Compared with the prior art, the applicator wearing device 1 can be worn by a patient, and the applicator 6 is fixedly installed through the applicator wearing device 1. Wherein, the arc slide rail 3a on the applicator wearing device 1 can adjust the positioning tube 6b of the applicator 6, thereby adjusting the state of the applicator part 6a and leading the applicator 6 to be fixedly installed in a way of being more attached to the affected part of the patient. In addition, the portion of wearing 2 both the patient of being convenient for removes, and the patient of being convenient for carries and executes source ware 6 and remove, can shield patient's privacy position (affected part) again better, is favorable to promoting patient's treatment and experiences.
Second embodiment
According to the first embodiment, the positioning and fixing member 3b can slide along the house-type arc-shaped sliding rail 3a to adjust the applicator 6, but if the positioning and fixing member 3b moves during the treatment process, the applicator 6a may be displaced relative to the affected part, which is not favorable for the treatment.
In order to solve the above problem, in the second embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 5 to 9, at least one side of the positioning and fixing member 3b is provided with a sliding groove 3b1, and the sliding groove 3b1 is slidably sleeved on the arc-shaped sliding rail 3a, and the sliding groove 3b1 is provided with a sliding locking member 3b 2.
Specifically, the groove width of the ring groove of the positioning and fixing member 3b is larger than the thickness of the arc-shaped slide rail 3a, so that the positioning and fixing member 3b can smoothly and continuously slide along the arc-shaped slide rail 3 a. Moreover, the surfaces of the arc-shaped slide rails 3a, which are in contact with the slide grooves 3b1, are smooth surfaces (e.g., metal surfaces) to reduce the sliding friction between the positioning fixing pieces 3 b.
In the preferred embodiment of the present application, the groove wall of the sliding groove 3b1 is provided with a mounting position (not shown) for a ball (not shown) to mount the ball between the groove wall and the sliding groove 3b1, so that the sliding friction is converted into rolling friction when the positioning fixing member 3b slides, and the resistance of the positioning fixing member 3b during sliding is further reduced.
In other embodiments of the present application, the sliding groove 3b1 may be disposed on the arc-shaped sliding rail 3a, and a part of the positioning fastener 3b is embedded in the sliding groove 3b1, so as to realize the sliding fit between the positioning fastener 3b and the arc-shaped sliding rail 3 a.
After the positioning fixing piece 3b is slid to the target position, the position of the positioning fixing piece 3b on the arc-shaped slide rail 3a can be fixed by sliding the locking piece 3b 2. In this embodiment, the slide lock 3b2 can fix the positioning fixture 3b to the slide groove 3b1 through the groove wall.
Specifically, in one embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 5, the sliding lock 3b2 is a locking bolt 3b21, a screw hole 3b4 is provided on the groove wall, and the locking bolt 3b21 passes through the screw hole 3b4 to contact the arc-shaped sliding rail 3 a. When the positioning fastener 3b slides, the locking bolt 3b21 is in an unlocked state, that is, the front end (the end penetrating through the screw hole 3b 4) of the locking bolt 3b21 does not abut against or press against the arc-shaped slide rail 3a, that is, no force acts between the front end of the locking bolt 3b21 and the arc-shaped slide rail 3a, and the arc-shaped slide rail 3a and the positioning fastener 3b can slide relatively. When the positioning fixing piece 3b reaches the target position, the locking bolt 3b21 is tightened to be in a fastening state, and the front end of the locking bolt 3b21 abuts against or presses the arc-shaped slide rail 3a, so that the movement or the movement tendency between the positioning fixing piece 3b and the arc-shaped slide rail 3a is prevented.
Similarly, referring to fig. 6, the sliding lock 3b2 is a spring pin 3b22, the wall of the groove is provided with a pin hole 3b5, and the spring pin 3b22 passes through the pin hole 3b5 to contact the arc-shaped slide rail 3 a. When the spring pin 3b22 is in a locked state, one end of the spring pin 3b22 inserted into the groove wall abuts against or presses the arc-shaped sliding rail 3 a; when the spring pin 3b22 is not in the locked state, the end of the spring pin 3b22 inserted into the groove wall and the contact surface of the arc-shaped slide rail 3a have no force action.
In a preferred embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 9, the positioning fastener 3b includes two sliding grooves 3b1, and two sliding grooves 3b1 are oppositely disposed on two sides of the positioning fastener 3b, so that the in-hand area between the positioning fastener 3b and the arc-shaped sliding rail 3a can be increased by disposing two sliding grooves 3b1, and the connection strength between the positioning fastener 3b and the arc-shaped sliding rail 3a is improved.
In order to improve the locking effect of the sliding lock 3b2, in a preferred embodiment, the end of the arc-shaped slide rail 3a and the sliding lock 3b2 close to the arc-shaped slide rail 3a of the arc-shaped slide rail 3a is provided with a stop part 3b3, and when the arc-shaped slide rail 3a and the sliding lock 3b2 are locked, the stop part 3b3 of the arc-shaped slide rail 3a abuts against the arc-shaped slide rail 3 a.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in a preferred embodiment, the sliding lock 3b2 includes a stop portion 3b3 near one end of the arcuate slide rail 3a, and the stop portion 3b3 abuts the arcuate slide rail 3a when the sliding lock 3b2 is locked.
Specifically, the stopper 3b3 is used to increase the locking effect of the slide lock 3b2, and may generally increase the positive pressure between the slide lock 3b2 and the curved slide rail 3a or the friction between the slide lock 3b2 and the curved slide rail 3 a. For example, the stopper 3b3 is a rubber pad, and when the slide lock piece 3b2 is locked, the front end of the slide lock piece 3b2 presses the rubber pad, thereby increasing the friction force between the rubber pad and the both. Preferably, the area of the stopper 3b3 may be larger than the end area of the front end of the lock bolt 3b21 or the spring pin 3b22, thereby further enhancing the locking effect of the slide lock 3b 2.
Third embodiment
In order to fix the positioning tube 6b passing through the positioning fixing member 3b and improve the fixing effect of the applicator 6, a third embodiment of the present application provides an applicator wearing device 1. Specifically, when the applicator 6 is attached, the positioning tube 6b passes through the positioning hole 3b7 in the positioning fixture 3b, and when the application part 6a is delivered to the affected part, the position of the positioning tube 6b with respect to the positioning hole 3b7, that is, the target position of the positioning tube 6 b. At this time, fastening bolt 3b6 is tightened, one side of positioning tube 6b is in contact with positioning hole 3b7, and the end of fastening bolt 3b6 on the other side is in contact with, thereby fixing positioning tube 6 b.
In the preferred embodiment of the present application, one end of the fastening bolt 3b6 near the positioning tube 6b is provided with an abutting portion 3b61, and the abutting portion 3b61 is formed as a curved surface abutting the outer surface of the positioning tube 6 b. The attaching portion 3b61 is attached to the outer surface of the positioning tube 6b, that is, the line contact is changed into the surface contact, so that the contact area between the attaching portion 3b61 and the positioning tube 6b is increased, the positioning tube 6b is prevented from sliding relative to the fastening bolt 3b6, and the positioning tube 6b is further fixed more firmly.
In order to reduce the influence of other components on the action of tightening the fastening bolt 3b6, i.e. to reserve enough operating space for the fastening bolt 3b6, in the embodiment of the present application, the positioning fixture 3b further includes a positioning sleeve 3b8, the positioning tube 6b is disposed along the positioning hole 3b7 and protrudes from the positioning hole 3b7 in the direction away from the body surface of the patient, the positioning tube 6b is inserted into the positioning hole 3b7 along the positioning sleeve 3b8, and the fastening bolt 3b6 passes through the positioning sleeve 3b8 to fix the positioning hole 3b 7. The positioning tube 6b enables the fastening bolt 3b6 to be positioned relatively far from the surface of the positioning fixture 3b, thereby preserving space for the operation of the rented medical worker.
