Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous details are provided to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. One skilled in the art, however, will understand that the following description illustrates only a preferred embodiment of the invention and that the invention may be practiced without one or more of these details. In addition, some technical features that are well known in the art are not described in detail in order to avoid obscuring the present invention.
The embodiment of the utility model provides a side-draught type cigarette machine. The lighting unit of the side-draft type cigarette machine can not directly irradiate a user while providing sufficient lighting in the cooking process, so that the lighting effect of the lighting unit is improved. The side-draught type cigarette machine according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings 1 to 4.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, a side-draft cigarette machine can include a cigarette machine body 100, a wind deflector unit, and an illumination unit 400.
The cigarette maker body 100 may have an air inlet 110. Lampblack can enter the cigarette machine main body 100 through the air inlet 110. Illustratively, the side-draft cigarette machine may also include a fan 600. The fan 600 may draw smoke into the machine body 100 through the intake 110 and then exhaust the smoke out of the environment (e.g., kitchen) where the side draft type smoke machine is located through the fan 600. The improvements of the present invention are not in the structure of the fan 600 itself and are therefore not described in further detail.
The air deflection unit may include an air deflection plate 200 and a turnover mechanism 300. The tipping mechanism 300 may be located within the cigarette machine body 100. Canting mechanism 300 can be coupled to wind deflector 200. The air deflector 200 can be driven by the turnover mechanism 300 to turn upwards and outwards to open the air inlet 110. Specifically, the air deflection panel 200 can have an open position and a closed position upon actuation of the flipping mechanism 300. The air deflector 200 is flipped up and out and can be flipped to an open position. At this time, the air deflector 200 may open the intake vent 110. The air deflection panel 200 is flipped downwardly and inwardly and can be flipped to a closed position. At this time, the air guide plate 200 may close the air inlet 110. Canting mechanism 300 can include a variety of structures, such as an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, and the like.
The illumination unit 400 may include any suitable structure as long as illumination can be provided for cooking. The lighting unit 400 may be disposed on the air guide plate 200. The lighting direction of the lighting unit 400 may be toward the cooker 500 when the air guide plate 200 opens the air inlet 110, as shown by an arrow in fig. 4. It should be noted that the illumination direction described herein is not necessarily directed to the cooktop 500, and the illumination direction of the illumination unit 400 may have a certain angle, for example, within a range of ± 20 degrees, with respect to the direction directed to the cooktop 500. As long as the light emitted from the lighting unit 400 can be irradiated onto the cooker 500 after the air guide plate 200 is opened.
Referring to fig. 4 in combination, when the air deflector 200 opens the air inlet 110, the illumination direction of the illumination unit 400 may face the cooker 500. At this time, the lighting unit 400 may directly face the pot 510 on the cooker 500. In this way, the light emitted by the lighting unit 400 can be irradiated on the pot 510 on the cooker 500 as much as possible, and the lighting unit 400 can provide sufficient lighting for cooking without changing the power of the lighting unit 400.
Therefore, the utility model provides a side-draught range hood, when the air intake 110 was opened to aviation baffle 200, lighting unit 400's illumination direction can be towards cooking utensils 500. In this way, the light emitted by the lighting unit 400 can directly illuminate the pot 510 on the cooker 500, thereby providing sufficient illumination for cooking. Further, since the air guide plate 200 has a sufficient space for the lighting unit 400 to be disposed, the size, number, and illumination angle of the lighting unit 400 are highly flexible. In this way, the lighting unit 400 can be more reasonably selected and set to provide as much illumination as possible to provide sufficient illumination for cooking to meet the user's usage requirements.
The lighting unit 400 may be disposed at any suitable location on the air deflection panel 200. Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the lighting unit 400 may be disposed on the rear surface of the air deflection plate 200. Thus, when the air inlet 110 is opened by the air deflector 200, the lighting unit 400 can be shielded by the air deflector 200, and a user is prevented from directly viewing the lighting unit 400, so that a glaring feeling is generated, and the user experience is good. Therefore, the lighting unit 400 does not need to be provided with a soft light component, the structure of the lighting unit 400 is simpler, and the production cost is low. Also, the lighting unit 400 may increase power appropriately to provide more sufficient lighting for cooking. Also, the lighting unit 400 may be located within the range hood body 100 when the air deflector 200 closes the air inlet 110. Thus, the lighting unit 400 is not damaged by an external force, and the reliability of the lighting unit 400 is ensured to be high.
Further, the lighting unit 400 may be disposed at the middle on the rear surface of the air deflection plate 200 along the longitudinal direction of the air deflection plate 200. Thus, the lower portion of the air guide plate 200 may shield the lighting unit 400, further preventing a user from directly seeing the lighting unit 400, thereby generating a dazzling feeling.
It should be noted that, although only one air deflector unit and the lighting unit 400 are described in the present embodiment. However, in practical applications, the cooktop 500 may have a plurality. At this time, the air guide plate unit and the lighting unit 400 may be disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the cookers 500. Each cooktop 500 may correspond to one air deflector unit and lighting unit 400. Each air deflection unit and the illumination unit 400 may be provided independently of each other. Thus, when different cookers 500 are used for cooking, the air deflector unit and the lighting unit 400 corresponding to the cookers can be used, so that the targeted lighting is realized, and the waste of energy is prevented.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the rear surface of the wind deflector 200 may be provided with the lamp socket 120. The lighting unit 400 may be removably connected to the socket 120 by any suitable means of connector connection, plugging, snap-fitting, etc. With this arrangement, the maintenance and replacement of the lighting unit 400 is facilitated. Also, the lighting unit 400 may be located within the range hood body 100 when the air deflector 200 closes the air inlet 110. Thus, the lighting unit 400 is not damaged by an external force, and the reliability of the lighting unit 400 is ensured to be high.
The structure of the lamp socket 120 may be arbitrary. Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the lamp socket 120 may have a triangular shape in cross section. The cross section is a section formed by cutting the lamp holder 120 in a direction perpendicular to the lateral direction of the side-draught cigarette machine. The cut-away opens the lamp holder 120. When the air guide plate 200 opens the air inlet 110, the bottom side of the triangle may be parallel to the horizontal direction. The lamp holder 120 has the advantages of high strength, simple structure, low production cost and the like.
A preferred lighting unit 400 is described below.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the lighting unit 400 may include a light-transmissive panel 410, a rear cover 420, and a light emitting element 430. The light-transmitting panel 410 may be made of any light-transmitting material such as glass, resin, or the like. The rear cover 420 may be coupled to the rear surface of the light-transmitting panel 410. The sidewalls of the rear cover 420 may have elasticity. Illustratively, the sidewall of the rear cover 420 may be a metal dome, a rubber plate, or the like. Preferably, the sidewall of the rear cover 420 may be bent outward at the middle portion in the vertical direction. Thus, the sidewall of the rear cover 420 may have elasticity in the middle in the vertical direction. The side wall of the rear cover body 420 has a simple structure and low production cost. The light emitting element 430 may be disposed within the rear cover 420. The light emitting elements 430 may be any elements that can provide illumination for cooking, such as incandescent lamps, fluorescent lamps, LED lamps, etc.
The lamp socket 120 may be provided with a mounting opening 121. The rear cover 420 and the light transmissive panel 410 may sandwich the edge of the mounting opening 121 inside and outside the mounting opening 121, respectively. The sidewalls of the back housing 420 may pass through the mounting opening 121 when in a compressed state. In this way, when the lighting unit 400 is installed, an external force may be applied to the sidewall of the rear cover 420 by a tool such as a screwdriver, etc., to be in a compressed state, so that it may pass through the installation opening 121, thereby entering into the lamp socket 120. When the rear cover 420 is inserted into the lamp socket 120, the external force may be removed to restore the original state, so that the rear cover 420 and the light-transmitting panel 410 may clamp the edge of the mounting opening 121 at the inner side and the outer side of the mounting opening 121, respectively, to complete the attachment of the lighting unit 400 to the lamp socket 120. When the lighting unit 400 needs to be disassembled, an external force may be applied to the side wall of the rear cover 420 by a tool such as a screwdriver, so that the side wall is in a compressed state, and thus the side wall can pass through the mounting opening 121, and then the side wall can be taken out from the lamp holder 120. Therefore, the lighting unit 400 has a simple structure, low production cost, and is easy to install and disassemble.
A preferred canting mechanism 300 is described below.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, turnover mechanism 300 may include a motor 310, a first transmission arm 321, a second transmission arm 322, and a third transmission arm 323. The motor 310 may be secured in any suitable location within the cigarette machine body 100. Preferably, the motor 310 may be secured to the front side wall of the side-draft cigarette machine and may be located above the air deflection 200. The motor 310 at this position does not affect the passing of the oil smoke, and the air inlet 110 is ensured to be smooth. In addition, the position is closer to the air deflector 200, so that the lengths of the first transmission arm 321, the second transmission arm 322 and the third transmission arm 323 can be reduced, the material consumption is reduced, and the production cost of the side-draft type cigarette making machine is reduced.
The first drive arm 321 may have a first end and a second end. The first end may be connected to a rotating shaft of the motor 310. The second drive arm 322 may have a third end and a fourth end. The third end is pivotably connected to the second end. The third transmission arm 323 may have a fifth end and a sixth end. The fifth end is pivotably connected to the fourth end. The sixth end may be connected to the air deflection panel 200. Through the arrangement, the turnover mechanism 300 is simple in structure and low in production cost.
Preferably, as shown in figures 1 and 3, the cigarette maker body 100 may be provided with a stop member 130. The limiting member 130 includes, but is not limited to, a stopper, a baffle, etc. When the air deflector 200 opens the air inlet 110, the first transmission arm 321 can abut against the limiting member 130. The limiting member 130 can limit the turning angle of the air guiding plate 200, and control the air guiding plate 200 to stop when the air inlet 110 is opened.
Preferably, the air deflector unit may be provided with a stopper. The cigarette maker body 100 may be provided with a limit fitting. The position-limiting part can abut against the position-limiting matching part when the air deflector 200 is in the opening position for opening the air inlet 110 and the closing position for closing the air inlet 110. The side-draft cigarette machine may also include a current sensor and a controller. The motor 310 may be electrically connected to a current sensor and controller. The current sensor may be used to detect the current of the motor. The controller may be configured to control the motor 310 to stop operating when the current is greater than the current threshold.
When the air deflector 200 is in the open position or the closed position, the motor 310 is in a state of zero rotation speed because the air deflector 200 is already in the limit position of the movable range, but the motor 310 still outputs torque, which is called motor stalling. When the motor 310 stalls, the current flowing through the motor 310 will increase substantially. If the motor 310 is not stopped in time, the motor 310 may be damaged. Therefore, when the current flowing through the motor 310 is greater than the current threshold, the current sensor may send a stop signal to the controller, and the controller may control the motor 310 to stop operating. By the arrangement, automatic control of the side-draft type cigarette machine can be realized, and the motor 310 is prevented from being locked, so that damage is caused.
In embodiments where the side draft cigarette machine includes a fan 600, the fan 600 may be electrically connected to the controller. In this way, the controller may control the fan 600 and the air deflection plate 200 to be turned on and/or turned off simultaneously. In this way, the side-draft cigarette machine is more automated.
