Because the water temperature in the washing barrel of the pulsator washing machine can reach more than 60 ℃ in the steaming and washing process of the pulsator washing machine, the potential scalding threat is brought to the use of users. Therefore, in order to solve such problems in the related art, a locking knob is generally added to a cabinet assembly in a pulsator washing machine. When the clothes are washed, the upper cover assembly of the pulsator washing machine can be covered on the box body assembly, and the upper cover assembly and the box body assembly are locked by closing the locking knob. However, the pulsator washing machine requires a user to manually close the locking knob to lock the upper cover assembly and the cabinet assembly, and thus, the pulsator washing machine has low flexibility.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a home appliance according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 5 is a side view of the home device shown in fig. 4. As can be seen in fig. 4 and 5, the home device 1 may include: a first apparatus body 20, a second apparatus body 30, a control circuit 40 (not shown in fig. 4 and 5, and shown in fig. 7 described below), and the door lock apparatus 10 provided in the above embodiment. Fig. 6 is a partial structural diagram of the home appliance shown in fig. 5. Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the door lock body 101 of the door lock device 10 may be connected to the first device body 20, and the second lock body 103 of the door lock device 10 may be connected to the second device body 30. The first apparatus body 20 and the second apparatus body 30 are two bodies that need to be locked.
The control circuit 40 is connected to a driving circuit 104 in the door lock device 10, the control circuit 40 is configured to send a control command to the driving circuit 104, and the driving circuit 104 is configured to drive the first lock body 102 in the door lock device 10 to rotate based on the control command.
For example, if the control command sent by the control circuit 20 to the door lock main body 101 is a locking command, the driving circuit 104 may drive the first lock body 102 to rotate in a direction away from the door lock main body 101, so as to realize the engagement between the first lock body 102 and the second lock body 103. If the control command sent to the door lock main body 101 by the control circuit 20 is an unlocking command, the driving circuit 104 may drive the first lock body 102 to rotate in a direction approaching the door lock main body 101, so as to release the engagement between the first lock body 102 and the second lock body 103.
Alternatively, the household appliance may be a washing machine. Alternatively, the household appliance may be other electric appliances such as an electric cooker or a microwave oven. For example, fig. 4 and 5 illustrate the structure of a home appliance, taking the home appliance as a washing machine as an example in the embodiment of the present application. The first device body 20 of the household appliance may be a cabinet assembly of a washing machine, and the second device body 30 may be an upper cover assembly of the washing machine. Alternatively, the washing machine may be a pulsator washing machine.
The pulsator washing machine provided by the embodiment of the application comprises a door lock device 10, wherein a first lock body 102 rotates relative to a door lock main body 101 in the door lock device 10, so that after the first lock body 102 and a second lock body 103 are clamped, a box body assembly 20 and an upper cover assembly 30 of the pulsator washing machine can be locked, and the reliability is good when the box body assembly 20 and the upper cover assembly 30 are closed. In addition, since the driving circuit 104 in the door lock device 10 can drive the first lock body 102 to rotate relative to the door lock main body 101, automatic locking or automatic unlocking of the box assembly 20 and the upper cover assembly 30 can be realized without manual locking by a user, the efficiency of locking and unlocking is effectively improved, and the flexibility is high.
The scheme that this application embodiment provided has avoided because the user forgets to close the locking knob, and this rotary drum washing machine just begins to evaporate and boil and wash, leads to the risk that the user is scalded by the water among the rotary drum washing machine. In the embodiment of the present application, after the user covers the upper cover assembly 30 on the casing assembly 20, the control circuit 40 in the pulsator washing machine may send a locking instruction to the driving circuit 104 in the door lock device 10 as long as the user selects a heating washing program such as steaming washing. At this time, the first lock 102 of the door lock device 10 is engaged with the second lock 102, so that the casing assembly 20 and the upper cover assembly 30 of the pulsator washing machine are locked. Until the temperature reaches within normal acceptable limits for human body after washing is completed, the control circuit 40 may send an unlock command to the drive circuit 104. At this time, the first lock body 102 in the door lock device 10 is disengaged from the second lock body 102, so that the box assembly 20 is unlocked from the upper cover assembly 30, and the user can take the clothes by himself.
