As can be seen from fig. 11, the middle of one side surface of the conveying rotating disc 3231 close to the inner wall of the recovery bin 321 is provided with a middle boss 3231b, the other part close to the contour of the material taking limiting groove 3231a is provided with an edge boss 3231c, and two sides of the middle boss 3231b are respectively provided with at least one edge boss 3231c to form a semi-surrounding structure.
Preferably, in the embodiment of the present invention, at least one of the bosses corresponding to each material-taking-out-limiting groove 3231a is rotatably disposed on the conveying rotating disc 3231.
Further, in order to count the number of the hockey puck 400 being recycled and conveyed, the recycling and conveying device 320 further includes a conveying and counting device 326, the conveying and counting device 326 includes a feeding sensing sheet 3262 and a feeding sensor 3261 adapted to the feeding sensing sheet 3262, the feeding sensing sheet 3262 is movably disposed in the conveying track 322, a first reset member is disposed between the feeding sensing sheet 3262 and the conveying track 322, the movement of the feeding sensing sheet 3262 can be linear movement or swinging, the feeding sensing sheet 3262 can move to trigger the feeding sensor 3261 under the driving of the hockey puck 400 being sent to the conveying track 322 by the conveying driving device 323, when the hockey puck enters the conveying track 322, the feeding sensing sheet 3262 moves in the direction of the feeding sensor 3261 under the action of the hockey puck and triggers the feeding sensor 3261, the feeding sensor 3261 sends a signal to the controller, the controller counts and adds 1, and when the hockey patty passes, the feeding sensing piece 3262 is reset under the action of the first resetting piece.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, a stirring bar 325 is provided in the recovery bin 321 for preventing the hockey puck 400 from being jammed in the recovery bin 321.
Referring to fig. 10, in the embodiment of the present invention, the conveying track 322 includes a track bottom plate 3221, a track cover plate 3222, and track partition plates 3223, and two track partition plates 3223 are disposed side by side between the track bottom plate 3221 and the track partition plates 3223 to enclose the conveying track 322.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, the returning means 330 includes a returning rail 321 interfacing with an outlet of the recovery conveying means 320, one returning means 330 may include one or more returning rails 321, the returning rail 321 includes a rail rear plate 3311, a middle partition 3312, and a front end decoration plate 3313, the rail rear plate 3311 and the middle partition 3312 enclose a space for passing the hockey puck 400 therethrough, the front end decoration plate 3313 may decorate the returning rail 321 with light, patterns, etc., an inlet end of the returning rail 321 is provided with a second transition structure 333 interfacing with the first transition structure 324, a release mechanism 332 is provided to the returning rail 321, and an end of the returning rail 321 near the recovery conveying means 320 is provided with a return counting means 334 for counting the number of hockey puckers 400 entering the returning rail 321.
As shown in fig. 14, in the embodiment of the present invention, the release mechanism 332 includes a release gate 3321 and a gate driving device, two ends of the release gate 3321 are respectively provided with a limiting protrusion, a limiting space for accommodating one hockey puck 400 is formed between the limiting protrusions at two ends of the release gate 3321, the release gate 3321 is disposed outside the return track 321 and the release gate 3321 can swing relative to the return track 321 under the driving of the gate driving device, and the limiting protrusions at two ends of the release gate 3321 can be alternately inserted into the return track 321 along with the swinging of the release gate 3321 to limit the hockey pucks 400 in the return track 321 so as to release the hockey pucks 400 in the return track 321 one by one.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 14, the shutter driving device includes a magnet telescopic device 3322 and a second reset member 3323, wherein the driving end of the magnet telescopic device 3322 is rotatably connected to the release shutter 3321, and the second reset member 3323 is configured to drive the release shutter 3321 to reset after the magnet telescopic device 3322 is powered off.
The sequential operation of the release mechanism 332 in the above embodiments can only release one hockey puck 400, and cannot satisfy the requirement of rapidly releasing multiple hockey pucks 400, therefore, as shown in fig. 14, the release mechanism 332 further comprises a release plate 3324 and a plate driving device, the release plate 3324 is movably disposed outside the return track 321, the release gate 3321 is rotatably disposed on the release plate 3324, and the plate driving device is connected with the release plate 3324 for driving the release plate 3324 to move between a single release position close to the outer surface of the return track 321 and multiple release positions far from the outer surface of the return track 321; when the release plate 3324 is in a single release position, the limiting protrusions at both ends of the release gate 3321 can be inserted into the return rail 321 to limit the hockey puck 400, and when the release plate 3324 is in a plurality of release positions, the limiting protrusions at both ends of the release gate 3321 exit the return rail 321, at which point the release gate 3321 can no longer limit the hockey puck 400 in the return rail 321, and the hockey puck 400 in the return rail 321 is returned to the play platform 310.
Further optimizing the above technical solution, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, the release gate 3321 is rotatably disposed at one side of the release plate 3324 away from the return rail 321, the release plate 3324 is provided with an escape groove for escaping the limiting protrusions at both ends of the release gate 3321, and when the release plate 3324 is at a single release position, the limiting protrusions at both ends of the release gate 3321 pass through the escape groove and are inserted into the return rail 321.
Further, as shown in fig. 14, the plate driving apparatus includes a release rotating motor 3325, a third eccentric link 3326, and a transmission link 3327, a first end of the release plate 3324 is rotatably coupled to an outer wall of the return rail 321 through a hinge 3328, an output end of the release rotating motor 3325 is fixedly coupled to the third eccentric link 3326, both ends of the transmission link 3327 are rotatably coupled to the third eccentric link 3326 and a second end of the release plate 3324, respectively, a cam link mechanism is formed between the third eccentric link and the transmission link 3327, and rotation of the third eccentric link 3326 is changed into swing of the release plate 3324 with respect to the return rail 321 through the transmission link 3327.
In order to ensure that the plate driving device can stay at the predetermined position, in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 14, the releasing mechanism 332 further comprises a position limit detecting device, the position limit detecting device comprises a position limit sensing piece 3329 and two position limit sensors 33210, the position limit sensing piece 3329 is disposed on the third eccentric link 3326, the two position limit sensors 33210 are symmetrically disposed, the releasing rotary motor 3325 stops when the position limit sensing piece 3329 is detected by the position limit sensor 33210, and in operation, when it is required to release the plurality of hockey pucks 400, the controller controls the releasing rotary motor 3325 to rotate until the total length of the third eccentric link 3326 and the transmission link 3327 is longest, that is, when the third eccentric link 3326 and the transmission link 3327 are in the same straight line, the releasing plate 3324 is located at a plurality of releasing positions far from the returning track 321, and when one of the position limit sensors 33210 detects the position limit sensing piece 3329, the releasing rotary motor 3325 stops rotating, when the hockey puck 400 needs to be released one by one, the controller controls the release rotary motor 3325 to rotate until the total length of the third eccentric connecting rod 3326 and the transmission connecting rod 3327 is the shortest, that is, the two are overlapped, at this time, the other limit sensor 33210 detects the limit sensing piece 3329, and the release rotary motor 3325 stops rotating.

1. A hockey amusement machine, comprising:

the display is arranged on the machine body, connected with the host and used for displaying game contents of the player during game interaction;
the system comprises a circulating system, a plurality of sensors and a controller, wherein the circulating system comprises a game platform, a recovery conveying device and a return device, the game platform is provided with a platform detection device, and the platform detection device is used for detecting the number and the track of hockey cakes moving through the game platform; the inlet of the recovery conveying device is in butt joint communication with the outlet of the game platform, the outlet of the recovery conveying device is in butt joint communication with the inlet of the return device, and the recovery conveying device is used for recovering hockey cakes passing through the game platform and conveying the hockey cakes to the return device; the outlet of the return device is communicated with the inlet of the game platform in a butt joint mode, the return device is provided with a release mechanism used for controlling the number of hockey cakes returned to the game platform, and the platform detection device, the recovery conveying device and the release mechanism are connected with the host through the control system.

A hockey amusement machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein said platform detection means includes at least two sensor sets disposed proximate to the outlet of said game platform, at least two of said sensor sets being spaced apart in a first direction, said sensor sets including a plurality of correlation sensors spaced apart in a second direction, said first direction being the direction from the end of said game platform remote from its outlet to said outlet of said game platform, said second direction being parallel to and intersecting said first direction with said playing surface of said game platform, the relative directions of the emitters and receivers of said correlation sensors being perpendicular to said playing surface of said game platform.

A hockey amusement machine according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the circulation system further comprises an air supply, the playing surface of the playing platform being densely populated with a plurality of air holes, the output of the air supply communicating with each of the air holes to provide upward lift to a hockey puck passing over the playing platform.
4. A hockey amusement machine according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said circulation system includes a plurality of said retrieval conveyors spaced apart widthwise of the outlet of said game platform, and a distribution means for alternately distributing hockey balls passed through the outlet of said game platform to two of said retrieval conveyors is provided between two of said retrieval conveyors.
5. A hockey amusement machine according to claim 4, wherein said distribution drive means comprises a distribution rotary motor, a first eccentric link, a second eccentric link and an intermediate link, an output end of said distribution rotary motor being fixedly connected to said first eccentric link, said second eccentric link being fixedly connected to a rotating shaft of said distribution brush, and both ends of said intermediate link being rotatably connected to said first eccentric link and said second eccentric link, respectively;
the distribution device further comprises a distribution induction sheet and two distribution detection sensors, the distribution induction sheet is arranged on the first eccentric connecting rod, the distribution detection sensors are symmetrically arranged, and the distribution rotating motor is arranged on the distribution detection sensors and detects that the distribution induction sheet stops moving.
6. A hockey amusement machine according to any one of claims 1, 2 and 5, wherein said retrieval conveyor comprises a retrieval bin, a conveyor drive means, and a conveyor track, the upper portion of said retrieval bin being provided with an opening to constitute an entrance of said retrieval conveyor, said conveyor drive means being provided in said retrieval bin, said conveyor track being in abutment with an exit of said retrieval bin, said conveyor drive means being adapted to convey hockey puck in said retrieval bin to said conveyor track, said conveyor track having internal dimensions that at least allow passage of hockey pucks in a predetermined attitude.
7. A hockey amusement machine according to claim 6, wherein said recycling conveyor further comprises a conveyor counter, said conveyor counter comprising a loading sensor strip and a loading sensor adapted to said loading sensor strip, said loading sensor strip being movably disposed within said conveyor track and a first reset member being disposed between said loading sensor strip and said conveyor track, said loading sensor strip being movable to actuate said loading sensor under the drive of the hockey puck fed into said conveyor track by said conveyor drive.
8. A hockey amusement machine according to any one of claims 1, 2, 5 and 7, wherein said return means comprises a return track interfacing with an outlet of said retrieval conveyor, said release mechanism being provided on said return track, one end of said return track adjacent said retrieval conveyor being provided with return counting means for counting the number of hockey balls entering said return track.
9. A hockey amusement machine according to claim 8, wherein the release mechanism comprises a release gate and a gate driving device, the two ends of the release gate are respectively provided with a limiting protrusion, a limiting space for accommodating one hockey puck is formed between the limiting protrusions at the two ends of the release gate, the release gate is disposed outside the return track and can swing relative to the return track under the driving of the gate driving device, the limiting protrusions at the two ends of the release gate can be alternately inserted into the return track along with the swinging of the release gate to limit the hockey pucks in the return track so as to realize the one-by-one release of the hockey pucks in the return track;
the release mechanism further comprises a release plate and a plate driving device, the release plate is movably arranged outside the return track, the release gate is rotatably arranged on the release plate, and the plate driving device is connected with the release plate and is used for driving the release plate to move between a single release position close to the outer surface of the return track and a plurality of release positions far away from the outer surface of the return track;
when the release plate is located at the single release position, the limiting protrusions at the two ends of the release gate can be inserted into the return track to limit the hockey puck, and when the release plate is located at the multiple release positions, the limiting protrusions at the two ends of the release gate exit from the return track.

the releasing mechanism further comprises a limiting detection device, the limiting detection device comprises a limiting induction sheet and two limiting sensors, the limiting induction sheet is arranged on the third eccentric connecting rod, the two limiting sensors are symmetrically arranged, and the releasing rotating motor stops acting when the limiting sensors detect the limiting induction sheet.
