A novel pet groomer as defined in claim 1 wherein: the comb head comprises a head part and a connecting part; the hair-removing resisting plate and the comb teeth are arranged in the head part; the comb tooth driving mechanism comprises a driving part arranged on the inner side of the connecting part and a lantern ring arranged on the outer side of the connecting part and capable of driving the driving part to move through rotation or/and sliding.
3. A novel pet groomer as defined in claim 2 wherein: a connecting mechanism fixedly arranged with the handle is arranged below the mounting position of the corresponding lantern ring on the connecting part; the connecting mechanism can prevent the comb head from moving relative to the handle.

A novel pet groomer as defined in claim 2 wherein: the driving part is a driving ring, and the lantern ring is a rotating lantern ring; the comb teeth are connected in the head in a sliding manner; the comb head is rotatably connected with a driving ring for driving the comb teeth to slide; the driving ring is fixedly connected with the rotating collar; a step part is arranged on the driving ring; the step part at least comprises two step surfaces with different heights; two adjacent step surfaces are connected through an inclined transition surface.
