A housing 93 is formed between the top plate 28 and the holder 25, and the guide roller 26 is located in the housing 93. In the present embodiment, the top plate 28 is provided with an opening 95, as shown in fig. 10, the diameter of the opening 95 is larger than that of the guide wheel 26, and the opening 95 is covered with the cover plate 29. The center of the guide wheel 26 is provided with a wheel shaft 30, the wheel shaft 30 has a head end and a tail end along the length direction, and the head end of the wheel shaft 30 is connected with the cover plate 29. When the guide wheel 26 needs to be repaired and replaced, the guide wheel 26 and the cover plate 29 can be directly lifted and passed through the opening 95 on the top plate 28. Meanwhile, the cover plate 29 covers the opening 95 of the top plate 28 to limit the guide wheel 26, so that the guide wheel 26 is prevented from being inclined. Meanwhile, the bottom end surface of the cover plate 29 is provided with a convex ring 94, when the cover plate 29 covers the upper end surface of the top plate 28, the convex ring 94 is inserted into the opening 95, and the outer annular wall of the convex ring 94 is attached to the inner wall of the opening 95. The cover plate 29 and the top plate 28 are held in a horizontal position by the engagement of the protruding ring 94 and the opening 95.
In order to avoid the deflection of the guide wheel 26 caused by the bottom of the wheel shaft 30 without limit, the supporting seat 25 is further provided with a slot 31, the slot 31 is positioned right below the opening 95 of the top plate 28 and is opposite to the opening 95, and the tail end of the wheel shaft 30 is inserted into the slot 31.
In the present embodiment, the head end of the axle 30 is detachably connected to the cover plate 29, specifically, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the head end of the axle 30 penetrates through the cover plate 29, a caulking groove 32 is formed on a side wall of the axle 30 penetrating through the cover plate 29 and exposed out of the cover plate 29, and a plug plate 34 is detachably disposed on an upper end surface of the cover plate 29. The insertion plate 34 is inserted into the insertion groove 32, so that the guide wheel 26 and the cover plate 29 are kept relatively fixed. More specifically, the cover plate 29 is provided with a threaded hole, and the insertion plate 34 is provided with a fixing hole 33. When the socket plate 34 is inserted into the slot 32, the fixing hole 33 is aligned with the threaded hole, a screw can be threaded through the fixing hole 33 and the threaded hole, so that the socket plate 34 and the cover plate 29 are fixed, and the socket plate 34 is inserted into the slot 32, so that the cover plate 29 and the axle 30 are fixed relatively. After the guide wheel 26 is extracted, the screw on the insertion plate 34 is only required to be turned, and the insertion plate 34 is taken out from the caulking groove 32, so that the guide wheel 26 and the cover plate 29 can be detached. Furthermore, in the scheme, the end of the axle 30, which penetrates through the cover plate 29, is connected with the lifting bolt 92 in a threaded manner, so that a user can directly lift the lifting bolt 92 to extract the guide wheel 26, and the lifting device is more convenient and faster.
The supporting seat 21 is further provided with a bearing seat 35, the bearing seat 35 is located between the two bearing seats 25, the bearing seat 35 is further provided with a brush roller 36, and the width direction of the brush roller 36 is the same as the width direction of the steel plate conveying channel 18. In addition, as a preferred embodiment, the roller line of the brush roller 36 is disposed at an included angle with the horizontal plane. It is easy to understand that the contact between the outer roll surface of the brush roll 36 and the side wall of the steel plate 99 is similar to line contact, if the brush roll 36 is placed parallel to the horizontal plane, only one line area of the side wall of the steel plate 99 can be brushed, and the side wall part of the side wall of the steel plate 99 adjacent to the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface is not brushed cleanly. And the roller line of the brush roller 36 is arranged at an included angle with the horizontal plane, so that the side wall of the steel plate 99 can be comprehensively brushed.
In this embodiment, the bearing seat 35 can slide relative to the support seat 21 along the width direction of the steel plate conveying passage 18. Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the supporting base 21 is provided with a guide rail 37 extending in the width direction of the steel plate conveying passage 18, and the bottom end surface of the carriage 35 is provided with a slider 38, and the slider 38 is slidably provided on the guide rail 37, so that the carriage 35 can slide relative to the supporting base 21.
Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 11, 12 and 15, a first elastic member acts on the support base 21. Specifically, the first elastic element includes a spring 39, a fixing plate 40 is disposed on the base 20, a fixing rod 41 is disposed on a side wall of the supporting seat 21 close to the rear end face of the base 20, one end of the fixing rod 41 far away from the supporting seat 21 penetrates through the fixing plate 40, the spring 39 is sleeved on the fixing rod 41, and two ends of the spring 39 respectively abut against the fixing plate 40 and the supporting seat 21.
Since the steel plate 99 may be skewed during the transportation of the steel plate 99, the center line of the steel plate 99 is not located on the center line of the base 19 or the steel plate transportation path 18. If the base 20 is still located at the center line of the steel plate conveying channel 18 and the original width of the steel plate 99, the guide wheel 26 on one side of the base 20 cannot be attached to the side wall of the steel plate 99, and the guide wheel 26 on the other side collides with and interferes with the side wall of the steel plate 99.
In the present embodiment, since the width of the steel plate 99 to be processed is known and the width of the steel plate conveying passage 18 is also known, when the center line of the steel plate 99 and the center line of the steel plate conveying passage 18 are assumed to coincide, a standard interval between the steel plate 99 and the non-moving guide wheel 26, which is a predetermined interval, can be obtained. When the steel plate 99 is conveyed into the steel plate conveying passage 18, the driving assembly drives the base 20 to slide relative to the base 19 so that the two bases 20 approach each other. At this time, only the preset stroke is required to be larger than the preset interval, even if the steel plate 99 is deflected, the guide wheel 26 can contact with the side edge of the steel plate 99, and the support seat 21 can be retracted because the moving distance of the guide wheel 26 exceeds the interval between the guide wheel 26 and the side edge of the steel plate 99. In the process that the steel plate 99 presses the guide wheel 26 to drive the supporting seat 21 to slide towards the rear end face of the base 20, the supporting seat 21 drives the fixing rod 41 to move backwards relative to the fixing plate 40, the spring 39 on the fixing rod 41 is compressed, and the spring 39 always gives a reset acting force to the supporting seat 21, so that the guide wheel 26 on the supporting seat 21 is always attached to the side wall of the steel plate 99 in the steel plate conveying channel 18 for guiding.
In this embodiment, the fixing plate 40 is provided with an abutting member. Specifically, as shown in fig. 15, the abutting member is a sleeve 42, the sleeve 42 extends along the length direction of the steel plate conveying passage 18, an external thread is provided on an outer wall of the sleeve 42, and the sleeve 42 penetrates through the fixing plate 40 and is screwed with the fixing plate 40. The fixing rod 41 penetrates the inner cylinder of the sleeve 42, one end of the spring 39 on the fixing rod 41 is abutted against the supporting seat 21, and the other end of the spring 39 is abutted against one end face of the sleeve 42 close to the supporting seat 21. The user need only twist the sleeve 42 so that the sleeve 42 is away from or close to the rear end face of the support seat 21. After the sleeve 42 is adjusted to make the sleeve 42 approach the supporting seat 21, the deformation amount of the spring 39 increases when the steel plate 99 presses the guide wheel 26 to slide the supporting seat 21 to the rear end surface of the base 20. After the sleeve 42 is adjusted to make the sleeve 42 away from the supporting seat 21, when the steel plate 99 presses the guide wheel 26 to drive the supporting seat 21 to slide towards the rear end surface of the base 20, the deformation amount of the spring 39 is reduced. Thereby through the deformation volume of adjusting spring 39 apron 29 spring 39 acts on the restoring force of supporting seat 21, avoid guide pulley 26 and the too inseparable steel sheet 99 that leads to of the laminating of steel sheet 99 side to be difficult to carry, also avoid guide pulley 26 and the separation of steel sheet 99 side to lead to unable realization direction spacing effect. And in order to facilitate the knob adjustment of the sleeve 42, a knob handle 43 is arranged on the end of the sleeve 42 far away from the supporting seat 21. As shown in fig. 7, a baffle 44 is vertically disposed on the base 20, and the baffle 44 is located between the front end surface of the base 20 and the support base 21. When the steel plate 99 is conveyed in the steel plate conveying channel 18, the guide wheel 26 loses the limit of the steel plate 99, the restoring force of the spring 39 forces the supporting seat 21 to move towards the steel plate conveying channel 18, and the supporting seat 21 abuts against the baffle 44, so that the supporting seat 21 is prevented from sliding out of the base 20 due to the elastic force of the spring 39.
In this embodiment, the second elastic member acts on the bearing seat 35. Specifically, as shown in fig. 11 and 16, the second elastic member is a tension spring 45, a tension spring seat 46 is disposed on the support seat 21, one end of the tension spring 45 is connected to the tension spring seat 46, and the other end of the tension spring 45 is connected to the bearing seat 35. Since the brush roller 36 is retracted to be aligned with the guide wheel 26 during the feeding process of the base 20, the steel plate 99 presses the guide wheel 26 to drive the supporting seat 21 to slide towards the rear end surface of the base 20, and at this time, the tension spring 45 is stretched and deformed.
In order to facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the tension spring 45, a first hook 47 is arranged on the tension spring seat 46, a second hook 48 is arranged on the bearing seat 35, and two ends of the tension spring 45 are respectively hooked and connected with the first hook 47 and the second hook 48.
During the conveying of the steel plate 99, the brush rollers 36 on both sides continuously brush the side edges of the steel plate 99. The brush roll 36 includes a roll core, and abrasive filaments wrapped around the roll core to form a brush layer, wherein the abrasive filaments are stick-shaped resin substrates containing rigid abrasive particles and have a long strip-shaped cylindrical structure. In the process of brushing, the abrasive wires are gradually shortened, and the roller diameter of the brush roller 36 is continuously reduced. And when the roller diameter of the brush roller 36 is continuously reduced, a gap will be formed between the brush roller 36 and the side wall of the steel plate 99, but because the tension spring 45 is stretched and deformed, when a gap will be formed between the brush roller 36 and the side wall of the steel plate 99, the restoring force of the tension spring 45 will immediately pull the bearing seat 35 to feed towards the direction of the side edge of the steel plate 99, the gap formed between the brush roller 36 and the side wall of the steel plate 99 is automatically compensated, and the brush roller 36 is forced to be always attached to the side wall of the steel plate 99 to realize uninterrupted grinding and brushing.
Preferably, the tension spring seat 46 can slide relative to the support seat 21 along the width direction of the support seat 21 in the present embodiment. In a specific embodiment, the tension spring seat 46 is located in front of the outer wall of the side of the bearing seat 35 adjacent to the front end surface of the supporting seat 21. The tension spring base 46 includes a base plate 49, and one end of the base plate 49 is exposed to the front end surface of the support base 21 to form an exposed portion. Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 6, a connecting plate 50 extending downward is disposed on the bottom end surface of the exposed portion of the bottom plate 9, a pushing screw 51 penetrates through the connecting plate 50, a head of the pushing screw 51 abuts against the front end surface of the supporting seat 21, a pushing nut 52 is connected to the pushing screw 51 in a threaded manner, and the pushing nut 52 is connected to the connecting plate 50. When a user rotates and pushes the screw 51, the connecting plate 50 drives the base plate 49 to move closer to or away from the bearing seat 35, and the deformation amount of the tension spring 45 is adjusted through the sliding tension spring seat 46, so that the attaching force of the pressing brush roller 36 attaching to the side wall of the steel plate 99 is adjusted. If the amount of deformation of the tension spring 45 is too large, the adhesion force when the brush roller 36 adheres to the side wall of the steel plate 99 is too large, so that the brush roller 36 is difficult to rotate. If the deformation amount of the tension spring 45 is too small, the adhesion force of the brush roller 36 against the side wall of the steel plate 99 is too small, which results in a relatively poor brushing effect.
As shown in fig. 16, the base plate 49 is further provided with a limit groove 53, the limit groove 53 penetrates through the upper and lower end surfaces of the base plate 49, the limit groove 53 extends along the width direction of the support base 21, the support base 21 is provided with a fixing screw 54, and the fixing screw 54 penetrates through the limit groove 53 and is in threaded connection with the support base 21. When a user rotates the pushing screw 51 to slide the substrate 49 to a designated position relative to the supporting seat 21, the fixing screw 54 can be rotated to make the end cap of the fixing screw 54 cooperate with the supporting seat 21 to clamp the substrate 49, which is easy to understand, the device is difficult to avoid vibrating during the polishing process, if the vibrating pushing nut 52 and the pushing screw 51 may rotate relatively to cause the tension spring seat 46 to slide, and when the bottom plate 9 slides to the designated position relative to the supporting seat 21, the end cap of the fixing screw 54 cooperates with the supporting seat 21 to clamp the substrate 49 through rotating the fixing screw 54, thereby preventing the tension spring seat 46 from sliding relative to the supporting seat 21.
Meanwhile, a lot of scraps are generated when the brush roller 36 brushes the side edge of the steel plate 99, and water is continuously injected to the brushing part of the brush roller 36 in the brushing process to achieve the effects of cooling and dust collection. In order to prevent the tension spring 45 from rusting due to the debris and water falling into the tension spring 45, the bearing seat 35 is provided with a protective cover 55 extending in the direction of the steel plate conveying passage 18, and the protective cover 55 is positioned above the tension spring 45. And the bottom plate 9 is provided with a material passing channel 56, the material passing channel 56 penetrates through the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the bottom plate 9, and the bottom plate 9 is obliquely and downwardly extended along the direction from the edge to the material passing channel 56. Even if the protective cover 55 is covered above the tension spring 45, it is inevitable that debris and water fall onto the tension spring seat 46. Through being provided with material passing channel 56 on bottom plate 9, and bottom plate 9 inclines downwardly extending along self border to material passing channel 56's direction and sets up, the piece all can be through material passing channel 56 unloading, can not pile up the use that influences equipment on bottom plate 9.
In addition, in this embodiment, the support base 21 is further provided with a front stopper and a rear stopper 60. The front limiting member is located between the front end face of the supporting seat 21 and the bearing seat 35, the distance between the front limiting member and the bearing seat 35 is the stroke length of the bearing seat 35 on the supporting seat 21, and the stroke length of the bearing seat 35 on the supporting seat 21 is smaller than the thickness of the polishing layer. When the tension spring 45 drives the bearing seat 35 to move to realize the automatic compensation of the brush roller 36, the bearing seat 35 is continuously close to the front limiting part, and the side wall of the steel plate 99 is not contacted with the roller core until the bearing seat 35 is abutted against the front limiting part, so that the damage of the roller core and the steel plate 99 caused by the contact of the roller core and the side wall of the steel plate 99 is avoided.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6 and 11, the front limiting member includes a limiting plate 57, and the limiting plate 57 is vertically disposed on the supporting seat 21. The limiting plate 57 is penetrated with a limiting screw 58, the limiting screw 58 is connected with a limiting nut 59 through threads, and the limiting nut 59 is fixedly connected with the limiting plate 57. When the limit screw 58 is twisted relative to the limit plate 57 to make the head of the limit screw 58 approach the bearing seat 35, the stroke length of the bearing seat 35 on the supporting seat 21 is reduced. When the limit screw 58 is twisted relative to the limit plate 57 to make the head of the limit screw 58 away from the bearing seat 35, the stroke length of the bearing seat 35 on the supporting seat 21 is enlarged. Because the models of the brush rolls 36 are different, the thicknesses of the brushing layers are different, and the distance between the front limiting piece and the bearing seat 35 is adjusted by twisting the limiting screw 58, so that the stroke range of the bearing seat 35 is changed to adapt to the thicknesses of the brushing layers of the brush rolls 36 of different models.
The rear limiting member 60 is located between the rear end surface of the supporting seat 21 and the bearing seat 35, and when the bearing seat 35 slides to abut against the rear limiting member 60, the sliding block 38 at the bottom of the bearing seat 35 is still located on the guide rail 37. The rear stop 60 prevents the carrier 35 from slipping off the guide rail 37 when the tension spring 45 is replaced.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 17 and 18, the base 19 is a drainage base, and the base 19 is provided with a water collection groove 61, and the water collection groove 61 extends in the width direction of the steel sheet conveyance path 18. Specifically, the up end of base 19 is provided with the cavity, is provided with two drainage plates 62 in the cavity, and the cavity has left and right sides inner wall in steel sheet transfer passage 18's length direction, and two drainage plates 62 respectively with the left and right sides inner wall connection of cavity, every drainage plate 62 all along self width direction promptly (the length direction of steel sheet transfer passage 18) by the one end slope downwardly extending of keeping away from the cavity inner wall with the one end of cavity inner wall connection. The drainage plates 62 are spaced apart from each other at an end thereof remote from the inner wall of the cavity to form the water collection groove 61. The upper end of the base 19 generally assumes a V-shaped configuration as a whole. When the brush roller 36 brushes the steel plate 99, the waste water sprayed on the side wall of the steel plate 99 for cooling and dust collection is remained in the water collection tank 61 along the drainage plate 62 and then is uniformly discharged from the water outlet 67, so that the waste water is prevented from overflowing on the base 19.
And in this scheme, be provided with drain bar 65 in the water catch bowl 61, this drain bar 65 is along steel sheet conveying channel 18's width direction, and the head and the tail both ends of drain bar 65 are connected with the head and the tail both ends inner wall in the cavity respectively. The base 19 has a front end and a rear end in the width direction of the steel sheet conveying passage 18, and the drain plate 65 in this embodiment extends obliquely downward in the width direction of the steel sheet conveying passage 18. Specifically, the drain plate 65 extends obliquely downward from the rear end to the front end of the base 19. Meanwhile, the base 19 is provided with a water outlet 67, the water outlet 67 penetrates through the front end wall of the base 19 to be communicated with the water collecting tank 61, and the rear end plate surface of the water discharging plate 65 is abutted against the water outlet 67. Since the drain plate 65 extends obliquely downward in the direction from the front end to the rear end of the body of the base 19, the waste water is discharged from the drain opening 67 along the drain plate 65 by gravity.
And to avoid waste water from flowing through the gap between the drainage plate 62 and the drain plate 65 and falling to the bottom of the cavity where it accumulates. One end of the drainage plate 62, which is far away from the inner wall of the cavity, is connected with a side baffle 66, and the side baffle 66 extends vertically downwards along the width direction of the side baffle 66 and is connected with the cavity bottom of the cavity. Meanwhile, the two side walls of the drain board 65 in the width direction are connected with the board surfaces of the two side baffles 66. By providing the two-sided baffle 66, the water flowing into the water collection tank 61 is finally retained on the drain plate 65, and the accumulation of the water in the cavity between the drainage plate 62 and the drain plate 65 is avoided. Preferably, the width of the drain plate 65 is smaller than the width of the drain opening 67. Because the width of the drain plate 65 is smaller than that of the drain opening 67, no water is accumulated on the drain plate 65, and no water outlet dead angle exists.
In addition, in order to install the driving assembly and the base 20, a plurality of mounting plates 63 stretching across the water collecting tank 61 and the two drainage plates 62 along the width direction of the cavity are arranged on the base 19, and the mounting plates 63 are arranged at intervals along the direction from the front end to the rear end of the base 19. The feed screw 97 penetrates the first support plate 68 adjacent to the drive motor 96, and an end of the feed screw 97 remote from the drive motor 96 is rotatably connected to the second support plate 69. Meanwhile, a feed nut 98 is threadedly connected to the feed screw 97, and the feed nut 98 is fixedly connected to the base 20. When the drive motor 96 drives the feed screw 97 to rotate, the feed nut 98 moves the base 20. The base 20 further has a feed guide 90, the feed guide 90 penetrates the front and rear end surfaces of the base 20 along the width direction of the steel sheet conveying passage 18, one end of the feed guide 90 is connected to the first support plate 68, and the other end of the feed guide 90 is connected to the third support plate 70.
And to avoid the mounting plate 63 from being broken due to the hanging of the bottom of the mounting plate 63 and the failure of the mounting plate 63 to bear the weight of the base 20 and various components on the base 20. In this scheme in the bottom of mounting panel 63 be provided with supporting shoe 64, the bottom face of supporting shoe 64 offsets the laminating with the face of two drainage plates 62.
In order to support the bottom of the driving motors 96 in the side brush units of the steel plates on the two sides, the base 19 in the scheme is provided with mounting brackets 71 extending outwards on the front end surface and the rear end surface of the base, and the two driving motors 96 are respectively arranged on the mounting brackets 71 extending out on the front end surface and the rear end surface of the base 19. The mountable area on the base 19 is enlarged by the mounting bracket 71 without interfering with the flow guide plate 62. And the whole length of the base 19 does not need to be enlarged, thereby saving the cost.
In this scheme, base 19's front end and rear end all are equipped with self-adaptation compression roller mechanism.
