In one embodiment of the above embodiment, the number of the punch 51 and the waste discharge hole 41 is 3, and the 3 punch 51 and the waste discharge hole 41 are not on the same horizontal line. The waste discharge device for punching the printing film according to claim 3, wherein a placing groove for placing the printing film is dug on the upper surface of the lower die, the waste discharge hole is formed at the bottom of the placing groove and is matched with the punching piece, at least one waste discharge groove is formed at the lower end of the lower die, and the waste discharge groove is communicated with the waste discharge hole.
