a waste water output pipe 113 is also arranged at the lower end part of the shell 1;
the water diversion pipe 9 is also provided with a mounting hole 92, and the mounting hole 92 is positioned between the lower end of the composite RO membrane filter element 6 and the inner side surface of the inner shell 2; said waste valve 14 is mounted to said mounting hole 92;
the upper end of the waste water valve 14 is communicated with a gap between the lower end of the composite RO membrane filter element 6 and the inner side surface of the inner shell 2, and the lower end of the waste water valve 14 is communicated with the waste water output pipe 113 through a gap between the outer side surface of the water distribution pipe 9 and the inner side surface of the inner lower cover 21.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the waste water discharged from the lower end of the composite RO membrane cartridge 6 is controlled by the waste water valve 14 to pass through the gap between the outer side surface of the water dividing pipe 9 and the inner side surface of the inner lower cover 21, and is discharged from the waste water outlet pipe 113.
Further, the water purifier also comprises a water outlet valve 12, and the lower end of the water outlet valve 12, which is close to the water diversion port 91, is installed in the purified water output pipe 112;
the water outlet valve 12 is a check valve which is communicated outwards in a one-way, the upper end of the water outlet valve 12 is communicated with the filtering end of the composite RO membrane filter element 6 through the water distribution pipe 9, and the lower end of the water outlet valve 12 is communicated with the outside through the purified water output pipe 112.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the purified water produced from the filtering end of the composite RO membrane cartridge 6 passes through the lower end of the outlet valve 12, the water diversion pipe 9, and the purified water output pipe 112 to the outside, and the opening and closing and the flow rate of the outputted purified water can be controlled by the outlet valve 12.
Further, the inner shell 2 further comprises an inner middle cover 22;
the inner middle cover 22 is detachably sleeved at the upper ends of the composite RO membrane filter element 6 and the central bracket 7, and the edge of the inner middle cover 22 is abutted against the inner side surface of the inner lower cover 21;
the top surface of the composite RO membrane filter element 6 is abutted against the bottom surface of the inner middle cover 22, the lower ends of the PP cotton filter element 3 and the front activated carbon filter element 4 are adjacent and abutted against the top surface of the inner middle cover 22, the middle part of the inner middle cover 22 extends upwards into the front activated carbon filter element 4, the outer side surface of the upwards extending inner middle cover 22 is abutted against the inner side surface of the front activated carbon filter element 4, the upper end part of the central support 7 is abutted against the bottom surface of the middle part of the inner middle cover 22 upwards, and the outer side surface of the PP cotton filter element 3 is abutted against the inner side surface of the upper end part of the inner lower cover 21;
the inner middle cover 22 is provided with a purified water input port 221, and the purified water input port 221 is positioned between the outer side surface of the upper end part of the central bracket 7 and the inner side surface of the inner middle cover 22 extending upwards;
the lower extreme of purification water input port 221 with the beginning filter end of compound RO membrane filter core 6's lateral surface is linked together, the upper end of purification water input port 221 with the end of filtering out of leading active carbon filter core 4 is linked together.
As shown in fig. 6, the purified water inlet 221 communicates the filtration end of the inner surface of the front activated carbon filter element 4 in the housing 1 with the filtration start end of the outer surface of the composite RO membrane filter element 6, thereby forming a continuous purified water passage.
Still can improve the lower extreme of the cotton filter core 3 of PP and leading active carbon filter core 4 through interior well lid 22 to and the upper end installation stability of compound RO membrane filter core 6 and central support 7, overall structure is more compact, thereby makes the inside of leading active carbon filter core 4 and central support 7 can optimize and obtain bigger space of filtering out, thereby improves the purifier's of use sealing washer and central support purification efficiency.
Further, the device also comprises an active carbon filter 5;
the activated carbon filter 5 is installed in the inner lower cover 21 and located below the lower end of the water outlet hole 711.
The activated carbon filter 5 is installed below the lower end of the water outlet 711, so that the purified water filtered by the composite RO membrane filter element 6 can be filtered and purified by the activated carbon filter 5, and the quality of the outputted purified water can be further improved.
In summary, as shown in the embodiments of the present invention shown in fig. 1 to 8, in the water purifying device using the water diversion sealing ring and the central support, the composite RO membrane cartridge 6 and the central support 7 are respectively installed in the inner shell 2, a gap between two adjacent support sheets 731 forms a water flow channel for conveying purified water filtered by the composite RO membrane cartridge 6, and has a larger drainage space, and the outer side surfaces of the plurality of support sheets 731, the outer side surface of the water outlet pipe 71 and the outer side surface of the rear seat 72 are located on the same cylindrical circumferential surface; the support framework is more stable and powerful, and can effectively prevent the RO membrane and the carbon fiber film wound on the central support 7 from shrinking and wrinkling or inwards sinking; a water diversion sealing ring 8 is arranged between the outer side surface of the composite RO membrane filter element 6 and the inner side surface of the inner shell 2, the water diversion sealing ring 8 can effectively isolate the filtered water which is not purified by the RO membrane and the waste water which is generated after being filtered by the RO membrane, and the mixing of the waste water and the filtered water which is not purified by the RO membrane can be avoided, so that the increase of the total amount of the waste water caused by the mixing is reduced, the time for discharging the waste water is saved, and the composite RO membrane filter element is more environment-friendly; the composite RO membrane filter element 6 made by winding the RO membrane and the carbon fiber film on the central support 7 has the double functions of reverse osmosis filtration and activated carbon purification of the RO membrane and also has the advantage of compact structure.

Claims (10)

1. A water purifying device using a water diversion sealing ring and a central support is characterized by comprising an outer shell, an inner shell, a composite RO membrane filter element, the central support and the water diversion sealing ring;
the inner shell is arranged in the outer shell, and the central bracket and the composite RO membrane filter element are both arranged in the inner shell;
the composite RO membrane filter element comprises a carbon fiber film and an RO membrane, and the carbon fiber film and the RO membrane are wound on the outer side surface of the central support;
the water diversion sealing ring is arranged between the outer side surface of the composite RO membrane filter element and the inner side surface of the inner shell and is used for isolating water to be purified, which is positioned on the outer side surface of the composite RO membrane filter element, from wastewater, which is positioned at the lower end of the composite RO membrane filter element and is generated after being filtered by the RO membrane;
the central support comprises a water outlet pipe, a rear seat and a support body;
the bracket body comprises a plurality of supporting sheets, the inner side edges of the supporting sheets are mutually connected, and a gap communicated with the water outlet pipe is arranged between every two adjacent supporting sheets;
the rear end of the water outlet pipe and the front end of the rear seat are respectively connected with the front ends and the rear ends of the supporting pieces; the outer side surfaces of the supporting sheets, the outer side surface of the water outlet pipe and the outer side surface of the rear seat are positioned on the same cylindrical circumferential surface;
the RO membrane sheet and the carbon fiber membrane are wound on the outer side surface of the central support and cover the gap between two adjacent support sheets; and the gap between two adjacent supporting sheets is communicated with the outside through the water outlet pipe.
2. The water purifying device using the water diversion sealing ring and the center support as claimed in claim 1, wherein a water outlet hole is formed in the water outlet pipe;
the supporting sheet is also provided with a plurality of baffle sheets; the plurality of baffle plates are arranged on the outer side of the supporting sheet at intervals along the length direction of the supporting sheet, and two ends of each baffle plate extend to two sides along the direction perpendicular to the supporting sheet;
the outer side surfaces of the retaining pieces and the outer side surfaces of the supporting pieces are all positioned on the same cylindrical circumferential surface;
the inner sides of the baffle plates extend inwards to be close to the side surfaces of two adjacent supporting plates; gaps between the inner side surfaces of the separation blades and the side surfaces of the two adjacent supporting sheets are communicated with gaps between the two adjacent supporting sheets, and gaps between the two adjacent supporting sheets are communicated with the water outlet holes.
3. The water purification apparatus using the water diversion sealing ring and the center support according to claim 1, wherein the water diversion sealing ring is provided with a first sealing ring, a second sealing ring and a third sealing ring;
the lower edge of the first sealing ring and the upper edge of the third sealing ring are respectively connected with the upper edge and the lower edge of the second sealing ring; the upper edge of the first sealing ring and the inner side surface of the third sealing ring are both abutted against the outer side surface of the composite RO membrane filter element; the lower edge of the first sealing ring and the upper edge of the second sealing ring are abutted against the inner side surface of the inner shell;
the end part of the lower edge of the third sealing ring is close to the lower end part of the composite RO membrane filter element;
and a gap between the upper end of the composite RO membrane filter element and the inner top surface of the inner shell is communicated with a gap between the outer side surface of the composite RO membrane filter element and the inner side surface of the inner shell.
4. The water purification device using the water diversion sealing ring and the central support as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a PP cotton filter element and a front activated carbon filter element;
the PP cotton filter element and the front active carbon filter element are both arranged in the shell, and the inner side surface of the PP cotton filter element is sleeved on the outer side surface of the front active carbon filter element;
the shell is provided with an outer lower cover, the outer lower cover is positioned at the lower end of the shell, and the lower end part of the shell is provided with a water inlet pipe;
the inner shell also comprises an inner lower cover which is positioned at the lower end of the inner shell; the outer lower cover is sleeved on the outer side of the inner lower cover and surrounds the outer side surface of the inner lower cover;
the lower end of a gap between the inner side surface of the outer lower cover and the outer side surface of the inner lower cover is communicated with the water inlet pipe, and the upper end of the gap between the inner side surface of the outer lower cover and the outer side surface of the inner lower cover is communicated with the filter starting end of the PP cotton filter element through a gap between the inner side surface of the outer shell and the outer side surface of the inner shell.
5. The water purifying device with the water separating sealing ring and the central support as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a water inlet valve, wherein the water inlet valve is mounted in the housing near the outer side surface of the inner lower cover;
the water inlet valve is a check valve which is communicated inwards in a one-way mode, the upper end of the water inlet valve is communicated with the filtration starting end of the PP cotton filter element, and the lower end of the water inlet valve is communicated with an external water source through the water inlet pipe.
6. The water purifying device using the water diversion sealing ring and the central support according to claim 4, further comprising a water diversion pipe, wherein the water diversion pipe is sleeved at the lower end part of the central support;
a purified water output pipe is also arranged at the lower end part of the shell;
the water diversion pipe is provided with a water diversion port, the upper end of the water diversion port is communicated with the filtering end of the composite RO membrane filter element through the water outlet hole, and the lower end of the water diversion port penetrates through the lower end of the inner lower cover and is communicated with the purified water output pipe.
7. The water purification apparatus using the water dividing packing and the center bracket as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a waste water valve;
a waste water output pipe is also arranged at the lower end part of the shell;
the water distribution pipe is also provided with a mounting hole, and the mounting hole is positioned between the lower end of the composite RO membrane filter element and the inner side surface of the inner shell; the waste water valve is mounted in the mounting hole;
the upper end of the waste water valve is communicated with a gap between the lower end of the composite RO membrane filter element and the inner side surface of the inner shell, and the lower end of the waste water valve is communicated with the waste water output pipe through a gap between the outer side surface of the water distribution pipe and the inner side surface of the inner lower cover.
8. The water purifying device using the water diversion sealing ring and the center support as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a water outlet valve, wherein the water outlet valve is installed in the purified water outlet pipe near the lower end of the water diversion port;
the water outlet valve is a check valve conducting outwards in a one-way mode, the upper end of the water outlet valve is communicated with the filtering end of the composite RO membrane filter element through the water distribution pipe, and the lower end of the water outlet valve is communicated with the outside through the purified water output pipe.
9. The water purification apparatus using the water dividing packing and the center bracket as claimed in claim 4, wherein the inner case further comprises an inner middle cap;
the inner middle cover is detachably sleeved at the upper ends of the composite RO membrane filter element and the central support, and the edge of the inner middle cover is abutted against the inner side surface of the inner lower cover;
the top surface of the composite RO membrane filter element is abutted against the bottom surface of the inner middle cover, the lower ends of the PP cotton filter element and the front activated carbon filter element are adjacent and abutted against the top surface of the inner middle cover, the middle part of the inner middle cover extends upwards into the front activated carbon filter element, the outer side surface of the inner middle cover which extends upwards is abutted against the inner side surface of the front activated carbon filter element, the upper end part of the central support is abutted against the bottom surface of the middle part of the inner middle cover upwards, and the outer side surface of the PP cotton filter element is abutted against the inner side surface of the upper end part of the inner lower cover;
the inner middle cover is provided with a purified water inlet which is positioned between the outer side surface of the upper end part of the central bracket and the inner side surface of the inner middle cover extending upwards;
the lower extreme of purification water input port with the beginning end of straining of the lateral surface of compound RO membrane filter core is linked together, the upper end of purification water input port with the end of straining of leading active carbon filter core is linked together.
10. The water purification apparatus using the water-diversion sealing ring and the center support as claimed in claim 4, further comprising an activated carbon filter sheet;
the active carbon filter is arranged in the inner lower cover and is positioned below the lower end part of the water outlet hole.
