During use of the cover, a triangular support may be formed on the counter top by the end of the second handle section 200, the rim of the cookware, so that the cover stands stably on the counter top. Fig. 5 is a perspective view of the first handle segment of fig. 4. Fig. 6 is a perspective view of the second handle segment in fig. 4. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, 5 and 6, in order to connect the first handle segment 100 and the second handle segment 200, the first end of the second handle segment 200 is provided with a pin hole 201, and the connecting assembly 500 includes a locking pin 501, wherein the locking pin 501 is telescopically arranged in the first handle segment 100 and can protrude from the end surface of the first end segment of the first handle segment 100 and be inserted into the pin hole 201. In the initial state where the stopper projection 212 is inserted into the stopper groove 110, the locking pin 501 is misaligned with the pin hole 201, the locking pin 501 is pressed to retract, and after the second handle section 200 is rotated by a predetermined angle with respect to the first handle section 100, the locking pin 501 is aligned with the pin hole 201, ejected from the first handle section 100 and inserted into the pin hole 201, and the second handle section 200 is locked. As an example, the pin hole 201 may be a circular blind hole, and the shape of the locking pin 501 and the shape of the pin hole 201 match each other. The limit protrusion 212 is connected to an end of the second handle segment 200, and the second handle segment 200 can be rotated by an external force to rotate the limit protrusion 212 in the limit groove 110, and the pin hole 201 is also rotated with respect to the locking pin 501, and it should be noted that the locking pin 501 and the pin hole 201 are on the same circular circumference centering on the rotation axis, and after the locking pin 501 is rotated by a certain angle, can be aligned with the pin hole 201 and inserted into the pin hole 201 by an elastic force to be positioned.
In order to realize the automatic ejection of the locking pin 501, as shown in fig. 1-3, 5 and 6, the first handle section 100 further includes at least one blind hole 121, the blind hole 121 is located at the bottom of the receiving groove 130 (detailed below) and outside the limiting groove 110, the locking pin 501 is disposed in the blind hole 121, the bottom of the blind hole 121 is further provided with an elastic member 122, and the elastic member 122 presses the locking pin 501 outwards. As an example, the shape of the blind hole 121 matches the shape of the locking pin 501, the elastic member 122 may be a spring, or other elastic members, and both ends of the elastic member 122 respectively abut against the groove bottom of the receiving groove 130 (described in detail below) and the end of the elastic member 122. When the limiting protrusion 212 is inserted into the limiting groove 110, the end surface of the second handle segment 200 may press the protruding end of the locking pin 501 and cause the elastic member 122 to compressively deform, having a tendency to pop out outward, and when the locking pin 501 is aligned with the pin hole 201, may automatically pop out the locking pin 501 into the pin hole 201, thereby achieving positioning.
The connecting assembly 500 further includes a pressing plate 520, the pressing plate 520 is fixedly connected to the first end of the first handle segment 100, a limiting hole 510 is formed in the pressing plate 520, the limiting groove 110 is located inside the pressing plate 520 and is communicated with the limiting hole 510, and the limiting protrusion 212 can penetrate through the limiting hole 510 and then enter the limiting groove 110. In order to prevent the locking pin 501 from escaping from the blind hole 121 when ejected, the pressure plate 520 is provided with a locking pin through hole 502, the locking pin 501 includes a first pin segment and a second pin segment, the diameter of the first pin segment is larger than the diameter of the locking pin through hole 502 and larger than the diameter of the second pin segment, a step surface is formed between the first pin segment and the second pin segment, the second pin segment protrudes from the outer side of the pressure plate 520 through the locking pin through hole 502 under the pressing of the elastic member 122, and the step surface abuts against the inner side of the pressure plate 520. As an example, the first pin segment and the second pin segment may be cylinders with different diameters, and the step surface may abut against the pressing plate 520 when the locking pin 501 is ejected, so as to limit the locking pin 501 and prevent the locking pin 501 from escaping from the blind hole 121.
In order to make the pressing plate 520 play a role of limiting the locking pin 501 and prevent the locking pin 501 from popping out of the blind hole 121, the diameter of the second pin section of the locking pin 501 is smaller than that of the first pin section of the locking pin 501, and the diameter of the locking pin passing hole 502 is larger than that of the second pin section of the locking pin 501 and smaller than that of the first pin section of the locking pin 501.
In order to place the restricting protrusion 212 in the restricting groove 110 and fix the restricting protrusion 212 when the locking pin 501 is aligned with the pin hole 201, the pressing plate 520 also restricts the restricting protrusion 212 in the length direction of the locking pin 501, preventing the restricting protrusion 212 from being able to be pulled out from the restricting groove 110.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, the pressing plate 520 is provided with a limiting hole 510, the limiting groove 110 is located inside the pressing plate 520 and is communicated with the limiting hole 510, and the inner circumferential side of the limiting hole 510 of the pressing plate 520 is provided with a limiting protrusion 540 for blocking and limiting the limiting protrusion 212 from the outer side of the limiting protrusion 212 at the position where the locking pin 501 is inserted into the pin hole 201, so as to prevent the limiting protrusion 212 from being separated from the limiting groove 110.
Illustratively, the stopper protrusion 212 has a diameter of D1, the stopper hole 510 includes a first profile portion having a diameter greater than or equal to D1 and a second profile portion having a diameter less than D1, the stopper protrusion 212 is inserted into the stopper groove 110 through the first profile portion, and the stopper protrusion 212 is located at an inner side of the second profile portion after the second handle section 200 is rotated by a predetermined angle with respect to the first handle section 100. The second contour portion protrudes toward the center portion of the stopper hole 510 with respect to the first contour portion, thereby forming a stopper protrusion 540. After the stopper projection 212 is inserted into the stopper groove 110 and rotated by a predetermined angle, the stopper projection 212 overlaps the stopper projection 540 in the length direction of the locking pin 501 and is located inside the stopper projection 540.
By way of example, the first contour portion comprises a pair of first arc-shaped portions with the diameter D2 and the second contour portion comprises a pair of second arc-shaped portions with the diameter D3, the first arc-shaped portions and the second arc-shaped portions are distributed at intervals, the diameter of the limiting groove 110 is D4, D1 is smaller than or equal to D2 and smaller than or equal to D4, the limiting protrusion 212 can be enabled to smoothly enter the limiting groove 110 and can rotate in the limiting groove 110, and D1 is larger than D3, the pressure plate 520 can prevent the limiting protrusion 212 from being disengaged from the limiting hole 510 after the limiting protrusion 212 rotates. It should be noted that the shape of the first contour portion matches the shape of the end of the position-limiting protrusion 212 to ensure that the position-limiting protrusion 212 can enter the position-limiting groove 110 through the position-limiting hole 510.
As an example, a first end of the second handle segment 200 is protrudingly formed with a connection column 211, a limiting protrusion 212 is disposed at a radial outer circumference of the connection column 211, a second end of the second handle segment 200 is provided with a second handle main body 220 connected to the connection column 211, and a pin hole 201 is located at an end of the second handle main body 220, wherein the limiting protrusion 212 is two and is symmetrically arranged around the connection column 211. As an example, the shape of the second profile portion may match the shape of the end of the connecting column 211, and the diameter D3 of the second profile portion may be slightly larger than the diameter of the connecting column 211 to ensure smooth rotation of the second handle segment 200.
The first end of first handle section 100 is provided with holding tank 130, and clamp plate 520 sets up in holding tank 130, through installing clamp plate 520 in holding tank 130, hides clamp plate 520, can further beautify the outward appearance of handle to reduce the butt joint gap between the part and leak outward, thereby avoid hiding dirty dirt, easy washing and clean health.
In order to mount the pressure plate 520, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, a screw mounting hole 530 is provided on the pressure plate 520, and a screw hole 123 may be provided in the receiving groove 130 at a position corresponding to the screw mounting hole 530. The pressing plate 520 is detachably mounted in the receiving groove 130 by screws. By way of example, the limiting groove 110 is circular, and the pressing plate 520 is oval and is coaxially disposed with the limiting groove 110, so that the limiting protrusion 212 can pass through the pressing plate 520 and be disposed in the receiving groove 130. The minor axis radius of the ellipse of the pressing plate 520 may be greater than or equal to the radius of the stopper groove 110, and the major axis radius of the ellipse of the pressing plate 520 is greater than the radius of the stopper groove 110, so that the pressing plate 520 can completely cover and shield the stopper groove 110 from the outside. The outer edge portion of the long axis direction of the pressing plate 520 exceeds the outer edge of the stopper groove 110, so that both the blind hole 121 and the screw hole 123 can be provided in the region corresponding to the long axis portion of the pressing plate 520, radially outside the stopper groove 110, and spaced apart from each other.
In order to further realize the directional rotation of the position-limiting protrusion 212 in the position-limiting groove 110, as shown in fig. 3, the position-limiting groove 110 is a circular sinking groove, the position-limiting groove 110 at least includes a circumferential portion with a diameter greater than or equal to D1, at least one stopping protrusion 150 is disposed on an inner circumferential sidewall of the position-limiting groove 110, and after the second handle segment 200 is rotated by a predetermined angle relative to the first handle segment 100, the stopping protrusion 150 stops the further rotation of the position-limiting protrusion 212. Specifically, when the limiting protrusion 212 is inserted into the limiting groove 110 at an angle corresponding to the limiting hole 510, the stopping protrusion 150 is attached to the limiting protrusion 212 after rotating a predetermined angle to prevent the limiting protrusion 212 from further rotating, so that the limiting protrusion 212 is located inside the limiting protrusion 540, and at this time, the locking pin 501 is aligned with the pin hole 201 and locked with each other, and the locking pin 501 and the stopping protrusion 150 simultaneously prevent the limiting protrusion 212 from further rotating, so that the connection is more stable and firm. In addition, by providing the stopping projection 150, the second handle section 200 can be positioned at this position, facilitating accurate alignment of the locking pin 501 with the pin hole 201. Further, by providing the stopper projection 150, a part of the rotational shearing force can be shared when the second handle segment 200 continues to rotate, and the lock pin 501 can be prevented from being broken by an excessive shearing force.
During transportation, the second handle section 200 of the present invention is in a disassembled state, as shown in fig. 1. When the user installs the second handle segment 200, the limit protrusion 212 may be first inserted into the limit hole 510, and at this time, the second handle main body 220 can press the second end of the locking pin 501, the elastic member 122 is compressed, and the locking pin 501 is retracted, so that the rotational movement of the second handle segment 200 is not hindered. The locking pin 501 has a pop-up movement tendency, when the second handle segment 200 is rotated, the limiting protrusion 212 is rotated in the receiving space formed by the limiting groove 110, when the locking pin 501 is rotated to a position where the pin hole 201 is aligned with the first handle segment 100, the second handle segment 200 is connected with each other, and the operation is convenient and simple.
The end of the first handle section 100 is also formed with a lateral projection in which a fastener attachment hole is formed for attachment to a cookware body. For example, an internally threaded hole is formed in the lateral projection, and can be attached to the cooker body by a screw. As an example, the cooker body may be a lid body. The second handle section 200 may extend in the radial direction of the lid body to be substantially flush with the rim of the lid body, thereby realizing a lid erectable.
In another aspect, the present invention also provides a cooker, which comprises a cooker body 700 and the handle described above. As an example, the cookware may be a erectable pot lid.
In summary, the handle of the present invention includes the first handle segment 100, the second handle segment 200 and the connecting assembly 500, when the cooker is shipped from factory, the second handle segment 200 is separated from the first handle segment 100 and the connecting assembly 500, so as to reduce the transportation space and reduce the transportation cost, and the user can assemble the handle when receiving the product, and use the product.
