2. switching on a power supply, checking whether the humidification control box 5, the liquid discharge control box 7, the liquid level display instrument 6, the air quantity display instrument 4 and the humidity display instrument 3 are normal or not;
3. during the operation of the equipment, the working conditions of the air quantity display instrument 4, the liquid level display instrument 6 and the humidity display instrument 3 are recorded every day, and whether the waste gas online humidifying and static eliminating equipment is normally humidified and collected is checked;
4. and (3) connecting a waste water pipe 10 of the waste gas online humidifying equipment into a sewage pipe network, and discharging the waste gas to a factory sewage station for treatment.

the air volume meter probe (17) is arranged on the side of the waste gas inlet (19); the air volume meter probe (17) is introduced into the exhaust pipe (1); the air volume meter probe (17) is connected with the exhaust gas pipe (1) through a flange; the air volume meter probe (17) is connected with the air volume display (4) through a signal line (14); the air volume display instrument (4) is connected with the humidification control box (5) through a signal line (14);
the hygrometer probe (15) is mounted on the side of the exhaust gas outlet (20); the hygrometer probe (15) is introduced into the exhaust pipe (1); the hygrometer probe (15) is connected with the exhaust gas pipe (1) through a flange; the hygrometer probe (15) is connected with the humidity display instrument (3) through a signal line (14); the humidity display instrument (3) is connected with the humidification control box (5) through a signal wire (14);
the spray head (16) is arranged between the air volume meter probe (17) and the hygrometer probe (15); the spray head (16) is connected with the water supply pipe (2); the spray head (16) is introduced into the waste gas pipe (1); the water supply pipe (2) is connected with the waste gas pipe (1) through a flange; an electric water inlet regulating valve (12) is arranged between the spray head (16) and a water supply inlet (18) of the water supply pipe (2); the water inlet electric regulating valve (12) is connected with the humidifying control box (5) through a signal line (14);
the humidifying wastewater collection device comprises a liquid collecting pipe (9), a wastewater storage tank (8), a magnetic turning plate liquid level meter (11), a liquid level display instrument (6), a wastewater pipe (10), a signal wire (14), a liquid discharge electric switch valve (13) and a liquid discharge control box (7);
the bottom of the waste gas pipe (1) is provided with two flange openings used for being connected with the liquid collecting pipe (9);
the top of the waste water storage tank (8) is provided with two flange openings for connecting with the liquid collecting pipe (9); two flange openings used for being connected with the magnetic turning plate liquid level meter (11) are formed in the side face of the waste water storage tank (8); the bottom of the other side of the wastewater storage tank (8) corresponding to the magnetic turning plate liquid level meter (11) is provided with a flange port for connecting with a wastewater pipe (10);
one side of the liquid collecting pipe (9) is connected with the bottom of the waste gas pipe (1) through a flange;
the other side of the liquid collecting pipe (9) is connected with a wastewater liquid storage tank (8) through a flange;
a waste water pipe (10) is arranged at the bottom of the waste water storage tank (8); the waste water pipe (10) is connected with the waste water storage tank (8) through a flange; a liquid discharge electric switch valve (13) is arranged between the discharge port of the waste water pipe (10) and the waste water storage tank (8);
a magnetic turning plate liquid level meter (11) is arranged on the waste water storage tank (8); the magnetic turning plate liquid level meter (11) is connected with the waste water storage tank (8) through a flange;
the magnetic turning plate liquid level meter (11) is connected with the liquid level display instrument (6) through a signal wire (14);
the liquid level display instrument (6) is connected with the liquid discharge control box (7) through a signal wire (14);
the liquid discharge control box (7) is connected with a liquid discharge electric switch valve (13) through a signal line (14).
