Detailed Description
To further clarify the technical solutions and effects adopted by the present application to achieve the intended purpose, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments according to the present application. In the following description, different "one embodiment" or "an embodiment" refers to not necessarily the same embodiment. Furthermore, the particular features, structures, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in one or more embodiments.
The utility model discloses a food processing machine which at least comprises a food container for processing food materials, wherein a spraying and cleaning device connected with an external water source is arranged in the food container, and the spraying and cleaning device performs self-rotation spraying in the food container by using the water supply pressure of the external water source so as to provide spraying and cleaning for the food container.
The shape, structure and operation of the spray cleaning device will be described in detail.
See fig. 1 for fig. 5. The spray cleaning device comprises: a shower body 51 having a spout; the water inlet joint 53 is used for being connected with an external water source, and the water inlet joint 53 is fixedly connected with the spraying body 51; and the water channel 52 is arranged in the spraying body 51, the water channel 52 is positioned between the water inlet joint 53 and the spray opening, and the water channel 52 is arranged from the joint of the water inlet joint 53 to the spray opening and gradually decreases and extends towards the spray opening.
The spraying cleaning device disclosed by the utility model has a very simple overall structure, and by optimizing the water channel structure, after water from an external water source enters the water channel 52 from the water inlet joint 53, the water flows towards the nozzle along the gradually-reduced water channel 52, the water pressure is continuously increased in the flowing process, and finally the water column is sprayed out from the nozzle with larger spraying force, so that the sprayed water column can generate better cleaning effect on the food processor.
As shown in fig. 2, the spraying body 51 has two side wings (as shown in fig. 2, two side wings are respectively labeled as 501 and 502) distributed on two opposite sides of the central rotation axis O-O' of the water inlet joint 53, each side wing has a connection end 508 connected with the water inlet joint 53 and a spraying end 509 far away from the connection end 508, the spraying opening is arranged at the spraying end 509, and the water channel 52 is arranged in the side wings 501 and 502 in a gradually decreasing and extending manner from the connection end 508 to the spraying end 509.
As shown in particular in fig. 3-5. The shower body 51 includes a shower bottom cover 512 and a shower upper cover 511 detachably fitted to the shower bottom cover 512, and a spout is provided in the shower upper cover 511. Moreover, a first water tank 5110 is arranged on the lower side surface of the upper spraying cover 511, a second water tank 5120 is arranged on the upper side surface of the lower spraying cover 512, the first water tank 5110 and the second water tank 5120 both have the same extension shape with the water channel 52, and the first water tank 5110 and the second water tank 5120 jointly enclose to form the water channel 52 when the upper spraying cover 511 and the lower spraying cover 512 are assembled and connected. The structure is convenient for manufacturing and assembling the spray cleaning device, is also convenient for cleaning the water channel 52 by opening the spray upper cover 511 in the following process, and is beneficial to improving the use safety.
In one embodiment, the nozzle includes two actuating nozzles 56 disposed on two side wings, respectively, and each nozzle 56 is located on a different vertical side of each side wing (specifically, two actuating nozzles 56 are disposed on different vertical sides of two opposite ends of the spray cap 511, as shown in fig. 3), so that a pair of parallel force couples for actuating the spray body 51 to rotate about the central rotation axis O-O' is generated on the spray body 51 when the water column is sprayed through the two actuating nozzles 56. The structure enables the spraying and cleaning device to be driven by water power, external driving parts are not needed, and the spraying and cleaning device is simple in structure and reliable in work.
As further shown in fig. 3, the water inlet joint 53 is fixed at the center of the upper spraying cover 511, that is, the water inlet joint 53 is communicated with the center 5111 of the first water tank 5110, and the first water tank 5110 extends 2 channel branches 5112 towards the driving nozzles 56 at the two ends, respectively, and the 2 channel branches 5112 are gradually reduced from the center 5112; and the end of each channel branch 5112 close to the driving nozzle 56 has an arc transition shape 5113, so that water in the channel branch 5112 can flow to the driving nozzle 56 more smoothly according to the arc transition shape 5113, and the driving nozzle 56 is ensured to jet a water column with a larger jetting force. Since the first and second water tanks 5110 and 5120 have the same extension shape as the water passage 52, it can be seen that the water passage 52 has a water passage center communicating with the water inlet joint 53, and the water passage center has a larger size; the water channel 52 extends from the center of the water channel to two opposite ends to form sub water channels, each sub water channel is respectively positioned in each side wing, and each sub water channel is gradually reduced from the center of the water channel to the driving nozzle 56; also, the end of water passage 52 near drive nozzle 56 has a circular arc transition shape, so that water in water passage 52 can flow more smoothly toward drive nozzle 56 with reduced resistance according to the circular arc transition shape.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the spraying body 51 is further provided with an exhaust hole 57, and the exhaust hole 57 is located at the end of the water channel 52 and is close to the nozzle, so that air remained in the water channel 52 is exhausted from the exhaust hole 57, and the water flow is ensured to be unblocked with the outside air when entering the closed water channel 52. It will be appreciated that the vent 57 is a capillary hole that allows water to flow out without overcoming surface tension and without leaking water. For example, the exhaust holes 57 are provided on the shower bottom cover 512 at both ends of the second water tank 5120.
In one embodiment, the nozzles include two upper nozzles 55 disposed on the two side wings and communicated with the water passage 52, and the upper nozzles 55 are disposed on the shower cover 511. The upper spout 55 is used to spray water column upward to spray and wash the container cover of the food container, so that the food processor can be thoroughly cleaned by the spray cleaning device.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 6, a check valve 7 is disposed at each nozzle, and the valve port 73 of the check valve 7 is exposed from the nozzle, so that the spray cleaning device can spray water in the water channel 52 through the valve port 73 of the check valve 7 when providing spray cleaning operation. When the spraying cleaning device provides spraying cleaning work for the food processor, water flow in the water channel 52 is sprayed out from the valve port 73 of the one-way valve 7 after the valve port 73 is opened by the nozzle so as to clean the food processor; when spraying belt cleaning device when not working, valve port 73 of check valve 7 closes, when utilizing food processor processing preparation to eat the material, eat the material and can not enter into water course 52 from the spout like this, can not cause water course 52 to block up and lead to spraying belt cleaning device unable work, can not cause in the water course 52 to remain to eat the material and breed the bacterium yet to stop the health potential safety hazard.
The check valve 7 includes a valve seat 71 and a valve body 72 disposed on the valve seat 71, and a valve port 73 of the valve body 72 is exposed from the spout. The valve seat 71 is limited and arranged on the spout to block the spout, so that the water flow of the water channel 52 can be enabled to flush the valve port 73 of the check valve 7 and be sprayed out from the valve port 73 under the action of pressure. The shape of the valve port 73 may be a straight line, a fine hole, or other shapes, but is not limited thereto.
The above description is only exemplary of the present application and should not be taken as limiting the present application, as any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the protection scope of the present application.
