In order to limit the displacement of the water cooling jacket in the axial direction and the circumferential direction, a large-diameter thin nut 53 is arranged at one end of the water cooling jacket 90 close to the light source interface part 62 for fastening and locking, illustratively, an external thread is arranged on the outer wall surface of the end part of the mounting cylinder close to the water cooling jacket (the end close to the light source interface part), and the thin nut 53 is matched with the external thread to lock the water cooling jacket 90 (see fig. 1).
In order to make the cooling liquid fully contact with and smoothly circulate through the outer wall surface of the mounting cylinder, the outer wall surface of the mounting cylinder is provided with spline grooves 303 extending along the length direction thereof and a plurality of cooling ring grooves 302 extending along the circumferential direction thereof (see fig. 5).
In order to ensure that the cooling liquid only flows between the water cooling jacket and the outer wall of the installation cylinder and prevent the cooling liquid from flowing out, the two opposite ends of the water cooling jacket are in sealing connection with the outer wall surface of the installation cylinder, for example, a sealing ring 52 is arranged between the two opposite ends of the water cooling jacket and the outer wall surface of the installation cylinder to realize sealing connection, and the space between the water cooling jacket and the installation cylinder is sealed and isolated from the external space to prevent the cooling liquid from flowing out.
Returning to fig. 5, sealing ring grooves 301 for mounting sealing rings are provided on the outer wall of the mounting cylinder at positions corresponding to both ends of the cooling jacket, and the sealing rings 52 are provided in the sealing ring grooves, so that the positions of the sealing rings are fixed.
Of course, if the application scene of the integrating rod is a low-power light source, the water cooling jacket is not needed, and the spline groove, the water cooling ring groove, the sealing ring groove and the sealing ring are correspondingly not needed to be arranged on the outer wall of the mounting cylinder.
In another example, the mounting cylinder includes a first mounting cylinder 31 and a second mounting cylinder 32, the first mounting cylinder 31 is screwed with the second mounting cylinder 32, and one cooling ring groove 302 of the plurality of cooling ring grooves 302 is disposed at a connection position of the first mounting cylinder 31 and the second mounting cylinder 32.
For example, the ends of the first installation cylinder 31 and the second installation cylinder 32 are respectively provided with an L-shaped wall surface, after the first installation cylinder 31 and the second installation cylinder are installed in place, the two L-shaped wall surfaces are combined to form the cooling ring groove 302, the cooling ring groove is arranged here to prevent the first installation cylinder and the second installation cylinder from being locked in a screwing manner, the groove of the spline groove on the outer wall of the first installation cylinder is not aligned with the groove of the spline groove on the outer wall of the second installation cylinder, so that the cooling liquid is blocked, the cooling liquid can only circulate on the outer wall surface of the second installation cylinder, and the cooling liquid can not reach the outer wall surface of the first installation cylinder, so that the outer wall of the first installation cylinder can not be cooled.
In order to prevent the cooling liquid from flowing into the mounting cavity through the joint of the first mounting cylinder and the second mounting cylinder and damaging the integrator rod, the joint of the first mounting cylinder and the second mounting cylinder is subjected to sealing treatment, for example, a sealing ring is arranged between the first mounting cylinder and the second mounting cylinder, so that the first mounting cylinder and the second mounting cylinder are connected in a sealing manner.
The installation cylinder is of a split structure, so that the installation of a long and thin integrating rod is facilitated, and the integrating rod is not easy to damage.
Of course, if the length of the integrating rod is short, the mounting cylinder does not need to adopt a split structure, the first mounting cylinder and the second mounting cylinder can be combined into a part, and a sealing ring and a guide sleeve (namely the sealing ring and the guide sleeve arranged at the connecting position of the first mounting cylinder and the second mounting cylinder) are removed.
The use and assembly steps of the integrating rod clamping device provided by the embodiment of the application are as follows: except for the installation reference plate 10, the lower fixed seat 21, the upper fixed seat 22 and the light source connector 70 in fig. 1, the components are firstly assembled into a whole, then the whole is placed in the arc groove of the lower fixed seat 21, the two positions are total, the angle of the integrating rod can be adjusted along the circumferential direction to meet the requirement of a light path, and then the upper fixed seat 22 is installed and fastened by screws, so that the modular design is realized.

1. An integrator rod clamping apparatus, comprising:
the installation reference plate is used for providing installation reference;
the fixing seat group at least comprises two fixing seats which are oppositely arranged, and the bottoms of the fixing seats are fixed on the upper plate surface of the installation datum plate;

the fixing base is of a split structure and comprises an upper fixing base and a lower fixing base, connecting lugs are arranged on the upper fixing base and the lower fixing base respectively, connecting holes are formed in the connecting lugs, the upper fixing base and the lower fixing base are pressed on the adapter piece or behind the outer wall surface of the light source interface piece, gaps are formed between the connecting lugs of the upper fixing base and the connecting lugs of the lower fixing base, and the connecting holes in the connecting lugs are penetrated through fasteners to be fixedly connected with the upper fixing base and the lower fixing base.

The rod clamping device of claim 7, wherein the bottom of the lower fixing base is provided with a connecting plate extending to one side, the connecting plate is provided with a plurality of waist-shaped holes, and a fastener is used for fixedly connecting the lower fixing base to the installation reference plate through the waist-shaped holes.
