Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in one aspect, the present invention provides a spray head body, wherein a portion of an inner bottom surface of the spray head body protrudes toward a bottom side to form a water containing groove 10a, the spray head body is formed with a water inlet 10b and a water outlet 10c both communicated with the water containing groove 10a, and the water outlet 10c is located at a lower portion of a peripheral side surface of the spray head body.
According to the spray head body provided by the embodiment of the application, water flow enters the water containing groove 10a through the water inlet 10b and flows out through the water outlet 10 c. The water containing groove 10a has the functions of buffering and stabilizing water flow, and the flow velocity of the water flow is controlled to a certain degree, so that the water flow is prevented from directly impacting the water outlet 10 c. The water outlet 10c is located at the lower part of the peripheral side surface of the sprinkler body, so that the water flow in the water containing groove 10a can flow out of the water outlet 10c conveniently.
The spray head body can be used for household appliances needing water injection, taking a washing device as an example, and in another aspect, the embodiment of the present application provides a washing device, which includes a washing drum and the spray head body in any embodiment of the present application, wherein the washing drum is formed with a clothes treatment cavity with an open top. The spray head body is arranged at the top opening of the clothes treatment cavity, and the water outlet 10c is used for injecting water into the clothes treatment cavity. The water flow enters the laundry treating chamber through the water outlet 10c to wash the articles.
The washing equipment provided by the embodiment of the application comprises but is not limited to a pulsator washing machine or a stirring washing machine and the like.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the direction perpendicular to the water outlet 10c, two ends of the inner bottom surface of the water containing tank 10a are higher than the position between the two ends. That is, the inner bottom surface of the water receiving tub 10a is substantially a concave arc surface. Therefore, the water flow can be conveniently and intensively flowed to the water outlet 10c from the position between the two ends of the water tank 10a, the water flow direction can be corrected, the water flow is prevented from being dispersed, and the diversion effect is achieved.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the water flow direction perpendicular to the water outlet 10c, two ends of the inner bottom surface of the water containing tank 10a are higher than the middle part thereof. That is, the inner bottom surface of the water receiving tub 10a is substantially a concave arc surface with a low center and high ends. This facilitates the concentrated flow of water from the middle portion of the water tank 10a to the water outlet 10 c.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, a portion of the inner bottom surface of the water outlet 10c protrudes toward the bottom side. That is, in the height direction of the head body, the height of the portion of the water outlet 10c protruding to the bottom side is lower than the other portions of the water outlet 10 c. Therefore, the water flow is conveniently concentrated and flows out from the water outlet 10c to the convex part at the bottom side, the water flow is further prevented from being dispersed, and the problem of uneven water flow state when the water inflow is small under low water pressure is effectively solved. For example, when the inflow rate is small, the water flow is concentrated under the action of the surface tension and flows out from the water outlet 10c to the bottom side convex part, so that the water flow is further prevented from being dispersed and flowing out, and the water outlet effect is good. Along with the water inflow rate gradually increasing, the area of the water outlet 10c is gradually occupied, and the water flow can gradually fill the water outlet 10 c. When the inflow is great, rivers spout and go out from delivery port 10c under the pressure effect of intaking, for example, rivers are to spout waterfall form and flow out, like this, no matter inflow is great or less, rivers homoenergetic concentrate the outflow, and it is effectual to go out water. On the other hand, the flow guide structures such as flow guide columns and the like can be reduced or even not arranged, the structure of the spray head body is simpler, and the cost is lower.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 4, in a water flow direction perpendicular to the water outlet 10c, two ends of the inner bottom surface of the water outlet 10c are higher than a portion between the two ends. That is, the inner bottom surface of the water outlet 10c is substantially a concave arc surface. Therefore, the water flow can conveniently flow out from the position between the two ends of the water outlet 10c in a concentrated manner, the water flow is prevented from being dispersed, and the diversion effect is achieved. For example, when the inflow rate is small, the water flow is concentrated and overflows from the lowest position between the two ends of the water outlet 10c under the action of the water containing groove 10a, so that the phenomenon of water flow dispersion or discontinuity is avoided, and the water outlet effect is good.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 4, in the water flow direction perpendicular to the water outlet 10c, two ends of the inner bottom surface of the water outlet 10c are higher than the middle portion thereof. That is, the inner bottom surface of the water outlet 10c is substantially a curved surface with a low middle and high ends. Thus, the water flow is conveniently and intensively discharged from the middle part of the water outlet 10 c.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 4, the lowest position of the inner bottom surface of the water outlet 10c is correspondingly disposed at the lowest position of the inner bottom surface of the water containing tank 10 a. Thus, the water flow buffered by the water receiving tank 10a flows out through the water outlet 10c quickly. Under the condition of small water inflow, the water flow is concentrated to the lowest position of the inner bottom surface of the water containing groove 10a and then smoothly flows out from the lowest position of the inner bottom surface of the water outlet 10c, so that the water can be discharged smoothly, and the blocking condition in the water flow process is avoided.
In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 4, the water containing tank 10a and the water outlet 10c both extend along the length direction of the spray head body, and in the length direction of the spray head body, two ends of the inner bottom surface of the water containing tank 10a are higher than the middle part thereof, and two ends of the inner bottom surface of the water outlet 10c are higher than the middle part thereof. Under the condition that the inflow flow is small or the inflow is stopped, the water flow can be concentrated to the middle part of the water containing groove 10a under the flow guiding effect of the inner bottom surface of the water containing groove 10a and then flows out from the middle part of the water outlet 10c in a concentrated manner. Therefore, the water flow can be converged into one flow to flow out, the water flow bifurcation or discontinuity is avoided, and the water outlet effect is good.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the height direction of the spray head body is consistent with the top-bottom direction. When the spray head body is used for washing equipment, one side of the spray head body close to the washing cylinder is the bottom, and one side of the spray head body far away from the washing cylinder is the top. The length direction of the spray head body is vertical to the height direction of the spray head body.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, 4 and 5, a drain opening 10d is formed at the bottom of the spray head body, and the drain opening 10d is communicated with the water containing tank 10 a. The position of the drain port 10d is lower than the position of the water outlet port 10c, so that the water remaining in the water tank 10a can be drained through the drain port 10d after the water supply is stopped. On the other hand, during water inflow, part of the water flow can flow out through the water outlet 10d, and the water outflow rate and the water outflow direction are increased.
In one embodiment, the drain port 10d is used to drain water to the laundry treating chamber. That is, the water discharged from the drain opening 10d also flows toward the laundry treating chamber.
