacent folding plastic boxes are matched and clamped with the convex seats 31, so that the stacking of the plurality of folding plastic boxes is stable and does not move. It will be appreciated that the cavity 21 and the boss 31 may have other shapes, numbers and positions, and will not be described in detail herein.
The top side of the front face part 20 and the top side of the rear face part 30 are symmetrically provided with 2 protrusions 80, and the bottom side of the front face part 20 and the bottom side of the rear face part 30 are recessed inwards to form 2 grooves 90 which can be matched with the protrusions 80. When a plurality of folding plastic boxes are stacked in an unfolded state, the protrusions 80 of the upper and lower adjacent folding plastic boxes are matched and clamped with the grooves 90, so that the plurality of folding plastic boxes are stably stacked without movement. It will be appreciated that other numbers and locations of the protrusions 80 and recesses 90 are possible.
The left side face 40 includes a first left side plate 41 and a second left side plate 42 that are hinged. The first left side plate 41 is clamped with the first bottom plate 11, and the first left side plate 41 is hinged with the front part 20; the second left side plate 42 is clamped with the second bottom plate 12, and the second left side plate 42 is hinged with the rear face part 30. It can be understood that the first left side plate 41 can also be clamped with the first bottom plate 11 and the second bottom plate 12, respectively, and the second left side plate 42 can be clamped with the second bottom plate 12, or the first left side plate 41 can be clamped with the first bottom plate 11, and the second left side plate 42 can be clamped with the first bottom plate 11 and the second bottom plate 12, respectively.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the left side face 40 is divided into a first left side plate 41 and a second left side plate 42 by a vertical horizontal center line thereof. The first left side plate 41 is clamped with the first bottom plate 11, and the first left side plate 41 is hinged with the front part 20; the second left side plate 42 is clamped with the second bottom plate 12, and the second left side plate 42 is hinged with the rear face part 30. After the clamping of the first left side plate 41 and the first bottom plate 11 and the clamping of the second left side plate 42 and the second bottom plate 12 are respectively released, the hinged first left side plate 41 and the hinged second left side plate 42 can be folded inwards to realize the folding of the left side part 40. In other embodiments, the hinged first left side panel 41 and second left side panel 42 can also be folded outwardly to fold the left side portion 40.
Referring to fig. 4, the left side portion 40 further includes a left slider 43 having a first through slot, a rear side of the first left side plate 41 is hinged to a front side of the second left side plate 42, a first sliding guide portion 44 is disposed at one end of a top side of the first left side plate 41 and sinks below a surface of the first left side plate 41 and extends to a rear side of the first left side plate 41, a second sliding guide portion 45 is disposed at one end of a top side of the second left side plate 42 and sinks below a surface of the second left side plate 42 and extends to a front side of the second left side plate 42, and the left slider 43 is fastened to the first sliding guide portion 44 or the second sliding guide portion 45 through the first through slot.
When the first left side plate 41 and the second left side plate 42 are in an open parallel state, the first guide sliding portion 44 and the second guide sliding portion 45 are in butt joint, and the left slider 43 can slide along the first guide sliding portion 44 and the second guide sliding portion 45 and stop at the butt joint of the first guide sliding portion 44 and the second guide sliding portion 45.
In the present embodiment, the length of the first slide guide 44 is greater than the length of the second slide guide 45, and the length of the left slider 43 is equal to the length of the first slide guide 44. When the first left side plate 41 and the second left side plate 42 are folded, the left slider 43 is placed on the first sliding guide part 44; when the first left side plate 41 and the second left side plate 42 are in an open parallel arrangement state, the first guide sliding part 44 is in butt joint with the second guide sliding part 45, the left slider 43 slides from the first guide sliding part 44 to the second guide sliding part 45, because the length of the left slider 43 is greater than that of the second guide sliding part 45, the left slider 43 can be limited at the butt joint position of the first guide sliding part 44 and the second guide sliding part 45, the left slider 43 realizes the stop of the first left side plate 41 and the second left side plate 42, and the accidental contraction and folding of the first left side plate 41 and the second left side plate 42 in the use process are avoided.
The right side face portion 50 includes a first right side plate 51 and a second right side plate 52 that are hinged. The first right side plate 51 is clamped with the first bottom plate 11, and the first right side plate 51 is hinged with the front part 20; the second right side plate 52 is clamped with the second bottom plate 12, and the second right side plate 52 is hinged with the rear face part 30. It can be understood that the first right side plate 51 can also be clamped with the first bottom plate 11 and the second bottom plate 12 respectively, and the second right side plate 52 can be clamped with the second bottom plate 12 respectively, or the first right side plate 51 can be clamped with the first bottom plate 11, and the second left side plate 42 can be clamped with the first bottom plate 11 and the second bottom plate 12 respectively.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the right side surface 50 is divided into a first right side plate 51 and a second right side plate 52 by a vertical horizontal center line, the first right side plate 51 is clamped with the first bottom plate 11, and the first right side plate 51 is hinged with the front surface 20; the second right side plate 52 is clamped with the second bottom plate 12, and the second right side plate 52 is hinged with the rear face part 30. The right side face 50 further includes a right slider 53 having a second through slot, the rear side of the first right side plate 51 is hinged to the front side of the second right side plate 52, a third sliding guide 54 sinking below the surface of the first right side plate 51 and extending to the rear side of the first right side plate 51 is disposed at one end of the top side of the first right side plate 51, a second sliding guide 45 sinking below the surface of the second right side plate 52 and extending to the front side of the second right side plate 52 is disposed at one end of the top side of the second right side plate 52, and the right slider 53 is engaged with the third sliding guide 54 or the fourth sliding guide 55 through the second through slot.
When the first right side plate 51 and the second right side plate 52 are in an open parallel state, the third slide guide 54 and the fourth slide guide 55 are in abutment, and the right slider 53 can slide along the third slide guide 54 and the fourth slide guide 55 and stop at the abutment of the third slide guide 54 and the fourth slide guide 55.
In the present embodiment, the length of the fourth slide guide 55 is greater than the length of the third slide guide 54, and the length of the right slider 53 is equal to the length of the fourth slide guide 55. When the first right side plate 51 and the second right side plate 52 are folded, the right slider 53 is placed on the fourth guide sliding part 55; when the first right side plate 51 and the second right side plate 52 are in an open parallel arrangement state, the third guide sliding portion 54 is in butt joint with the fourth guide sliding portion 55, the right slider 53 slides from the fourth guide sliding portion 55 to the third guide sliding portion 54, and the length of the right slider 53 is greater than that of the third guide sliding portion 54, so that the right slider 53 can be limited at the butt joint position of the third guide sliding portion 54 and the fourth guide sliding portion 55, the right slider 53 realizes the stop of the first right side plate 51 and the second right side plate 52, and the first right side plate 51 and the second right side plate 52 are prevented from being accidentally folded in a contraction mode in the using process.
Referring to fig. 5, the rear portion 30 of the foldable plastic box is further provided with a buckle 60, and the front portion 20 is provided with a locking groove 70. The snap 60 and the snap groove 70 cooperate to snap the folded plastic box. In this embodiment, the rear portion 30 is provided with a latch 60 at each of the left and right ends thereof, and the front portion 20 is provided with a catch 70 at each of the left and right ends thereof. It should be understood that the positions and the numbers of the fasteners 60 and the locking slots 70 are not limited to the embodiment, and the embodiment is within the scope of the present application as long as the fasteners 60 and the locking slots 70 are configured to cooperate to achieve locking when the foldable plastic box is folded.
The first left side plate 41, the second left side plate 42, the first right side plate 51 and the second right side plate 52 of the foldable plastic box are all provided with a handheld area 100.
When unfolding the folding plastic box, firstly opening the buckle 60, closing and clamping the first bottom plate 11 and the second bottom plate 12, then respectively resetting the left side part 40 and the right side part 50, respectively clamping the first left side plate 41 and the first right side plate 51 with the first bottom plate 11, respectively clamping the second left side plate 42 and the second right side plate 52 with the second bottom plate 12, and finally respectively sliding the left and right slide blocks to fix the left and right side parts.
When the folding is needed, the two sliding blocks are slid to release the fixation of the plates on the left and right side parts, and then the clamping connection between the first bottom plate 11 and the second bottom plate 12 is released, the first bottom plate 11 is folded inwards on the inner surface of the front part 20 in a turning way, and the second bottom plate 12 is folded inwards on the inner surface of the rear part 30 in a turning way; the first left side plate 41 and the second left side plate 42 are folded inwards through hinge, the first right side plate 51 and the second right side plate 52 are folded inwards through hinge, and finally the front face part 20 and the rear face part 30 are clamped and fixed through the matching of the clamping buckles 60 and the clamping grooves 70 at the left end and the right end.
