The number of guide grooves 14 is the same as the number of cutter head assemblies 2.
The blanking cap 13 is configured to rotatably engage the first end portion 11, particularly in the present embodiment where portions of the components of the blanking cap 13 are rotatable, and in other embodiments where the components are integrally rotatable. By means of the rotation of the blanking cap 13, the operator can easily effect the rotation of the driving screw.
As shown in fig. 3, in particular, the blanking cap 13 comprises a rolling bearing 131, a rotating seat 132 and a stationary seat 133; wherein, the fixing seat 133 detachably fixes the first end portion 11. Specifically, the rolling bearing 131 may be one of a deep groove ball bearing, a thrust bearing, and a tapered roller bearing. The rolling bearing 131 is engaged between the rotary seat 132 and the stationary seat 133 to enable the rotation of the rotary seat 132. The operator can remove the blanking cap 13 in at least two ways. The first one is that the rotating seat 132, the rolling bearing 131 and the fixing seat 133 are connected to form an undetachable structure, and when the plugging cap 13 needs to be detached, the plugging cap 13 can be pulled out integrally by applying force directly along the axial direction of the housing 1. The second one is that the rotating seat 132 and the rolling bearing 131 are not detachable, the rolling bearing 131 and the fixing seat 133 are detachable, the fixing seat 133 and the first end portion 11 are detachable, and when the plugging cap 13 needs to be detached, the rotating seat 132 and the rolling bearing 131 can be pulled out integrally by applying force along the axial direction of the housing 1, and then the fixing seat 133 and the first end portion 11 are detached. The second mode is adopted in the present embodiment.
A divider 15 for dividing the plurality of bit assemblies 2 is disposed in the cavity, and as shown in FIG. 4, the divider 15 has a rod portion 151 at an upper portion thereof for an operator to remove the divider 15, and the rod portion 151 protrudes upward. The divider 15 has 4 receptacles for receiving the bit assemblies 2, which are configured to extend in the longitudinal direction, in this embodiment having a C-shaped transverse cross-section, and in another embodiment having a profiled, e.g. peach-heart-shaped, transverse cross-section.
For ease of assembly, and ease of positioning, an assembly sequence is used in which the divider 15 is inserted into the pocket prior to the insertion of the plurality of bit assemblies 2, and after insertion of the bit assemblies 2, the bit assemblies 2 are inserted into the pockets of the divider 15 from the first opening 111.
In the present embodiment, the rotary seat 132 covers the entire top of the first end portion 11, and the circumferential side edge of the rotary seat 132 passes downward over the top surface of the first end portion 11 to shield the first end portion 111, the diameter of the rotary seat 132 is larger than that of the first end portion 11, and the top of the first end portion 11 protrudes into the interior of the rotary seat 132. After removal of the cap 13, the first opening 111 is open to facilitate the insertion or removal of the bit assembly 2 by an operator, so that the replacement of the bit assembly 2 can be performed quickly.
The stationary base 133 has an upper engaging portion 133a and a lower engaging portion 133 b; the upper engaging portion 133a is fitted over the inner ring of the rolling bearing 131 and is capable of separating the inner ring and the upper engaging portion 133a in a prescribed direction, specifically, a direction in which the inner ring and the upper engaging portion 133a can be disengaged, specifically, an upward direction in fig. 3, when a force in the prescribed direction is applied to the rotary holder 132; the lower connecting part is in threaded connection with the first end part 11, a lower limit sleeved with a rolling bearing 131 is formed at the upper part of the lower connecting part, the lower part of the rolling bearing 131 abuts against the upper surface of the lower limit, and the top of the cutter head component 2 abuts against the lower surface of the lower connecting part, so that the cutter head component 2 is prevented from falling off.
Referring to fig. 5, the cutter head assembly 2 includes: a driving rod 21 adapted to transmit an operator-applied pushing force to the tool head to push the tool head to move; an adaptive member 22 engaging the drive rod 21 and the tool bit, the adaptive member 22 being configured to be able to provide the tool bit with freedom of movement in at least two directions so that the tool bit can be freely output from the second opening 121. In this embodiment, the tool head has not only the freedom to move linearly along the longitudinal axis of the housing 1, but also the freedom to swing in a direction away from the longitudinal axis, and in addition, it can also have the freedom to move in a curved manner guided by the walls of the lumen. In summary, the adaptive member 22 provides the tool head with the freedom to move freely to the second opening 121. It should be noted that "freely" in the present invention does not mean a completely unrestricted movement, but means a movement that does not cause "significant jamming" under the action of the adaptive member 22.
In the present embodiment, the user selects one of the bit assemblies 2 and applies a pressing force to move the driving rod 21 downward, the driving rod 21 further transmits the pressing force to the adaptive member 22, and the adaptive member 22 transmits the pressing force in the axial direction to the bit assembly 2 to move it in the axial direction. When the cutter head assembly 2 encounters a non-straight path, the compliant member 22 creeps to allow the cutter head assembly 2 to pass through the second opening 121.
In particular, the adaptive member 22 is an elastic peristaltic joint configured to enable the tool head to make curvilinear oscillations while traveling on a non-straight path, avoiding jamming. The elastic peristaltic joint comprises two recesses arranged opposite each other, which allow the tool head to perform a curved oscillation.
The above description is only for the specific embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
