The sticker 2 is fixed at the distal end of the base 1, i.e. at the bottom outside of the base 1, and is used for adhesively fixing the base 1 to the skin of a subject. The adhesive sticker 2 can be fixedly connected with the base 1 by using an ultrasonic technology or a double-sided adhesive tape and the like.
Fig. 2 shows the structure of the sticker according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the sticker 2 includes a substrate 21, an adhesive layer 22 (i.e., composed of an adhesive material), and a release film 23, which are connected in sequence. The sticker 2 has a through hole H for passing through part of the structure of the sensor 3 and the subcutaneous medical auxiliary device, and particularly when the target is a blood glucose analysis sensor, the through hole H is a hole through which at least the insertion part of the base 1 passes. Specifically, the through holes H include a first through hole 211, a second through hole 221, and a third through hole 231, the substrate 21 has the first through hole 211 cut through, the adhesive layer 22 has the second through hole 221 cut through, the release film 23 has the third through hole 231 cut through, and the first through hole 211, the second through hole 221, and the third through hole 231 are aligned and communicated.

The through hole H is generally arranged in the center of the sticker 2, so as to divide the release film 23 into two halves of sub-release films 232, so that each sub-release film 232 can be separately torn off individually, further reducing the adhesion force of the whole release film 23 to the adhesive layer 22, and making the release film 23 easier to be torn off. Of course, in other embodiments, the number of the splitting grooves 233 may be more, so as to divide the release film 23 into a larger number of the release films 232.
Fig. 3 and 4 show an exploded view and an assembled cross-sectional view of a medical assistance device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in Figs. 3 and 4, a preferred embodiment of the present invention also provides a medical accessory device 4 for use with the medical device 10 and for inserting at least a portion of the sensor 3 extending out of the base 1 through the medical accessory device 4 at least partially into the skin of the subject. However, the present application does not limit the specific structure of the medical auxiliary device 4, for example, the medical auxiliary device 4 may adopt an existing needle assisting device, such as a needle assisting device for CGM products.
In an exemplary embodiment, the medical assistance device 4 comprises a control button 41, a base 42, an insertion member 43 and an energy storage member 44. The base 42 has an internal cavity and the insertion member 43 and the energy storage member 44 are both disposed within the base 42, although the insertion member 43 could also extend at least partially out of the base 42. The energy storage member 44 is connected to the base 42 and the insertion member 43, respectively. Wherein the energy storage member 44 is in a natural state without storing elastic potential energy in the initial position. The control button 41 is movably disposed on the base 42. When the control button 41 is activated, the insertion member 43 and the energy storage member 44 may be actuated to move downward (i.e. in a proximal to distal direction) from the initial position to implant the insertion member 43 at least partially into the skin of the subject, and during the downward movement of the insertion member 43, the sensor 3 is automatically loaded and implanted at least partially under the skin of the subject, while the energy storage member 44 is stretched to store elastic potential energy; conversely, when the control button 41 is released, the energy storage member 44 releases the elastic potential energy, thereby driving the insertion member 43 and the energy storage member 44 to move upward (i.e., in the distal-to-proximal direction) so as to disengage the insertion member 43 from the skin of the subject and maintain a portion of the structure of the sensor 3 in the body.
In one embodiment, the medical auxiliary device 4 and the base 1 may be sterilized and then placed in a sterilization case, and the sterilization case is opened when percutaneous injection is required, and then taken out and directly installed. Of course, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the medical aid 4 of the utility model may also carry the assembled electronic components and the chassis 1 directly, i.e. after a transcutaneous injection, the medical device 10 as a whole is mounted directly on, under or through the skin of the subject, or the medical device 10 is placed on the skin surface. In this embodiment, the medical assist device 4 and the medical device 10 are generally assembled together with the medical assist device 4 for storage and transportation before use. Wherein the medical device 10 is mounted in the interior cavity of the base 42 and the base 1 is removably connected to the base 42, such as by a snap-fit connection or other connection.
With continued reference to fig. 3 and 4, a preferred embodiment of the present invention also provides a protective cover 5, where the protective cover 5 is mounted on the distal outer side of the medical device 10 (i.e., below the medical device 10), and where the protective cover 5 is removably attached to the base 42. The protective cover 5 can prevent the insertion member 43 from moving and causing false triggering due to the control button 41 being pressed by the user on the auxiliary medical device 4 by mistake while the medical device 10 is pre-tightened. It should be understood that the outer side of the distal end of the medical device 10 is the release film 23, and therefore, the protective cover 5 abuts against the release film 23. In particular, the protective cover 5 can be engaged with the release film 23 so as to automatically tear off the release film 23 by the protective cover 5. It should be understood that the connection between the protective cover 5 and the release film 23 means that the two can be connected in a certain manner, and the specific connection manner is not limited, such as adhesive connection or snap connection. The bonding method of the protective cover 5 and the release film 23 is not limited to adhesion or engagement, and may be other bonding methods as long as the protective cover 5 and the release film 23 can be easily and effectively connected and the release film 23 can be peeled off. Therefore, when the user uses the medical system and removes the protective cover 5 from the medical auxiliary device 4, the release film 23 of the sticker 2 will be torn off along with the protective cover 5, thereby reducing the step of manually tearing off the release film 23 by the user and also avoiding the risk of scratching the fingers of the user by the insertion part 43.
In one embodiment, the release film 23 may be an existing structure, and only the protective cover 5 is modified to enable the protective cover 5 to be bonded to the release film 23, for example, the protective cover 5 has a first peeling structure for bonding to the release film 23.
In one embodiment, the protective cover 5 may be formed by an existing structure, and only the release film 23 is modified to enable the release film 23 to be bonded to the protective cover 5, for example, the release film 23 has a second peeling structure for bonding to the protective cover 5.
In other embodiments, the protective cover 5 and the release film 23 are modified to be able to be bonded to each other, such as the protective cover 5 having a first peeling structure for bonding with the release film 23, and the release film 23 having a second peeling structure for bonding with the protective cover 5, the first peeling structure and the second peeling structure being cooperatively connected.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the protective cover 5 has a first peeling structure 51, and the first peeling structure 51 is configured to be capable of being adhesively connected with the release film 23. In one embodiment, the first peeling structure 51 is configured as a double-sided tape, one side (defined as a lower surface) of which can be adhesively connected to the body of the protection cover 5, and the other opposite side (defined as an upper surface) of which can be adhesively connected to the release film 23. The first peeling structure 51 can firmly adhere the protective cover 5 to the release film 23. Preferably, the surface of the release film 23 facing away from the adhesive layer 22 is not coated with silicone oil, so as to better ensure that the first peeling structure 51 firmly adheres the protective cover 5 to the release film 23. In this embodiment, the surface of the release film 23 facing away from the adhesive layer 22 may be effectively adhered to the first release structure 51.
In another exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the protective cover 5 has a first release structure 51, the first release structure 51 being configured to enable a snap connection, preferably an elastic snap connection, with the release film 23. In a specific embodiment, the first stripping structure 51 comprises a hanging lug 51a, and the hanging lug 51a is configured to be telescopic in size in the radial direction; the hanging lugs 51a are configured to be elastically connected with the release film 23 in a clamping manner when being radially stretched; the hanging lug 51a is also configured to be elastically connected with the base 42 of the medical auxiliary device in a clamping way when being contracted in the radial direction; therefore, the hanging lug 51a can tear off the release film 23 and can be connected with the medical auxiliary device 4, so that the structure is simpler and the operation is more convenient.
As shown in fig. 6, the hanging lug 51a has two symmetrically disposed barbs, and a gap is formed between the two barbs to provide elastic deformation in the radial direction, so that the hanging lug can be clamped and fixed on the base 42 in an elastic deformation manner, and can also be elastically clamped and fixed on the release film 23. The number of the hanging lugs 51a is not limited in the present application, and includes but is not limited to two, and in other cases, may be more or less than two. In this embodiment, the first peeling structure 51 includes two hanging lugs 51a symmetrically disposed, and it is easier and more convenient to tear off the release film 23.
In the above embodiment of the hanging lug 61a, the release film 23 is preferably provided with a slot for engaging with the hanging lug 51 a.
In an exemplary embodiment, the release film 23 has a second release structure configured to be capable of snap-fit connection with the protective cover 3. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the second stripping structure includes a cut-through slot 231a, and the slot 231a is connected to the protection cover 5 in a snap-fit manner, and more preferably, the slot 231a is connected to the hanging lug 51a in a snap-fit manner. It should be understood that the hanging lugs 51a extend radially after being separated from the base 42, and can be elastically connected with the slots 231a in a snap fit manner; the hanging lugs 51a can be elastically engaged with the base 42 when passing through the engaging grooves 231a and contracting in the radial direction.
As shown in fig. 8, when the engaging groove 231a is engaged with the engaging lug 51a, the release film 23 can be peeled off from the adhesive layer 22 together with the removal of the protective cover 5 from the base 42. Preferably, the second stripping structure includes two clamping grooves 231a symmetrically arranged. The shape of the card slot 231a is not limited in this application, and may be a rectangle as shown in fig. 7, a cross as shown in fig. 9, or other regular or irregular shape.
