Background
At present, the method for repairing the defective dentition or the missing dentition by the planting mode is a common repairing method, however, with the increase of the planting amount every year, the incidence rate of peri-implantitis is increased day by day, and the method becomes one of planting complications which are urgently to be solved at present.
Peri-implantitis mainly manifested by reduction of bone mass around the implant, and the treatment method mainly comprises cutting gingiva, turning flaps, cleaning bone loss area around the implant, grafting bone, and tension-reducing suture. The method for cleaning the implant is generally implemented by glycine sand blasting cleaning or carbon curette manual cleaning or titanium brush rotating mechanical cleaning.
However, the existing titanium brush has the following disadvantages: 1) the shape of the implant can not clean the screw thread of the implant completely by 360 degrees, and especially dead zones exist on the lingual side, the palatal side and the near-far side of the implant; 2) the existing titanium brush head has no autorotation function and is only cleaned in a single direction; 3) titanium brushes on the market lack a fulcrum, and adjacent tissues are easily damaged during use.

Referring to fig. 1, a brush head 10 includes a brush ring 11, an inner ring 12, and bristles 13. EXAMPLE II titanium Brush
This embodiment provides a preferred embodiment of a titanium brush.
As shown in fig. 2, a titanium brush 20 includes a brush head 22 and a handle 21. Head 22 is as described in example one; one end of the brush handle 21 is connected with the outer side surface of the brush ring of the brush head 22. The brush holder 21 comprises a supporting portion 26 and a bending portion 23, a first anti-slip surface 24 is arranged on the upper surface of the supporting portion 26, a second anti-slip surface 25 is arranged on the surface of the bending portion 23 facing the brush head, and openings on two sides of the bending portion 23 are different in size. The brush holder 31 includes: the motor 33 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 36 and drives the inner ring to rotate along the outer ring, and the accommodating cavity 36 is also provided with a battery 34. The outer surface of the accommodating cavity 36 is provided with a concave part 35 for holding and a switch, when in use, the switch is turned on, and the inner ring of the brush head can rotate along the inner track of the brush ring under the driving of the motor to clean the implant threads.

The brush holder 41 includes: a grip portion 46 in which a driving element for driving the inner race to rotate is provided; a driving motor 44 electrically connected with the driving element for driving the driving element to work, and the holding part 46 and the driving motor 44 are connected through a connecting wire 43. The brush handle 41 is provided with a concave part 45 for holding and a switch button. The titanium brush handle is small and exquisite, can be held only by 2 to 3 fingers, and when the titanium brush handle is operated, the switch is turned on, and the inner ring of the brush head can rotate under the driving of an external motor along the inner track of the brush ring to clean the screw thread of the implant.

6. The brush head of claim 1, wherein the bristles are 2-3 mm in length.
7. A titanium brush, comprising:
the brush head comprises a brush ring, an inner ring and bristles, wherein a limiting track is arranged on the inner circumferential surface of the brush ring, the outer circumference of the inner ring is rotatably arranged in the limiting track, and the bristles are arranged around the inner circumference of the inner ring and towards the center of the inner ring; and
and one end of the brush handle is connected with the outer side face of the brush ring of the brush head.
8. The titanium brush of claim 7, wherein said handle comprises a support portion and a bent portion, wherein said support portion has a first anti-slip surface on an upper surface thereof, and said bent portion has a second anti-slip surface on a surface thereof facing said brush head.
9. The titanium brush according to claim 8, wherein the openings at both sides of the bent portion are different in size.
10. A titanium brush, comprising:
the brush head comprises a brush ring, an inner ring and bristles, wherein a limiting track is arranged on the inner circumferential surface of the brush ring, the outer circumference of the inner ring is rotatably arranged in the limiting track, and the bristles are arranged around the inner circumference of the inner ring and towards the center of the inner ring; and
a brush handle comprising: the motor is arranged in the accommodating cavity and drives the inner ring to rotate along the brush ring;
one end of the brush handle is connected with the outer side face of the brush ring of the brush head.
11. The titanium brush of claim 10, wherein the outer surface of said receiving cavity is provided with a recess for gripping.
12. A titanium brush, comprising:
