the first concave part is used for accommodating the human back neck or the head back part when the rotating arm is at the first rotating position, and is used for accommodating the human skull part when the rotating arm is at the second rotating position.

The headset holder of claim 1, wherein the earmuff-coupling assembly further comprises a connector and a first connector; the rotating arm is rotatably connected with one extending end of the connecting arm through the connector, the connector is columnar, the rotating arm rotates by taking a central axis of the connector as an axis, and the second concave part is positioned on one side of the central axis; one end of the connector is rotatably connected with the rotating end, and the other end of the connector is rotatably connected with the other extending end of the connecting arm; the first connector is connected to the connecting end, and the first connector is used for connecting with the ear muff.

An earphone, comprising the earphone holder as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7 and two ear cups, wherein the ear cups comprise sound-emitting portions, and the two ear cups are rotatably connected to the connecting portions, respectively, so that the sound-emitting portions of the two ear cups are always disposed opposite to each other during the rotation of the rotating arm.
9. The earphone as claimed in claim 8, wherein the earmuff comprises a housing, a receiving cavity is formed in the housing, a mounting opening is formed in the housing, and the sound-generating portion is connected to the mounting opening.
10. The earphone as claimed in claim 9, wherein the housing has a spherical hinge groove and a strip-shaped receiving groove communicating with the hinge groove, the connecting end is hinged to the hinge groove, and a part of the rotating arm at the side of the connecting end can be received in the receiving groove.
