Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the present application but are not intended to limit the scope of the present application.
In the description of the embodiments of the present application, it should be noted that the terms "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "top", "bottom", and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only used for convenience in describing the embodiments of the present application and simplifying the description, but do not indicate or imply that the referred devices or elements must have specific orientations, be configured in specific orientations, and operate, and thus, cannot be construed as limiting the embodiments of the present application. Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and "third" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
The embodiment of the application provides a clothes treatment device, which comprises a machine body, a plurality of first feet arranged at the bottom of the machine body and a leveling device 1 arranged at the bottom of the machine body.
The levelling device 1 supports the machine body together with the at least two first feet, i.e. the levelling device 1 and the at least two first feet each bear the weight of the machine body and the weight of the load of the machine body.
In the embodiments of the present application, a plurality means not less than two.
It should be noted that each first foot forms a support point for the body.
The laundry treating apparatus may be a washing machine, a dryer, a washing and drying all-in-one machine. The laundry treating apparatus may be a drum type laundry treating apparatus, or a pulsator type laundry treating apparatus, which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 5, 6, 7 and 8, the leveling device 1 includes a supporting beam 11 and at least two second feet 12 connected to the supporting beam 11, the leveling device 1 is rotatably connected to the machine body through the supporting beam 11, that is, the second feet 12 are not directly connected to the machine body, and the supporting beam 11 can swing around the rotational connection (simplified to O point) with the machine body to adjust the supporting height of each second foot 12. That is, during the swinging of the support beam 11, the support heights of all the second feet 12 can be adjusted simultaneously.
The number of the second feet 12 is not limited, and in the embodiment of the present application, the number of the second feet 12 is two.
The center line of oscillation of the support beam 11 is substantially parallel to the horizontal plane. In the embodiment of the present application, the support beam 11 is a rigid member, that is, there is no relative movement between any parts of the support beam 11.
It should be noted that the supporting height refers to a distance between a rotary connection (simplified to point O) of the leveling device 1 and the machine body and the bottom end of the second foot 12. For example, in the case that the laundry treating apparatus is placed on a flat floor, referring to fig. 6, the two second feet 12 are supported at the height H1. When the clothes treating apparatus is placed on uneven ground, please refer to fig. 7 and 8, wherein one of the second feet 12 in fig. 7 and 8 has a supporting height H2, and the other second foot 12 has a supporting height H3. Where L indicates the ground and L1 indicates the horizontal plane passing through the pivot joint (simplified to point O).
According to the clothes treatment equipment provided by the embodiment of the application, each first foot at least forms two supporting points to the machine body, the leveling device 1 at least forms one supporting point to the machine body, namely, the leveling device 1 and the first feet jointly form at least three supporting points to the machine body, and each supporting point jointly defines a stable supporting plane so as to stably support the machine body.
The supporting point in the embodiment of the application refers to a stressed supporting point which can be simplified in the mechanical principle calculation process, and is not a point in the mathematical sense in particular.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first foot may be a fixed foot, that is, a foot that is not movable relative to the body; the first foot may also be a telescoping foot.
The automatic leveling principle of the leveling device 1 of the embodiment of the present application is as follows.
When the clothes treating apparatus is placed on a flat ground, please refer to fig. 6, the two second feet 12 of the leveling device 1 have the same supporting height, which is H1, and the stress of each first foot and the two second feet 12 is substantially uniform.
When the clothes treating apparatus is placed on uneven ground, referring to fig. 7 and 8, the weight of the machine body is transferred to the second feet 12 through the support beam 11, one of the second feet 12 contacts the ground first, and the other second foot 12 does not contact the ground, the support beam 11 is forced to swing adaptively under the weight of the machine body and the reaction force of the first contacting second foot 12, and during the swinging process, the support beam 11 forces the second foot 12 which does not contact the ground to move downwards continuously until the second foot 12 contacts the ground, so that the two second feet 12 are reliably supported on the ground, and the forces on the two second feet 12 are basically consistent, thereby the clothes treating apparatus is in a leveling state and automatically adapts to uneven ground.
According to the clothes treatment equipment provided by the embodiment of the application, the automatic leveling of the clothes treatment equipment is realized through the leveling device 1, and the leveling is not required to be manually intervened.
In the related art, the spring is arranged on the bottom foot, and the clothes treatment equipment is automatically leveled through the deformation of the spring, however, in the vibration process of the clothes treatment equipment, the machine body and the bottom foot have relative motion, on one hand, the spring easily causes the machine body to resonate, so that the vibration amplitude of the clothes treatment equipment is aggravated, and on the other hand, in the vibration process, the machine body moves downwards relative to the bottom foot, so that the amplitude of the machine body is large.
According to the leveling device 1 of the embodiment of the application, after automatic leveling, even if the clothes treatment equipment vibrates, the machine body and the leveling device 1 do not move up and down relatively, so that the vibration amplitude and vibration noise of the clothes treatment equipment can be effectively reduced; in addition, after leveling, no manual locking of the relative movement between the second foot and the machine body is required, reducing the operating requirements for the user or after-market personnel.
It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present application, the machine body refers to a general term of the overall structure of the clothes treating apparatus except for the leveling device 1 and each first foot.
For example, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 and 3, the machine body includes a box 21 and a cartridge disposed in the box 21. The cabinet 21 serves as an exterior member and a force receiving structure member of the laundry treating apparatus.
The material of the case 21 is not limited, and may be, for example, a metal material or a plastic material.
In some embodiments, the machine body further comprises a base, and the box 21 is covered above the base, and in this embodiment, each first foot and the leveling device 1 are connected to the base. Such as a pulsator washing machine, a drum type dryer, etc.
In other embodiments, the housing may not be provided with a base, that is, the bottom side of the box 21 is open and exposed to the external environment.
Exemplarily, the leveling device 1 has only one supporting point to the machine body, the supporting point is located at the rotational connection of the two, and the supporting point is referred to as point O in fig. 6 to 8. That is, the leveling device 1 does not support the machine body except for the rotary connection part, and does not restrict the relative swing between the machine body and the supporting beam 11. In the embodiment, the leveling device 1 forms a lever mechanism, and the rotating connection part is a lever fulcrum, so that the structure is simple and the motion relation is reliable.
Illustratively, during the swinging of the support beam 11, the support heights of the two second feet 12 change synchronously and in opposite trend. The synchronous change refers to the synchronization in time, that is, the supporting heights of the two second feet 12 start to change at the same time and end to change at the same time. The trend is conversely that the trend of the support height of one second foot 12 is increasing, while the trend of the support height of the other second foot 12 is decreasing.
For example, during the swing of the support beam 11 in the counterclockwise direction in fig. 6, the support height of the second foot 12 on the left side in fig. 6 gradually decreases, and the support height of the second foot 12 on the right side gradually increases. When the support is rotated counterclockwise by a certain angle, as shown in fig. 7, the support height H2 of the left second foot 12 is greater than the support height H3 of the right second foot 12.
For another example, during the swing of the support beam 11 in the clockwise direction in fig. 6, the support height of the second foot 12 on the left side of fig. 6 gradually increases, and the support height of the second foot 12 on the right side gradually decreases. When the support is rotated clockwise by a certain angle, as shown in fig. 8, the support height H2 of the left second foot 12 is smaller than the support height H3 of the right second foot 12 in fig. 8.
The connection manner of the second foot 12 and the support beam 11 is not limited.
Illustratively, in some embodiments, the second foot 12 is fixedly connected to the support beam 11. In this embodiment, the angle between the second foot 12 and the support beam 11 is not changed during the swinging of the support beam 11. It will be appreciated that since the space between the bottom surface of the machine body and the ground is itself small, the adjustment range of the support height of the second foot 12 is not too large, and therefore, even when the second foot 12 is inclined with respect to the vertical direction, the inclination angle is not so large, and the support requirement for the machine body can be satisfied.
In other embodiments, referring to fig. 5, the second foot 12 is hinged to the support beam 11, and the included angle θ between the second foot 12 and the support beam 11 varies with the swing of the support beam 11. Thus, the second foot 12 can be always located at a substantially vertical position, and the second foot 12 basically only bears axial acting force and basically does not bear shearing force, so that the second foot 12 has a better stress condition.
The arrangement of the support beam 11 is not limited.
For example, in some embodiments, the support beam 11 is disposed along the left-right direction of the laundry treating apparatus, and one of the two second feet 12 is a left foot and the other is a right foot. It can be understood that, in this embodiment, the leveling device 1 may be disposed at the front side of the bottom of the machine body, in this case, the left foot is a left front foot, and the right foot is a right front foot; leveling device 1 also can set up the rear side in the bottom of organism, and at this moment, left footing is left back footing, and right footing is right back footing.
In other embodiments, the support beam 11 is disposed along the front-rear direction of the laundry treating apparatus, and one of the two second feet 12 is a front foot and the other is a rear foot. It can be understood that, in this embodiment, the leveling device 1 may be disposed on the left side of the bottom of the machine body, where the front footing is a left front footing, and the rear footing is a left rear footing; leveling device 1 also can set up the right side in the bottom of organism, and at this moment, preceding footing is right preceding footing, and the back footing is right back footing.
In still other embodiments, the support beam 11 is arranged along a diagonal line of the laundry treating apparatus. One of the two second feet 12 is a left front foot and the other is a right rear foot; or one of the feet is a right front foot and the other is a left rear foot.
In some embodiments, the levelling device 1 may be located outside and below the machine body, i.e. the support beam 11 and each second foot 12 are located in the gap between the bottom surface of the machine body and the ground.
In other embodiments, referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the supporting beam 11 is located inside the machine body, so that the space inside the machine body can be fully utilized, the supporting beam 11 is prevented from occupying a limited gap between the bottom surface of the machine body and the ground, and in addition, objects in the external environment are prevented from influencing and interfering with the swinging of the supporting beam 11. Accordingly, the body is provided with at least two through holes 22a, and the second foot 12 is slidably inserted through the corresponding through holes 22 a.
It is understood that the support beam 11 may be mounted on the box body 21; in embodiments where a base is provided, the support beam 11 may also be attached to the base.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the machine body includes a mounting bracket 23, the mounting bracket 23 is connected to the lower end of the box 21, and the support beam 11 is rotatably connected to the mounting bracket 23. The mounting bracket 23 can increase the design flexibility of the pivotal connection position of the support beam 11, and reduce or substantially eliminate the need for modification of the structure of the existing box 21.
Illustratively, the box 21 is a one-piece sheet metal part. The integral sheet metal part refers to a structure formed by performing a cold working process such as bending and stamping on the same metal sheet. The integral sheet metal component provides the tank 21 with better structural strength and rigidity.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the box body 21 includes a left side plate 211, a right side plate 212, and a back plate 213 connected therebetween, and the left side plate 211, the right side plate 212, and the back plate 213 are formed by a cold working process from the same metal plate.
For example, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 3, the mounting bracket 23 is connected to the bottom end of the backboard 213, that is, a part of the weight of the machine body and its load is transmitted to the mounting bracket 23 and the leveling device 1 through the backboard 213. Since the case 21 is an integral sheet metal member, the back plate 213 can be reliably stressed. In this embodiment, the support beam 11 is arranged in the left-right direction of the laundry treating apparatus, that is, one of the second feet 12 is a left rear foot, and the other second foot 12 is a right rear foot.
The specific structural shape of the mounting bracket 23 is not limited as long as it can facilitate the hinge of the support beam 11 to the cabinet 21.
Illustratively, the bottom end of the back plate 213 is formed with a first flanging 2131 bent forward, and the mounting bracket 23 is supported on the top surface of the first flanging 2131 and connected with the first flanging 2131. The first flanging 2131 plays a role in supporting and limiting the mounting bracket 23, and also enables the mounting bracket 23 to have a proper mounting space.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, the mounting bracket 23 includes a first mounting plate 231, a second mounting plate 232, and a third mounting plate 233, which are sequentially connected to each other, the third mounting plate 233 and the first mounting plate 231 are disposed on front and rear opposite sides of the second mounting plate 232, the first mounting plate 231 and the third mounting plate 233 are both disposed upward from a top surface of the second mounting plate 232, and the first mounting plate 231, the second mounting plate 232, and the third mounting plate 233 substantially form a U-shaped structure.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the first mounting plate 231 is attached to the back plate 213, that is, the first mounting plate 231 is disposed substantially vertically, the first mounting plate 231 and the back plate 213 are stacked with the plates facing each other, and a connecting member such as a screw or bolt is inserted through the back plate 213 and the first mounting plate 231 to connect them together.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the second mounting plate 232 is attached to and connected to the first flange 2131, that is, the second mounting plate 232 is disposed substantially horizontally, the second mounting plate 232 and the first flange 2131 are stacked with the plate facing the plate surface, and a connecting member such as a screw or a bolt is inserted through the second mounting plate 232 and the first flange 2131 to connect the two together.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the third mounting plate 233 is substantially vertically disposed, for example, the third mounting plate 233 is parallel to and spaced apart from the first mounting plate 231. The support beam 11 is rotatably connected to the third mounting plate 233.
In this embodiment, the mounting bracket 23 is connected to the backplate 213 through the first mounting plate 231 and the second mounting plate 232, so that the shearing force applied to the connecting piece at the connection position of the first mounting plate 231 and the backplate 213 can be reduced, and the connection reliability of the mounting bracket 23 and the backplate 213 can be improved.
Exemplarily, referring to fig. 1 and 3, the machine body includes two supporting plates 22, the bottom side of the box 21 is open, and the left and right sides of the open position are respectively provided with one supporting plate 22, the supporting plates 22 are arranged substantially along the front-back direction, and each supporting plate 22 is provided with at least two supports 221; the machine body comprises a plurality of vibration dampers, and the cylinder part is supported on the support 221 through each vibration damper; that is, the support plate 22 needs to carry the weight of the cartridge assembly and its load.
The support plate 22 is connected to the box 21 as a sheet metal member in an unlimited manner, for example, by caulking.
For example, referring to fig. 2 and 4, each support plate 22 is provided with a through hole 22a, and the second foot 12 is slidably inserted through the corresponding through hole 22 a.
For example, referring to fig. 3, the bottom end of the left side plate 211 is formed with a second turned-up edge 2111 bent toward the right side, referring to fig. 4, a first avoidance gap 21a is formed at a junction of the rear end of the second turned-up edge 2111 and the left end of the first turned-up edge 2131, and one of the second feet 12 passes through the first avoidance gap 21 a. In this way, the second foot 12 can be arranged with the first escape gap 21a being fully utilized.
Referring to fig. 1, a third turned edge 2121 bent toward the left side is formed at the bottom end of the right side plate 212, referring to fig. 2, a second avoidance gap 21b is formed at a boundary between the rear end of the third turned edge 2121 and the right end of the first turned edge 2131, and another second foot 12 passes through the second avoidance gap 21 b. In this way, the second foot 12 can be arranged with the second escape gap 21b being fully utilized.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, the third mounting plate 233 has an arc-shaped edge, and referring to fig. 9, the support beam 11 has an open groove 11a, a bottom side of the open groove 11a is open, and the arc-shaped plate is inserted into the open groove 11a from the open position of the open groove 11 a. During the swing of the support beam 11, the arc-shaped third mounting plate 233 can better avoid the support beam 11.
Referring to fig. 9, the open slot 11a extends along the length of the beam 11. referring to fig. 10, the second leg 12 has a flat section 121 at the top end thereof, and the flat section 121 extends into the open slot 11a and is hinged to the beam 11. The flat section 121 can reduce the size requirement of the support beam 11 so that the support beam 11 is fittingly inserted into the open groove 11 a.
It will be appreciated that the support beam 11 is generally in the form of a channel, with a cross-sectional shape in a plane perpendicular to the length of the support beam 11 being generally inverted U-shaped.
