2. The water spray assembly of the cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the flow diversion device comprises a flow diversion sheet, and the flow diversion sheet and the flow guide are of an integral structure.
3. The water spray assembly of a cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the diverter means comprises a diverter blade arranged in a criss-cross configuration.

The water spray assembly of the cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the top of the cross structure is provided with an arc-shaped flow guide part crossing the inner wall of the flow guide part, and/or the bottom of the cross structure is provided with a slope flow guide part arranged at an angle with the arc-shaped flow guide part.

The water spray assembly of the cooking appliance according to claim 4, wherein a side of the curved flow guide is provided with a first flow blocking structure, and a side of the inclined flow guide facing away from the first flow blocking structure is provided with a second flow blocking structure.

The water spray assembly of the cooking appliance according to claim 1, further comprising a water spray nozzle, wherein the water outlet of the deflector is peripherally provided with a first docking station, and the water inlet of the water spray nozzle is peripherally provided with a second docking station that is docked with the first docking station.

The water spray assembly of the cooking appliance according to claim 6, wherein the periphery of the second docking station is provided with a plurality of hooks distributed along the circumferential direction, and the periphery of the first docking station is provided with a plurality of avoiding grooves matched with the plurality of hooks.
8. The water spray assembly of the cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the outer wall of the deflector is provided with an annular protrusion, and the deflector is snap-fitted to the cooking appliance through the annular protrusion.

The water spray assembly of the cooking utensil as claimed in claim 6, wherein the water spray nozzle is formed with a water storage tank communicated with the diversion member, the water spray nozzle is provided with a plurality of water spray holes distributed along the circumferential direction and corresponding to the plurality of diversion flow channels, and the water spray nozzle is provided with a plurality of spray channels communicated with the water storage tank and the plurality of water spray holes.
10. The water spray assembly of the cooking appliance of claim 9, wherein the plurality of spray channels have a plurality of different angles of inclination and/or a plurality of different cross-sectional areas.
11. A cooking appliance having the water spray assembly of the cooking appliance of any one of claims 1 to 10.
