It should be noted that the following examples are only for explaining the technical solution of the present invention and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a detachable sleeve assembly 100 of the present invention comprises a sleeve 110 and a housing 120, wherein the upper portion of the sleeve 110 is provided with a first connecting portion which is matched with a second connecting portion of the lower portion of the housing 120; the lower part of the first connecting part is provided with a first positioning part which is matched with a second positioning part arranged at the lower part of the second connecting part of the outer cover 120; the lower portion of the housing 120 has elasticity, and the first positioning portion and the second positioning portion in the connection can be disengaged by pressing the lower portion of the housing 120. Only after the first positioning portion and the second positioning portion are separated, the connection between the first connection portion and the second connection portion can be released, and the separation between the sleeve 110 and the housing 120 is achieved.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the first connection portion includes a cylindrical portion and a conical cylindrical portion connected to each other, an annular sleeve top surface 114 is provided on the top of the cylindrical portion, a sleeve thread 111 is provided on the outer circumference of the cylindrical portion, and the sleeve top surface 114 and the sleeve thread 111 are respectively used for engaging with an outer cover positioning ring 124 and an outer cover thread 121 on the lower portion of an outer cover 120 to form a double seal.
The tapered cylinder part is connected with the lower part of the sleeve and plays a role of transitionally connecting the lower part of the sleeve with the cylinder part. The cone part can be connected with various cannulas with different radiuses, and in actual production, different types of puncture outfits can be obtained only by replacing cannulas with different sizes, so that the superior economy of the puncture outfit is embodied.
The cylindrical portion is disposed over the conical portion and is shaped and configured to facilitate connection and sealing between the cannula 110 and the housing 120. The top of the cylindrical portion is an annular sleeve top surface 114 for mating with an outer cover positioning ring 124 disposed on the lower inner wall of the outer cover 120; the upper inner side surface of the cylindrical part is a sleeve sealing surface 115 with a conical surface and is used for matching with an outer cover sealing surface 125 arranged on the lower inner wall of the outer cover 120; the annular sleeve top surface 114 is adjacent the sleeve sealing surface 115; a sleeve thread 111 is provided on the outer surface of the cylindrical portion for engagement with a cover thread 121 provided on the inner wall surface of the lower portion of the cover 120.
Correspondingly, the lower inner wall of the housing 120 is provided with a shape and structure corresponding to the first connection portion of the casing 110, as shown in fig. 2, the lower inner wall of the housing 120 is provided with a housing thread 121 and a sealing ring from bottom to top, the sealing ring is provided with a housing positioning ring 124, the sealing ring extends downwards to form a conical housing sealing surface 125, the housing thread 121 is used for matching with the casing thread 111, the housing positioning ring 124 is used for matching with the casing top surface 114, and the housing sealing surface 125 is used for matching with the casing sealing surface 115, which form a triple seal to avoid air leakage during the operation of the puncture outfit. To enhance the stability of these several seals, hollow housing seal support posts 126 also extend upwardly from the seal ring of the housing 120.
The first positioning portion includes a circular plate 112 and a stopper 113 provided on the circular plate 112, and the stopper 113 includes a first stopper surface 113a and a first sliding surface 113b adjacent thereto (see fig. 3, which is a surface of the stopper 113 having the largest radius of gyration); the second positioning portion includes a stopper 123, the stopper 123 includes a second limiting surface 123a and a second sliding surface 123b (see fig. 4) adjacent to the second limiting surface 123a, and the turning radius of the second sliding surface 123b is smaller than the turning radius of the first sliding surface 113b, so that under the condition of normal fit, that is, under the condition that the first limiting surface 113a and the second limiting surface 123a are close to each other, the second sliding surface 123b cannot cross the first sliding surface 113b, thereby realizing the fastening and locking between the sleeve 110 and the housing 120.
During the assembly process of the sleeve assembly, the sleeve 110 and the housing 120 rotate relatively, and due to the elasticity of the lower portion of the housing 120, when the second sliding surface 123b initially contacts the first sliding surface 113b, an elastic force is generated between the second sliding surface 123b and the first sliding surface 113b, the lower portion of the housing 120 is deformed under a stress, and the radius of gyration of the second sliding surface 123b is enlarged to be the same as that of the first sliding surface 113 b; the sleeve 110 and the housing 120 continue to rotate relatively until the second sliding surface 123b completely slides over the first sliding surface 113b, at which time the elastic force between the two disappears, the lower portion of the housing 120 recovers to its original shape, the turning radius of the second sliding surface 123b is smaller than that of the first sliding surface 113b, the first limiting surface 113a and the second limiting surface 123a contact each other, and the first limiting surface 113a and the second limiting surface 123a limit the reverse relative rotation of the sleeve 110 and the housing 120, thereby realizing the relative positioning of the two.
If it is desired that the sleeve 110 and the housing 120 rotate in opposite directions, the first stopper surface 113a and the second stopper surface 123a are disengaged. The lower part of the outer cover 120 can be pinched by fingers, the lower part of the outer cover 120 deforms, the first limiting surface 32a and the second limiting surface 22a are separated, the turning radius of the second sliding surface 123b is larger than that of the first sliding surface 113b, and the sleeve 110 and the outer cover 120 can be separated by relatively rotating the sleeve 110 and the outer cover 120.
In one embodiment, two stoppers 113 are symmetrically disposed on the circular plate 112; two stoppers 123 corresponding to the lower part of the housing 120 are provided; two pressing blocks 122 suitable for being pressed by fingers are arranged at the middle position of two stoppers 123 at the lower part of the outer cover 120. The user can press the two pressing blocks 122 respectively by the thumb and other fingers of one hand to separate the first limiting surface 113a and the second limiting surface 123a, and then relatively rotate the sleeve 110 and the outer cover 120, so that the threaded connection between the sleeve 110 and the outer cover 120 is loosened, and the separation of the sleeve 110 and the outer cover 120 is realized.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, a sealing ring is also provided between the sleeve top surface 114 of the sleeve 110 and the outer cover retaining ring 124 of the outer cover 120, so that an enhanced sealing effect can be obtained.
In an alternative embodiment, the first positioning portion includes a positioning groove/detent provided on the cylindrical portion or the conical cylindrical portion, and the second positioning portion includes a detent/detent provided on a lower portion of the housing, the detent being capable of engaging with the detent. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, a protruding latch 116 is provided on the cylindrical portion and the tapered cylindrical portion of the sleeve 110, and a recessed positioning groove 128 for shape-fitting with the latch 116 is provided at the lower portion of the housing 120. Similarly, the detents can also be provided on the housing 120 and the detents can be provided on the cylindrical or tapered portion of the sleeve 110, respectively.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, in a preferred embodiment, the first positioning portion includes a circular plate 112 and a stopper 113 disposed on the circular plate 112, the stopper including a first stopper surface 113a and a third sliding surface 113c (which is a surface of the stopper 113 having the smallest radius of gyration) adjacent thereto; the second positioning portion includes a pressing stopper 127, the pressing stopper 127 has a third stopper surface 127a and a fourth sliding surface 127b adjacent to the third stopper surface 127a, and the radius of gyration of the fourth sliding surface 127b is larger than that of the third sliding surface 113 c.
