The pen point tube 26 is provided with a pen tongue baffle ring 28, and the middle of the pen tongue baffle ring 28 is provided with a water guide tail mounting hole 29 of the pen tongue baffle ring; the tongue 31 is provided with a water-guiding tail 32 and a fiber pen refill mounting hole 37, and the water-guiding tail 32 penetrates through the tongue baffle ring water-guiding tail mounting hole 29 in the middle of the tongue baffle ring 28 to ensure that the tongue 31 is mounted in the pen head pipe 26. The fiber pen refill is arranged in a refill mounting hole 37 of the fiber pen, the refill of the fiber pen comprises a fiber pen refill tube 38 and a fiber pen water-leading refill 40, and the fiber pen water-leading refill 40 is arranged in the fiber pen refill tube 38; the fiber pencil core tube 38 is provided with a fiber pencil core tube stop block 39, and the fiber pencil core tube stop block 39 is arranged in a support cover groove 43 in the middle of the upper end of the support cover 42; the front end of the fiber pen water-leading core 40 is a fiber pen point 41. The nib tube 26 has nib external threads 30 for engaging the nib internal threads 35 on the nib 34.
The ink absorber consists of a cylinder body 1, an exhaust pipe fixing body 3 at the lowest end of the cylinder body 1, an exhaust pipe fixing body water diversion tail installation hole 4 and an exhaust pipe 6 which are arranged on the exhaust pipe fixing body 3, and a piston device which is arranged at the upper end of the cylinder body 1 and is fixed by a spring retaining ring pipe 8; the exhaust pipe fixing body 3 is provided with a mounting seam 5, one end of the exhaust pipe 6 is mounted in the mounting seam 5, the other end of the exhaust pipe 6 extends to the top end of the ink cavity 22 in the cylinder body 1, and the piston head 14 does not touch the exhaust pipe 6 when the pressing cover 19 is pressed to the bottom.
The piston device comprises a piston rod 12 and a piston head 17 arranged in a piston cavity 23 at the upper part of the cylinder body 1, the piston head 17 is connected to a piston rod outer convex ring 13 at the lower end of the piston rod 12, and the lower part of a baffle ring 14 is next to the piston rod outer convex ring 13 and is connected with the piston rod outer convex ring 13 into a whole. The piston head 17 is connected with the pressing spring device through the piston rod 12, and the piston head 17 and the pressing spring device are fixed through the spring retaining ring pipe 8; the piston pressing device comprises a spring retaining ring pipe 8, a spring 18 and a pressing cover 19 which are fixedly arranged on the upper part of the cylinder body 1; the spring retaining ring pipe 8, the spring 18 and the pressing cover 19 are sleeved on the piston rod 12; the spring ring retaining pipe 8 is sleeved on the piston rod 12 through a spring ring retaining pipe piston rod mounting hole 11, the pressing cover 19 is fixed at the top of the piston rod 12, the piston rod stabbing head part 15 at the upper end of the piston rod 12 is inserted into a piston rod stabbing head part mounting hole 20 in the pressing cover 19, and the piston rod stabbing head part protruding ring 16 is tightly attached to a concave ring 21 in the piston rod stabbing head part mounting hole, so that the pressing cover 19 cannot fall off once being mounted at the top end of the piston rod 12. The spring 18 is arranged between the inner retaining ring 10 of the spring retaining ring pipe 8 and the pressing cover 19; the spring collar 8 is fixedly connected with the cylinder 1 through the convex ring 25, so that the piston rod 12 and the piston head 17 can slide up and down, and when the pressing cover 19 is pressed to the bottom to be close to the spring collar outer collar retaining ring 9, the whole spring 18 can be retracted in the spring receiving cavity 24.
The support cover 42 is a support for the fiber pen core, and can provide support for the fiber pen core when the fiber pen is used for writing, so that the fiber pen core is prevented from bending and deforming. The holder cover 42 is a support holder made of a metal material similar to a pen nib, and thus, its outer appearance can be beautified as desired, thereby obtaining an aesthetic sense of the pen nib.
The fiber pencil core tube 38 may be made of plastic or metal material, and the exposed portion may be beautified and modified, such as plated with metallic luster.
The fiber pen core can be conveniently installed and taken out by using a proper tool, and one fiber pen can be provided with a plurality of fiber pen cores with different thicknesses, hardness and hardness, and can be selected according to needs, so that a user can obtain different experience feelings.
When the lower end of the ink absorber is inserted into the pen point tube 26 and forms a tight fit without air leakage, and the identification ring 7 at the lower end of the cylinder body 1 is aligned with the pen point tube end surface 36, an air cavity area 44 is formed between the exhaust pipe fixing body 3 and the pen tongue baffle ring 28, so that the fiber pen has CN113085408A, a simple pen capable of continuously absorbing ink and continuously absorbing ink.
When sucking ink, one hand holds the ink absorber, the pressing cover 19 is pressed down by the thumb to exhaust a part of air in the cylinder body 1, then the exposed pen tongue 31 is partially or completely immersed in the ink, the thumb is released, the spring 18 drives the piston head 17 to move upwards, so that the ink is sucked into the ink cavity 22, and the pressing cover 19 is repeatedly pressed and released, so that the air exhausting and the ink absorbing can be repeatedly carried out until the ink fills the whole ink cavity 22 and a part of the piston cavity 23.
After the ink is fully absorbed, the lower end of the ink absorber is inserted into the pen point tube 26 continuously, and when the outer limit ring 2 at the lower end of the cylinder body 1 is tightly attached to the end surface 36 of the pen point tube to be aligned, the volume of the air cavity area 44 is smaller than the minimum volume of the air cavity area as described in a simple pen capable of continuously absorbing ink of CN113085408A, so that the defects that the simple pen capable of continuously absorbing ink of CN113085408A is inconvenient to clean and small in ink supply amount can be overcome, and the fiber pen has the functions of convenient cleaning and adjustable ink supply amount, and is shown in figure 4.
The pen holder 34 is screwed on, so that the pen holder internal thread 35 and the pen point external thread 30 are screwed tightly, and then the pen cap 33 is covered. When the pen cap 33 is drawn out during writing, if the ink amount is not enough during writing, the pen holder 34 can be unscrewed, and the pressing cap 19 is pressed to squeeze the ink in the ink chamber 22 a little into the pen tongue 31.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, a semi-automatic ink-absorbing writing brush made of an ink absorber of a writing instrument comprises a writing brush head, a pen holder 34, the ink absorber arranged in the pen holder 34, and a pen cap 33 sleeved on the writing brush head.
The writing brush head consists of a head tube 26, a tongue 31 and a writing brush head 47. The pen point tube 26 is provided with a pen tongue baffle ring 28, and the middle of the pen tongue baffle ring 28 is provided with a pen tongue baffle ring water diversion tail mounting hole 29; the tongue 31 is provided with a water-drawing tail 32 and a writing brush water-drawing core mounting hole 45, and the water-drawing tail 32 penetrates through a tongue baffle ring water-drawing tail mounting hole 29 in the middle of the tongue baffle ring 28 to enable the tongue 31 to be mounted in the pen head pipe 26. The writing brush ink-guiding core 46 is arranged in the writing brush ink-guiding core mounting hole 45, the writing brush head 47 comprises a writing brush head 47, a writing brush tip 48 and a sealing ring 49, and the whole writing brush head 47 is arranged at the front end in the writing brush head tube 26; the writing brush tip 48 is arranged in the writing brush head 47, and the sealing ring 49 is arranged outside the writing brush head 47. The nib tube 26 has nib external threads 30 for connecting with the nib internal threads 35 on the nib 34 so that the nib tube 26 and the nib 34 can be integrally connected.
The ink absorber is arranged in the writing brush holder 34 and consists of a cylinder body 1, an exhaust pipe fixing body 3 at the lowest end of the cylinder body 1, an exhaust pipe fixing body water diversion tail installation hole 4 and an exhaust pipe 6 which are arranged on the exhaust pipe fixing body 3, and a piston device which is arranged at the upper end of the cylinder body 1 and is fixed by a spring retaining ring pad 50; the exhaust pipe fixing body 3 is provided with a mounting seam 5, one end of the exhaust pipe 6 is mounted in the mounting seam 5, the other end of the exhaust pipe 6 extends to the top end of the ink cavity 22 in the cylinder body 1, and the piston head 14 is not touched when ink absorption and exhaust are carried out.
The piston device comprises a piston rod 12 and a piston body arranged in a piston cavity 23 at the upper part of the cylinder body 1, the piston body is formed by connecting a piston rod outer convex ring 13 at the lower end of the piston rod 12 with a piston head 17, the lower part of a baffle ring 14 is next to the piston rod outer convex ring 13 and is used for protecting the piston head 17, the piston head 17 is connected with a pressing spring device through the piston rod 12, and the piston head 17 and the pressing spring device are fixed through a spring baffle ring pad 50; the piston pressing device comprises a spring retaining ring pad 50, a spring 18 and a pressing cover 19 which are fixedly arranged on the upper part of the cylinder body 1; the spring retaining ring pad 50, the spring 18 and the pressing cover 19 are sleeved on the piston rod 12; the spring retainer ring pad 50 is sleeved on the piston rod 12 through a spring retainer ring pad piston rod mounting hole 51, the pressing cover 19 is fixed on the top of the piston rod 12, the piston rod barbed head 15 at the upper end of the piston rod 12 is inserted into the piston rod barbed head mounting hole 20 in the pressing cover 19, and the piston rod barbed head protruding ring 16 is tightly attached to the concave ring 21 in the piston rod barbed head mounting hole, so that the pressing cover 19 cannot fall off once being mounted on the top end of the piston rod 12. The spring 18 is arranged between the spring retaining ring pad 50 and the pressing cover 19; the spring retainer 50 is fixedly connected in the cylinder 1 by the convex ring 25, so that the piston rod 12 and the piston head 17 can slide up and down, and when the pressing cover 19 is pressed to the bottom to be close to the upper end face of the cylinder 1, the whole spring 18 can be retracted in the spring receiving cavity 24.
When the lower end of the ink absorber is inserted into the pen head tube 26 and forms a tight fit without air leakage, and the identification ring 7 at the lower end of the cylinder 1 is aligned with the pen head tube end surface 36, an air cavity area 44 is formed between the exhaust tube fixing body 3 and the pen tongue baffle ring 28, so that the writing brush has CN113085408A, a simple pen capable of continuously absorbing ink and continuously absorbing ink.
When the lower end of the ink absorber is inserted into the pen point tube 26 continuously and the outer limit ring 2 at the lower end of the cylinder 1 is tightly attached to the end face 36 of the pen point tube, the volume of the air cavity area 44 is smaller than the minimum volume of the air cavity area as described in a simple and easy pen capable of absorbing ink continuously of CN113085408A, so that the defects that the simple and easy pen capable of absorbing ink continuously of CN113085408A is inconvenient to clean and small in ink supply amount can be overcome, and the writing brush also has the functions of being convenient to clean and capable of adjusting the ink supply amount, as shown in figure 7.
It can be seen that the conversion between ink absorption and writing and cleaning can be realized by changing the distance between the exhaust pipe fixing body 3 at the lower end of the ink absorber and the end surface 36 of the pen point pipe. The ink of other colors can be replaced after cleaning and the like, and reference can be made to embodiment 2, so that the brush pen can also be used as a water color pen.
Although the ink absorber of this embodiment is inexpensive to manufacture, it is difficult to replace the piston head 17 because the spring retainer ring 50 is not easily pulled out once it is installed.
Otherwise refer to example 2. The structure of the pen head of the water color pen is the same as that of the embodiment.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 8, the semi-automatic ink-absorbing pen with the ink absorber installed in the pen holder and adopting the pen structure with the pen point comprises a pen point, a pen holder 34, the ink absorber installed in the pen holder 34 and a pen cap 33 sleeved on the pen point.
The pen point of the pen consists of a pen point tube 26, a pen tongue 31 and a pen point 27. The pen point tube 26 is provided with a pen tongue baffle ring 28, and the middle of the pen tongue baffle ring 28 is provided with a water guide tail mounting hole 29 of the pen tongue baffle ring; the tongue 31 is provided with a water-guiding tail 32, and the water-guiding tail 32 passes through the tongue baffle ring water-guiding tail mounting hole 29 in the middle of the tongue baffle ring 28, so that the tongue 31 is mounted in the nib tube 26. The tongue 31 is mounted in the nib tube 26 together with the pen nib 27; the pen head tube 26 is integrally connected with the pen holder 34 through the pen head external thread 30 and the pen holder internal thread 35, and the pen cap 33 is sleeved outside the pen head tube 26. The ink absorber is mounted within the nib tube 26 and is also located within the barrel 34.
The ink absorber consists of a cylinder body 1, an exhaust pipe fixing body 3 at the lowest end of the cylinder body 1, an exhaust pipe fixing body water diversion tail installation hole 4 and an exhaust pipe 6 which are arranged on the exhaust pipe fixing body 3, and a piston device which is arranged at the upper end of the cylinder body 1 and is fixed by a spring retaining ring pipe 8; the exhaust pipe fixing body 3 is provided with a mounting seam 5, one end of the exhaust pipe 6 is mounted in the mounting seam 5, the other end of the exhaust pipe 6 extends to the top end of the ink cavity 22 in the cylinder body 1, and the piston head 14 is not touched when ink absorption and exhaust are carried out.

The spring 18 is arranged between the inner retaining ring 10 of the spring retaining ring pipe 8 and the pressing cover 19; the spring retaining ring pipe 8 is inserted into the cylinder body 1 through the outer convex ring 25 and is fixedly connected with the outer convex ring, so that the piston rod 12 and the piston head 17 can slide up and down, and when the pressing cover 19 is pressed to the bottom to be close to the outer retaining ring 9 of the spring retaining ring pipe, the whole spring 18 can be retracted into the spring receiving cavity 24.
When the lower end of the ink absorber is inserted into the pen point tube 26 and forms a tight fit without air leakage, and the identification ring 7 at the lower end of the cylinder body 1 is aligned with the pen point tube end surface 36, an air cavity area 44 is formed between the exhaust pipe fixing body 3 and the pen tongue baffle ring 28, so that the pen has CN113085408A, a simple function of continuous ink absorption pen, and the like.
When absorbing ink, the pen holder 34 is unscrewed, then the barrel body 1 is held by one hand, the pressing cover 19 is pressed down by the thumb, air in the barrel body 1 is partially exhausted, then the pen point 27 and the exposed pen tongue 31 are partially or completely immersed in ink, the thumb is released, the spring 18 drives the piston head 17 to move upwards, and the ink is sucked into the ink cavity 22. The pressing cap 19 is repeatedly pressed and released to repeatedly perform air exhaustion and ink suction until the ink fills the entire ink chamber 22 and a part of the piston chamber 23. After the ink is fully absorbed, the ink in the piston cavity 23 is discharged, the ink is not absorbed any more, and then the pressing cover 19 is loosened to absorb the redundant ink in the pen tongue 31 into the piston cavity 23, so that the thickness of the written handwriting after ink absorption can be ensured to be uniform all the time.
The ink absorbing principle is disclosed in patent case CN113085408A, which is a simple pen capable of continuously absorbing ink.
When the ink needs to be cleaned and replaced, the pen holder 34 can be unscrewed, the ink absorber is continuously inserted into the pen point tube 26, the outer limiting ring 2 is enabled to be tightly attached to the end face 36 of the pen point tube, and at the moment, the volume of the air cavity area 44 is smaller than the minimum volume of the air cavity area of a simple pen capable of continuously absorbing ink like CN113085408A, so that the defect that the simple pen capable of continuously absorbing ink has inconvenience in cleaning can be overcome.
The pressing cap 19 is repeatedly pressed to discharge the ink in the ink chamber 22 into the ink bottle, and then clean water is sucked for cleaning. At this time, only one time of clean water is sucked, but the purpose of cleaning can be achieved by repeating the suction and discharge.
After cleaning, the washing water is discharged, the ink absorber is dried, and the ink absorber is pulled back to align the identification ring 7 in the cylinder 1 with the end surface 36 of the pen head tube, and new ink is sucked.
When the total length of the pen is 145 mm, the outer diameter of the pen holder 34 is 12 mm, the wall thickness of the pen holder 34 is 1 mm, the wall thickness of the cylinder 1 is 0.5 mm, the distance between the outer wall of the cylinder 1 and the inner wall of the pen holder 34 is 0.5 mm, and the exhaust pipe 7 adopts a capillary metal pipe, the maximum storage capacity of ink in the ink cavity 22 and the piston cavity 23 of the ink absorber is about 2000 cubic mm. It can be seen that the ink absorber has a much greater ink capacity than the existing built-in ink absorbers.
Example 5
A semi-automatic ink-absorbing pen made of an ink absorber of a writing instrument as shown in fig. 9, which is a semi-automatic ink-absorbing pen having an ink absorber installed in a pen barrel and adopting a dark-tipped pen structure, includes a pen nib, a pen barrel 34, an ink absorber installed in the pen barrel 34, and a cap 33 fitted over the pen nib.
The pen point consists of an inner pen point 52, a pen tongue 31, a pen point 27 and an outer pen point 55. The inner pen point 52 is provided with a pen tongue baffle ring 28, and a water guide tail mounting hole 29 of the pen tongue baffle ring is arranged in the middle of the pen tongue baffle ring 28; the tongue 31 is provided with a water-leading tail 32, the water-leading tail 32 penetrates through a tongue baffle ring water-leading tail mounting hole 29 in the middle of a tongue baffle ring 28 to enable the tongue 31 to be mounted in an inner pen head 52, a pen nib 27 is sleeved at the front end of the tongue 31, and then an outer pen head 55 is sleeved; the inner nib 52 is integrally connected with the barrel 34 through the inner nib external thread 53 and the barrel internal thread 35, and the cap 33 is sleeved outside the outer nib 55. The inner nib 52 has a nib barrel end face 36; the inner nib 52 has an inner nib outer stop ring 54 for limiting the connection position of the pen holder 34 and the cap 33. The ink absorber is mounted in the inner nib 52 and is also located in the barrel 34.
The ink absorber consists of a cylinder body 1, an exhaust pipe fixing body 3 at the lowest end of the cylinder body 1, an exhaust pipe fixing body water diversion tail installation hole 4 and an exhaust pipe 6 which are arranged on the exhaust pipe fixing body 3, and a piston device which is arranged at the upper end of the cylinder body 1 and is fixed by a spring retaining ring body 56; the exhaust pipe fixing body 3 is provided with an exhaust pipe mounting hole 64, one end of the exhaust pipe 6 is mounted in the exhaust pipe mounting hole 64, the other end of the exhaust pipe 6 extends to the top end of the ink cavity 22 in the cylinder body 1, and the piston head 14 is not touched when ink is sucked and exhausted.
The piston device comprises a piston rod 12 and a piston body arranged in a piston cavity 23 at the upper part of the cylinder body 1, the piston body is formed by connecting a piston rod outer convex ring 13 at the lower end of the piston rod 12 with a piston head 17, the lower part of a baffle ring 14 is next to the piston rod outer convex ring 13 and is used for protecting the piston head 17, the piston head 17 is connected with a pressing spring device through the piston rod 12, and the piston head 17 and the pressing spring device are fixed through a spring baffle ring body 56; the piston pressing device comprises a spring retainer ring body 56 fixedly arranged at the upper part of the cylinder body 1, a spring 18 and a pressing cover 19; the spring retainer ring body 56, the spring 18 and the pressing cover 19 are sleeved on the piston rod 12; the spring retainer ring body 56 is sleeved on the piston rod 12 through a spring retainer ring body piston rod mounting hole 58, the pressing cover 19 is fixed on the top of the piston rod 12, the piston rod stabbing head part 15 at the upper end of the piston rod 12 is inserted into the piston rod stabbing head part mounting hole 20 in the pressing cover 19, and the piston rod stabbing head part protruding ring 16 is tightly attached to the concave ring 21 in the piston rod stabbing head part mounting hole, so that the pressing cover 19 cannot fall off once being mounted on the top end of the piston rod 12. The spring 18 is arranged between the spring retainer ring body 56 and the pressing cover 19; the spring retainer ring body 56 is fixedly connected in the cylinder body 1 in a socket way through the outer convex ring 25, and the outer retainer ring 57 of the spring retainer ring body is tightly attached to the top end of the cylinder body 1.
When the lower end of the ink absorber is inserted into the inner pen head 52 and forms a tight fit without air leakage, and the identification ring 7 at the lower end of the cylinder body 1 is aligned with the pen head tube end surface 36, an air cavity area 44 is formed between the exhaust pipe fixing body 3 and the tongue baffle ring 28, so that the pen has CN113085408A, a simple function of continuous ink absorption pen, and the like.
When the ink needs to be cleaned and replaced, the pen holder 34 can be unscrewed, and then the lower end of the ink absorber is inserted into the inner pen point 52 continuously, so that the exhaust pipe fixing body 3 of the cylinder body 1 is close to the pen tongue baffle ring 28, at the moment, the volume of the air cavity area 44 is smaller than the minimum volume of the air cavity area of a simple pen capable of continuously absorbing ink like CN113085408A, and the defect that the simple pen capable of continuously absorbing ink is inconvenient to clean can be overcome by using CN 113085408A.
Then, the pressing cap 19 is repeatedly pressed to discharge the ink in the ink chamber 22 into the ink bottle, and clean water is sucked for cleaning. After cleaning, the washing water is drained, the ink absorber is dried, and the ink absorber is pulled back to align the identification ring 7 in the barrel 1 with the end surface 36 of the pen head tube. New ink can be sucked.
The present embodiment uses the spring retainer ring 56 to fix the ink absorber of the piston pressing device, and is very suitable for the application where the pen has a small outer diameter or the cylinder 1 has a small diameter.
Example 6
As shown in fig. 10, 11, 12 and 13, the semi-automatic ink absorption pen modified by installing the improved ink absorber on the existing open-tipped pen comprises a pen nib, a pen rod 34, an ink absorber installed in the pen rod 34 and a pen cap 33 sleeved on the pen nib.
The pen point of the pen consists of a pen point tube 26, a pen tongue 31 and a pen point 27. The pen point tube 26 is provided with a pen tongue baffle ring 28, and the middle of the pen tongue baffle ring 28 is provided with a water guide tail mounting hole 29 of the pen tongue baffle ring; the tongue 31 is provided with a water-guiding tail 32, the water-guiding tail 32 penetrates through a tongue baffle ring water-guiding tail mounting hole 29 in the middle of the tongue baffle ring 28 to enable the water-guiding tail 32 to be mounted in the lantern ring 62, and the tail end of the lantern ring 62 is provided with a lantern ring groove 63 for better absorbing ink. The tongue 31 is mounted in the nib tube 26 together with the pen nib 27; the pen head tube 26 is integrally connected with the pen holder 34 through the pen head external thread 30 and the pen holder internal thread 35, and the pen cap 33 is sleeved outside the pen head tube 26. The barrel 26 has a barrel end 36 and the ink absorber is mounted within the barrel 26 and also within the barrel 34.
