Water is pumped into the water inlet pipe 700 and enters the first spraying cavity 211 and the second spraying cavity 231 respectively, and finally is sprayed out from the first nozzle and the second nozzle, and the first nozzle and the second nozzle are obliquely arranged, so that the reaction force is applied to the first spraying arm body 210 and the second spraying arm body 230, and the sprayer 20 rotates.
In order to shield the gap between the first spray arm 21 and the second spray arm 22, referring to fig. 15, a portion of the second main plate 122 exposed in the first notch 400 has a first area 2133 close to the first side plate 2100 and a second area 2144 close to the second side plate 2200; the second main board 122 has a first groove 2222 in the second area 2144. The first spray arm body 210 further includes a first extension plate 2266, the first extension plate 2266 is integrally formed with the first spray arm body 210, and the first extension plate 2266 is located in the first area 2133 and connected to an end surface of the second main plate 122 near the first opening 212.
Referring to fig. 16, the portion of the fourth main board 144 exposed in the second notch 500 has a third area 2155 close to the third side board 2300 and a fourth area 2166 close to the fourth side board 2400. The fourth main board 144 has a second recess 2333 in the third area 2155. The second spray arm body 230 further includes a second extension plate 2888, the second extension plate 2888 is integrally formed with the second spray arm body 230, and the second extension plate 2888 is located in the fourth area 2166 and is connected to the end surface of the fourth main plate 144 close to the second opening 232. The first extension board 2266 extends into the second recess 2333 and is connected to the second main board 122. The second extension board 2888 extends into the first groove 2222 and is connected with the fourth main board 144. When the first extension plate 2266 extends into the second groove 2333 and the second extension plate 2888 extends into the first groove 2222, a gap between the first spray arm 21 and the second spray arm 22 is blocked and fixed, so that water is prevented from flowing out from the gap as much as possible.
In some embodiments of the present application, to further improve the clamping stability of the first spray arm 21 and the second spray arm 22. Referring to fig. 17, the first spray arm 21 may further include at least one ninth locking portion 310 located in the second region 2144 and disposed on an end surface of the second main board 122 near the first opening 212, and the ninth locking portion 310 and the first spray arm body 210 are integrally formed. The second spray arm 22 may further include at least one tenth clamping portion 320 located in the fourth area 2166 and disposed on the outer surface of the fourth main plate 144 and near one end of the second opening 232, wherein the tenth clamping portion 320 and the second spray arm body 230 are integrally formed. The ninth engaging portion 310 engages with the tenth engaging portion 320 to fix the outer surfaces of the first spray arm 21 and the second spray arm 22. For the convenience of fastening the ninth clamping portion 310 and the tenth clamping portion 320, the ninth clamping portion 310 may be a ninth clamping plate 3100, and a ninth clamping hole 3111 is formed in the ninth clamping plate 3100. The tenth locking portion 320 may be a tenth protrusion, the tenth protrusion is provided with a tenth guiding surface 3122, the tenth protrusion is locked into the ninth locking hole 3111 through the tenth guiding surface 3122, and the tenth protrusion abuts against the inner wall of the ninth locking hole 3111.
In some embodiments of the present application, to further improve the clamping stability of the first spray arm 21 and the second spray arm 22. Referring to fig. 17, the first spray arm 21 may further include at least one eleventh clamping portion 330, which is located in the first area 2133 and is disposed on an outer surface of the second main plate 122 and near one end of the first opening 212. The eleventh clamping portion 330 is integrally formed with the first spray arm body 210. The second spray arm 22 may further include at least one twelfth clamping portion 340, located in the third area, and disposed on an end surface of the fourth main plate 144 close to the second opening 232. The twelfth clamping portion 340 is integrally formed with the second spray arm body 230. The eleventh engaging portion 330 engages with the twelfth engaging portion 340 to fix the outer surfaces of the first spray arm 21 and the second spray arm 22. Specifically, in order to facilitate the fastening of the eleventh fastening part 330 and the twelfth fastening part 340, the twelfth fastening part 340 may be a twelfth fastening plate 3311, and the twelfth fastening hole 3322 is formed on the twelfth fastening plate 3311. The eleventh locking portion 330 may be an eleventh protrusion, the eleventh protrusion is provided with an eleventh guide surface 3333, the eleventh protrusion is locked in the twelfth locking hole 3322 through the eleventh guide surface 3333, and the eleventh protrusion abuts against an inner wall of the twelfth locking hole 3322.
In some embodiments of the present application, in order to facilitate the installation of the water inlet pipe 700, a radially extending annular flange 711 is provided on an end plate of the water inlet pipe 700 near the shower 20, and the annular flange 711 is integrally formed with the water inlet pipe 700, as shown in fig. 18. A first semi-annular groove 1122 is formed in the inner surface of the first main plate 111, the first semi-annular groove 1122 is located at the edge of the first notch 400, and the first semi-annular groove 1122 is coaxial with the first notch 400. A second semi-annular recess 1144 is formed in the inner surface of the third main plate 133, and the second semi-annular recess 1144 is located at the edge of the second notch 500. The second semi-annular groove 1144 is disposed coaxially with the second notch 500. The first semi-annular groove 1122 and the second semi-annular groove 1144 are formed to form a receiving groove. A plurality of bumps 1166 are arranged on the inner bottom surface of the accommodating groove at intervals, the thickness of the bumps 1166 is smaller than the depth of the accommodating groove, the plurality of protrusions 1166 and the inner bottom surface of the accommodating groove are integrally formed, and the protrusions 1166 reduce friction between the annular flange 711 and the accommodating groove. The annular flange 711 engages the receiving groove and the annular flange 711 rotates relative to the receiving groove.
In order to improve the mounting stability of the water inlet pipe 700, the first shower arm 21 shown in fig. 19 may further include a first enclosure plate 456. The first enclosing plate 456 is semi-annular, is mounted on the outer surface of the first main plate 111, and is located at the edge of the first notch 400, and the first enclosing plate 456 and the first spray arm body 210 are integrally formed. The inner side plate of the first enclosing plate 456 is provided with a plurality of first sliding guide ribs 4511 to reduce friction. The second spray arm 22 may also include a second shroud 457. The second enclosing plate 457 is semi-annular and is installed on the outer surface of the third main plate 133 and located at the edge of the second notch 500, and the second enclosing plate 457 and the second spray arm body 230 are integrally formed. And a plurality of second sliding guide ribs 4522 are arranged on the inner side plate of the second enclosing plate 457, so that friction is reduced. A containing cavity 1000 for containing the water inlet pipe 700 is enclosed between the first enclosing plate 456 and the second enclosing plate 457. The water inlet pipe 700 extends into the first spray chamber 211 and the second spray chamber 231 through the receiving chamber 1000. the first spray arm and the second spray arm are arranged in a central symmetry mode, a first opening of the first spray arm body is abutted to a second opening of the second spray arm body, and the first spray cavity is communicated with the second spray cavity.
