Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the liquid container of the present invention includes a metal outer barrel 1 and a plastic inner barrel 2 embedded in the metal outer barrel 1. The metal outer barrel 1 and the plastic inner barrel 2 are both cylindrical. The metal outer barrel 1 comprises an outer barrel body 3 and an outer barrel cover plate 4 arranged at the top of the outer barrel body 3. The outer barrel cover plate 4 is connected with the opening part of the outer barrel body 3 in a rolling sealing mode. Roll seals are a well established form of closure, for example, the well established application is the closure of cans. The sealing mode is that the edge of the opening part of the outer barrel body 3 and the edge of the outer barrel cover plate 4 are rolled together by utilizing rolling sealing equipment, so that the efficiency is high, and the sealing strength and the sealing performance are good. The outer barrel cover plate 4 is provided with a through hole 5 and a handle 6, and the handle 6 is convenient for a user to take the container. In some embodiments, the rubber gasket 11 is not very tightly contacted with the outer tub cover 4, so that when a leakage occurs at the nozzle 8 of the plastic inner tub 2, for example, when the sealing is not tight or the solution is poured, a small amount of liquid flows out from the nozzle 8, and the leaked small amount of liquid permeates into the metal outer tub 1 through the gap between the nozzle 8 and the through hole 5 and the gaps on the upper and lower surfaces of the rubber gasket 11 in sequence, thereby reducing the influence caused by the overflow and leakage of the solution.
In some embodiments, the outer tub cover 4 is provided with an annular extension surrounding the through hole 5 and extending inward, the annular extension forms an annular groove 15 on the outer surface of the outer tub cover 4, and forms an annular protrusion 12 on the inner surface of the outer tub cover 4. This annular stretch, formed for example by sheet metal, is opposite the rubber gasket 11. The annular stretching increases the strength and deformation resistance at the through hole. When the liquid is poured, a small amount of liquid overflowing from the nozzle flows into the annular groove, and the small amount of liquid permeates into the metal outer barrel along a gap between the nozzle 8 and the through hole 5.
Fig. 3 is a top partially enlarged view of fig. 2. Further, the top of the plastic inner barrel 2 comprises a first part 13 and a second part 14, wherein the second part 14 is higher than the first part 13, the height difference between the second part 14 and the first part 13 is smaller than the height of the annular protrusion 12, and the nozzle 8 and the rubber gasket 11 are arranged on the first part 13. The top of the plastic inner barrel 2 is not flush, but is divided into two parts, namely a lower part 13 corresponding to the annular protrusion 12 of the outer barrel cover plate 4 and a higher part 14 corresponding to the other parts of the outer barrel cover plate 4, which can not only maintain the strength of the top of the plastic inner barrel 2, but also enable the other parts except the annular protrusion 12 of the outer barrel cover plate 4 to have smaller gaps with the top of the plastic inner barrel 2 so as to limit the outer barrel cover plate 4 from generating larger deformation.
In some embodiments, the outer diameter of the lower end of the metal outer barrel 1 is smaller than the inner diameter of the opening of the metal outer barrel 1, and the outer barrel cover plate 4 has a distance from the edge of the opening of the metal outer barrel 1. The lower end of the metal outer barrel can be received at the opening part above the outer barrel cover plate, so that the containers can be conveniently stacked and placed.

1. A liquid container, comprising:
the metal outer barrel comprises an outer barrel body and an outer barrel cover plate arranged at the top of the outer barrel body, and the outer barrel cover plate is provided with a through hole and a handle; and
the plastic inner barrel is embedded into the metal outer barrel, the inner side wall of the outer barrel body is in contact with the outer side wall of the plastic inner barrel, a pipe orifice for liquid to enter and exit is formed in the top of the plastic inner barrel, the pipe orifice extends out of the through hole, the bottom of the metal outer barrel supports the bottom of the plastic inner barrel, and a rubber gasket is arranged between the outer barrel cover plate and the upper end of the plastic inner barrel and located on the periphery of the pipe orifice.

The liquid container according to claim 3, wherein the top of the plastic inner barrel comprises a first portion and a second portion, wherein the second portion is higher than the first portion, and a height difference between the second portion and the first portion is smaller than a height of the annular protrusion, and the spout and the rubber gasket are disposed on the first portion.
5. The liquid container as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer tub cover is connected to the mouth of the outer tub by a roll seal.
6. The liquid container as claimed in claim 1, wherein a handle seat is riveted to an outer surface of the outer tub cover, and the handle is rotatably coupled to the handle seat.
7. The liquid container as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer diameter of the lower end of the metal outer barrel is smaller than the inner diameter of the upper end opening of the metal outer barrel, and the outer barrel cover plate has a distance from the edge of the opening of the metal outer barrel.
