the first ends of the second connecting rods are hinged to the inner side surfaces of the second ends of the corresponding connecting plates respectively, the second ends of the second connecting rods are hinged to hinged seats arranged in the circumferential direction of the lantern ring respectively, and the lengths of the second connecting rods are equal to those of the first connecting rods.
