Detailed Description
The female urinal for a bed-ridden burn patient according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
The application discloses bed rest burn patient uses women urinal, it includes: a bracket member 10, a hanger member 20, a urinal member 30.
The support member 10 is formed in a shape of a long strip plate, adhesive hooks (for example, velcro adhesive hooks are fixed by adhesive) are formed at the lower sides of the two ends 11a and 11b of the support member and are used for being fixed on dressing wound on the thigh of a patient suffering from bed burn, and the auxiliary material is generally gauze which has a loose structure and is convenient for the adhesive hooks to be connected with the gauze.
The hanger member 20 is suspended below the bracket member 10.
The urinal component 30 comprises a urinal body 31 and a cylindrical urinal neck 32, wherein an opening is formed at the rear end of the urinal neck 32, and the outline of the opening is on a curved surface so as to be attached to the perineum of a patient; an upper extension rod 33 is formed at an upper side of the pot body 31, and the pot body 31 is coupled to a lower side of the hanger member 20 by the upper extension rod 33.
The middle of the bracket member forms a first through hole 12.
The upper portion of the hanger member 20 is formed with a first bolt 23, and the tip of the first bolt 23 passes through the first through hole 12 of the bracket member 10 and is suspended below the bracket member 20 by being coupled to a first nut 24. By means of the first nut 24, the height of the urinal component suspended below the hanger component 20 can be adjusted to a suitable height.
The hanger member 20 includes an n-shaped frame 21, the n-shaped frame 21 including a first side plate, a second side plate, and an upper end cross member connected to upper ends of the first side plate and the second side plate; a second through hole is formed in the middle of the upper end beam; the tip of the first bolt 23 extends upward through the second through hole, and the end plate of the first bolt 23 is supported on the lower side of the upper end beam of the n-shaped frame 21.
A third threaded hole is formed through the lower ends of the first side plate and the second side plate; a third bolt 22 is arranged in the third threaded hole; a ring body 34 is formed at the upper end of the upper extension rod 33; the ring 34 is fitted over the third bolt 22.
The edge of the opening formed at the rear end of the pot neck 32 is provided with a foam or rubber edge 32a, which increases the comfort and the tightness of the contact between the opening and the perineum of the patient.
When in use, the bracket component is adhered to the proper position on the wound dressing on the thigh of the patient through the adhesive hooks at the lower sides of the two ends; by rotating the first nut, the degree of inserting the first bolt into the first through hole is adjusted, so that the body protecting component is adjusted to be at a proper height, namely, the opening of the kettle body is attached to the perineum of a patient, and the urethral orifice is surrounded by the opening of the kettle body. Because kettle body and kettle neck are located the front and back both sides of upper extension rod respectively, under the action of gravity of kettle body (the volume of kettle body obviously will be greater than the volume of kettle neck, and they are the same, therefore the gravity of kettle body is far greater than the gravity of kettle neck), the kettle neck can use the third bolt to upwarp as the pivot, from this tightly laminates in perineum department. Scales can be formed on the kettle body, so that the metering by nurses is facilitated. When the patient urinates, the perineum can be fitted with the pot body, so that the patient can urinate at any time without the help of a nurse. After the urinal is full, the nurse unscrews the third bolt and then takes off the urinal body, measures and empties the urinal body, and then installs the urinal body again, continues to connect urine.
