Claims (10)
1. A packing unit (11) comprising:
the elastic bosses (111) are integrally formed with the inner wall of the sealant barrel (11), are formed by extending the inner wall inwards, and are uniformly distributed along the axial direction of the sealant barrel (11);
the inter-boss grooves (112) are arranged between the elastic bosses (111) and used for increasing the elasticity of the elastic bosses (111);
the steel wire rope hole (113) is coaxially arranged with the elastic boss (111) and is matched with the steel wire rope (10);
the elastic lug boss (111) and the lug boss inter-groove (112) are matched and used for generating large elastic deformation after being subjected to extrusion deformation to tightly hold the steel wire rope (10) and simultaneously forming good sealing oil scraping performance.
2. The packing unit (11) according to claim 1, wherein at least the lower side wall of the elastic projection (111) forms an acute angle with the end wall thereof;
the lower edge (1111) of the elastic boss (111) corresponding to the acute angle is used for scraping well liquid on the outer wall of the steel wire rope (10).
3. A packing sleeve (11) according to claim 1, characterized in that said packing sleeve (11) is composed of a plurality of axial packing strips (114) spliced together.
4. A sealed wiping device (1), comprising:
a packing unit (11) according to any one of claims 1 to 3;
the extrusion rubber cylinder (12), the extrusion rubber cylinder (12) is sleeved on the sealing rubber cylinder (11), the outer walls of the two ends of the extrusion rubber cylinder (12) are respectively integrally formed with a sealing edge (121), and the sealing edge (121) radially extends outwards from the outer end wall of the extrusion rubber cylinder (12);
the hard support tube (13) is sleeved on the periphery of the extrusion rubber cylinder (12) and arranged between the two sealing edges (121), two ends of the hard support tube (13) are abutted against or arranged close to one side of the sealing edges (121), and the side wall of the hard support tube (13) is provided with an air guide hole;
the extrusion rubber cylinder (12) and the hard support tube (13) are used for being matched with the connecting tube (2) and the two-end wire tube joint (3), and a sealed cavity is formed between the extrusion rubber cylinder (12) and the connecting tube (2).
5. A blowout preventer cartridge, comprising:
a connecting pipe (2);
the sealing and liquid scraping device (1) of claim 4, wherein the sealing and liquid scraping device (1) is fixedly arranged in the connecting pipe (2), and at least one sealing and liquid scraping device (1) is adopted;
the pneumatic control pipeline (4) is communicated with the connecting pipe (2) corresponding to the sealing liquid scraping device (1);
when the sealing liquid scraping devices (1) are multiple, the sealing liquid scraping devices (1) are communicated with the corresponding connecting pipes (2) through the wire pipe joints (3) in a matched mode to form backflow chambers (5), and the backflow chambers (5) are communicated with overflow pipelines (6).
6. A blowout preventer according to claim 5, further comprising a flushing device (7), the flushing device (7) comprising:
a brush cylinder (71), wherein the brush cylinder (71) is arranged in the connecting pipe (2);
the bristles (72) are arranged on the inner wall of the brush barrel (71) in a surrounding mode, and the ends of the bristles (72) can abut against the spiral grooves of the steel wire rope (10);
the liquid brushing device (7) is at least arranged at the upper end of the sealed liquid scraping device (1), and the two corresponding connecting pipes (2) are communicated and fixed through the wire pipe joint (3) and used for sequentially carrying out sealed liquid scraping and liquid brushing on the steel wire rope (10).
7. A blowout preventer according to claim 6, wherein the flushing device (7) and the sealing wiper device (1) are in cooperative communication with the wire union (3) via the respective connecting tubes (2) and form a return chamber (5), and the return chamber (5) is in communication with the overflow line (6).
8. The blowout preventer according to claim 5, further comprising a centering device, wherein the centering device is arranged at both ends of the seal wiper (1), and the centering device comprises a centering wheel and/or a centering sleeve (8), and the centering sleeve (8) is provided with a guide hole for a steel wire rope (10).
9. A blowout preventer according to claim 8, wherein the centralizing casing (8) is arranged at least at the lower end of the seal wiper (1), and the centralizing casing (8) is mounted in the wire union (3) and is fixed in communication with the lower end of the seal wiper (1) via the wire union (3).
10. A blowout preventer cartridge according to claim 8 or 9, further comprising a safety joint (9), the safety joint (9) being secured in communication with the centralizing means at the lower end, and the safety joint (9) comprising:
the fixing device comprises a fixing outer pipe (91), wherein the fixing outer pipe (91) is provided with a fixing groove (911);
the sliding inner tube (92), a safety pin block (921) is connected to the sliding inner tube (92) in a sliding mode, and the sliding inner tube (92) is arranged in the fixed outer tube (91);
the sliding sleeve (93) is arranged in the sliding inner tube (92), the outer wall of the sliding sleeve (93) is abutted against one end of the safety pin block (921), the other end of the sliding sleeve is limited in the fixing groove (911), and the lower end of the sliding sleeve (93) is provided with a limiting groove (931) matched with the safety pin block (921);
and a spring (94), wherein the spring (94) is arranged between the upper end of the sliding sleeve (93) and the upper end of the sliding inner pipe (92) and is used for enabling the lower end of the sliding sleeve (93) to abut against the lower end of the sliding inner pipe (92), and when the sliding sleeve (93) moves upwards to press the spring (94), the limiting groove (931) corresponds to the safety pin block (921);
the sliding sleeve (93) and the safety pin block (921) are matched with the fixing groove (911) and used for fixing or separating the sliding inner tube (92) from the fixing outer tube (91).
