With the continuous development and progress of economy, the living standard of people is higher and higher, and accordingly, the pursuit of health is stronger and stronger. As a small-sized massage device, in particular to a massage device which can be arranged in an insole, the massage device can meet the requirements of people for health care while walking to a great extent.
Many forms of massage shoes and similar health care devices are currently available. For example, utility model CN200520026389.3 provides a foot massage slipper, the massage mechanism in the slipper adopts the massage column arranged at the foot position, the massage column is installed on the spring, and the massage effect is realized by pressing the spring. However, this type of massage only allows vertical pressing in the direction of the sole and does not allow rotation in the plane of the sole.
Utility model patent CN201220446441.0 provides a rotatory massage slippers, and it sets up the heliciform slot through setting up the heliciform slot in the base side, and the massage key body sets up spacing lug outward, and the slot is gone into to the lug card for the massage key body can be followed slot up-and-down rotary motion. Similarly, for example, the kelensh (CLORIS) massage slippers on the market currently have a rotatable massage button on the sole, and the main structure of the massage button is shown in the schematic view of fig. 1. Under the effect that the foot bottom is pushed down, the massage button is matched with the inclined sliding groove 14 on the button sleeve 13 nested outside the button through the bulge 12 arranged on the button 11, when the button 11 moves downwards, the bulge 12 slides in the sliding groove in an inclined mode, and therefore the button moves downwards and the upper end face of the button rotates on the horizontal plane. However, in such a massage device that performs rotation through the sliding groove, the rotation is limited by the diameter of the button or the massage body (the button is provided in the sole, and the size of the button cannot be too large), and the angle of the sliding groove is limited, so that only a small angle of rotation can be performed on the horizontal plane, and only about 15 degrees of rotation can be performed. And the rotation angle is the proportion of the projection of the chute on the bottom plane relative to the whole bottom plane, and the too large angle of the chute causes the problems of clamping stagnation, poor structural stability and the like. And is limited in height and chute length. Since the rotation angle is too small, the functionality is relatively poor. And because of the sliding structure, the friction is large, the abrasion is serious after long-term use, and the degradation or the failure of the rotating function is easy to cause.

All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The terms "first," "second," "third," "fourth," and the like in the description and in the claims, as well as in the drawings, if any, are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the utility model described herein are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below with specific examples. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.
The massage bead in the embodiment comprises a bead sheet and a bead seat; the sequins are arranged on the sequin seats and also comprise a plurality of torsion springs, the torsion springs are arranged along the radius direction of the sequin seats, one end far away from the center is provided with an extending torsion arm, and the other end is fixedly connected; the extension torque arm is rotationally connected with the ball seat and generates torsion to drive the ball seat to rotate when the ball seat is stressed.
When the massage ball works, the sequins and the sequin seats are fixed with each other, after the sequins are pressed from the vertical direction, the sequin seats apply acting force to the extension torque arms of the torsion springs at the rotating connection positions, so that the extension torque arms start to twist, and the other ends of the torsion springs are fixed, so that the sequin seats are driven to rotate when the extension torque arms twist to move towards the sides where the torsion springs are located. In order to facilitate the rotation, the cross-sectional outer contours of the main body parts of the sequins and the bead seats are both set to be circular. During the torsion of the extension torsion arm of the torsion spring, a reverse thrust is also applied to the ball seat, so that when the external pressure on the main body is removed, the reverse thrust resets the ball seat (including a vertical movement reset and a horizontal rotation reset). The mode of twisting and resetting through the torsion spring has the advantages of simple structure, larger rotation angle and better massage effect. When the massage ball is used repeatedly, the ball seat is made of wear-resistant carbon fiber materials, so that little extra abrasion is generated (only the rotation connection part of the torsion spring and the ball seat has slight rotation abrasion, but the torsion spring is generally made of metal, and the diameter of the cross section of the extension torsion arm is small and can be ignored).
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a massage bead according to an embodiment of the present invention. The torsion spring in this embodiment is a C-type torsion spring. The sequins 21 of the massage beads are fixedly arranged on the bead seat 22, and the number of the spring body parts of the torsion spring 23 is 4 in the embodiment. Here, the end of the extension torque arm of the torsion spring 23 is rotatably connected to the ball seat 22 in such a manner that the end of the extension torque arm is located in a small hole provided at the side of the ball seat 22. The extended torsion arms of the 4 torsion springs are all simultaneously tilted clockwise with respect to the ball seat 22, so that the ball seat 22 can be rotated clockwise when pressed. In this embodiment, the direction of the torsion spring force applied to the extension torsion arm and the horizontal direction of the cross section of the ball seat 22 form an acute angle α. The acute angle α begins to become progressively larger as the bead 21 and seat 22 are forced downwardly. At this time, the ball seat 22 moves toward the spring body portion of the torsion spring 23 while rotating clockwise, and the distance is continuously reduced. By extending the size setting of the torque arm, the angle of clockwise rotation of the ball seat 22 can be varied. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in theory, when the position of extension torque arm 31 is moved to a position where its body axis is parallel to the plane of spring body portion 32 of torsion spring 23, acute angle α can reach 75 degrees. At this time, if the extension torque arm is set to have a size (mainly referring to the extension torque arm length L marked in fig. 3) equal to the distance between the outer ends of the adjacent two torsion springs 23, the bead 21 and the bead seat 22 can be rotated clockwise by up to 75 degrees.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the length L of the extending torsion arm is less than the distance d between the outer ends of two adjacent torsion springs 23, so that the clockwise rotation angle is less than 90 degrees. In another preferred embodiment, when the length L of the extension torsion arm is greater than the distance d between the outer ends of two adjacent torsion springs 23, the clockwise rotation angle of the bead 21 and the bead seat 22 may be even greater than 90 degrees. The length L of the extension torque arm can be set as desired by those skilled in the art to achieve different rotation angles under different pressures.
Referring again to fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the non-extension torque arm portions of the two torsion springs 23 located on the same line are directly and fixedly connected or produced as an integral structure, but the inclination directions of the extension torque arms are opposite, so that the motion tracks of the two extension torque arms on the circumference are both clockwise or counterclockwise. The angle of inclination of the extension torque arm is here set at an angle of 15 degrees to the vertical. The angle can be adjusted according to the moving distance of the sequins of the massage beads in the vertical direction and the rotating angle in the horizontal direction. The dimensioning of the other partial structures is referred to in fig. 3 and 4. The skilled person can freely arrange the torsion spring 23 according to the requirements of the application field of the massage beads to realize the rotary massage with various angles and different directions.
With further reference to fig. 5, when the massage beads are used, they are arranged on a carrier such as a shoe sole, insole, mat or carpet, and in order to better fix the beads, 4 fixing blocks 51 are now provided in the holes of the carrier for mounting the beads, and the spring body portions 32 of the torsion springs 23 are received through the gaps between two fixing blocks 51. The gap size here is substantially matched to the size of the spring body portion 32 so that it does not interfere with the operation of the spring body portion 32 nor cause it to undergo planar displacement (e.g., sliding, etc.). Similarly, the size of the hole of the carrier is also set to be capable of accommodating the massage beads, so that the massage beads are positioned in the hole without influencing the rotation of the sequin 21 and the bead seat 22 relative to the hole. At this time, when the sequin 21 and the sequin seat 22 are pressed, the extension torsion arm 31 is rotated, and the spring body portion 32 is fixed relative to the carrier (such as a shoe sole, a shoe pad, a mat or a blanket) on which it is installed. At this time, the sequin 21 and the seat 22 rotate clockwise with respect to the horizontal plane of the carrier. Of course, in other preferred embodiments, the fixing block may be replaced by other structures, such as a fixing groove disposed on the carrier, and the fixing groove and the fixing block both have the same function and function of fixing the main body portion of the torsion spring, and the working process thereof is not described herein again.
In another preferred embodiment, as shown with reference to fig. 6, 4 torsion springs are also used, but the extending torsion arms of the torsion springs are oriented in a counterclockwise direction, i.e., after the bead 21 and the bead seat 22 are stressed. The four extending torsion arms of the 4 torsion springs are all simultaneously tilted counterclockwise with respect to the ball seat 22, so that the ball seat 22 can be rotated counterclockwise when pressed. In this embodiment, when the bead 21 and the seat 22 are stressed, the extending torque arm drives the bead 21 and the seat 22 to rotate counterclockwise while the bead 21 and the seat 22 move downward. The degree of counterclockwise rotation is also affected by the change in angle of the extension torque arm relative to the cross-section of the ball seat 22 (i.e., the plane of the torsion spring body portion, hereinafter referred to as the horizontal plane) and the length L of the extension torque arm. The skilled person can freely arrange the massage beads according to the requirements of the application field of the massage beads so as to realize rotary massage of various angles.
With further reference to fig. 7, when the massage beads are used, they are arranged on a carrier (such as a shoe sole, insole, pad or carpet) and, in order to better fix them, 4 fixing blocks are now arranged in the holes of the carrier for mounting the above-mentioned massage beads, receiving the spring body portions 32 of the torsion springs 23 through the gaps between two fixing blocks. The gap size here is also set to substantially match the size of the spring body portion 32. Similarly, the carrier apertures are also sized to receive the massage beads. At this time, when the bead 21 and the bead seat 22 are pressed, the extension torsion arm 31 rotates, and the spring main body portion 32 is fixed relative to the carrier on which it is mounted. At this time, the sequin 21 and the seat 22 are rotated counterclockwise with respect to the horizontal plane of the carrier. Of course, in other preferred embodiments, the fixing block may be replaced by other structures, such as a fixing groove disposed on the carrier, and the fixing groove and the fixing block both have the same function and function of fixing the main body portion of the torsion spring, and the working process thereof is not described herein again.
In another variant embodiment, the number of torsion springs in the massage ball structure is set to 2, and correspondingly, two openings are provided in the ball seat for rotational connection with the extension torsion arms of the torsion springs. One side of the non-extension torque arm of the spring main body part of the torsion spring is fixedly connected, and the inclination directions of the extension torque arms of the two torsion springs are opposite, so that the ball seat is driven to move clockwise or counterclockwise on a horizontal plane after being stressed. At the moment, when the sequins are stressed, the extending torque arm of the torsion spring acts through the ball seat, so that the ball seat is displaced and is driven to rotate. The direction of rotation is also dependent on the direction of inclination of the extending torque arm with respect to the horizontal. The amount of rotation is also dependent on the length of the extension torque arm itself and the angle of rotation of the extension torque arm. The technical personnel in the field can freely arrange according to the requirements of the application field of the massage beads so as to realize rotary massage with various angles and different directions.
Of course, the operational effect of setting the number of torsion springs to 2 is similar to the effect of setting the number of torsion springs to 1. When the number of the torsion springs is set to be 1, the spring main body part of each torsion spring is fixed relative to the carrier, and the two extending torsion arms at the two ends of the spring main body part are respectively connected with the ball seat in a rotating mode at the two opposite sides of the ball seat and are at opposite angles, so that the ball seat is driven to move clockwise or driven to move anticlockwise on a horizontal plane after being stressed. Therefore, an embodiment with a number of torsion springs of 1 is a special case of the present invention, but is also included in the scope of the present invention.
In other preferred embodiments, the number of torsion springs may also be set to other numbers of 3 or more as desired. At the moment, the working mode of the ball seat is similar to that of the embodiment that the number of the torsion springs is 4, the extension torsion arm of each torsion spring is rotatably connected with the small hole on the side edge of the ball seat, and the ball seat is driven to rotate clockwise or anticlockwise on a horizontal plane when being stressed. The number of torsion springs can be freely set by those skilled in the art according to the needs of the application field of the massage beads, and is included in the scope of the present invention.
In a further preferred embodiment, when the torsion spring is plural, the other end of the torsion spring main body portion is fixedly connected by a fixing means. The fixing device can be a special fixing device, such as an independent clamping groove and a clamping block structure, or a clamping groove and a clamping block structure arranged on a carrier where the massage beads are arranged. The fixation means may even be replaced by e.g. wire-wound fixation. For example, in the embodiment with 4 torsion springs, 4 torsion springs are fixedly connected through a cross-shaped clamping groove, or the clamping groove is formed by clamping blocks for fixing. In other modified embodiments, the other ends of the spring body portions of the plurality of torsion springs may also be fixedly connected by welding or gluing. The skilled person can freely set the way of the fixed connection between the torsion springs according to the needs of the field of application of the massage beads, which is included in the scope of the present invention.
In a further preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 8, the upper portion of the bead 21 is provided with a smooth oblate convex structure. When the sequins are pressed to rotate under the integral work of the massage beads, the smooth oblate convex surface structure rotates and acts on a massaged object, and mild rotary massage is provided. In other preferred embodiments, the upper portion of the bead may be further provided with an oblate convex structure provided with a predetermined pattern of protrusions and/or grooves, such as a convex dot, a cross-shaped convex pattern or other forms of convex pattern structures. The sequins can also be provided with grooves with various patterns, or the bulges and the grooves are arranged simultaneously. The arrangement of the convex and/or concave structures can further improve the massage effect and the massage feeling. Of course, the upper portion of the sequin 21 may be configured as an oblate convex structure with a rough upper surface, and those skilled in the art can freely set the structural form of the surface of the sequin according to the needs of the application field of the massage bead, which are all included in the scope of the present invention.
In a further preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, there are projections 81 under the sequins (here the non-massaging surface), and correspondingly, as shown in fig. 9, there are holes 91 in the seat for correspondingly matching the projections. The fixing connection of the sequins on the sequin seat is realized through the matching of the convex blocks 81 and the holes 91. The cross-sectional shapes of the projection 81 and the hole 91 are square. A square bump 81 is arranged below the oblate sequins. The bead seat is in a wafer structure with a hole 91, and the structural form of the bead seat is that the outer circle of the bead seat is square and the inner circle of the bead seat is similar to ancient coins. One side of the sequin provided with the convex block is of a plane structure. When the sequins and the sequin seat are fixedly installed through the convex blocks and the holes, the surfaces of the sequins and the sequin seat which are connected with each other are flat surfaces to achieve smooth fitting, and the structural stability of the sequins and the sequin seat after being installed and matched is improved. In other modified embodiments, the ball seat is provided with a groove correspondingly matched with the bump, and the groove may not penetrate through the ball seat. In this embodiment, the bead is fixedly connected to the bead seat (here, mainly by a snap connection) by the engagement of the projection and the recess.
In a further variant, the bead seat is provided with a projection above (here the face fixedly mounted with the sequin) and correspondingly, as shown in fig. 13, with a recess below (here the non-massaging face) the sequin corresponding to the projection. One side of the sequin provided with the groove is of a plane structure. When the groove of the sequin is matched with and installed and fixed with the convex block of the sequin seat, the surfaces of the two connected parts are flat surfaces to realize smooth fitting, and the structural stability of the two parts after being installed and matched is improved. In this embodiment, the bead is fixed to the bead seat by the engagement of the protrusion and the groove, but the position of the protrusion is changed to the position of the bead. Of course, in other modified embodiments, both of them may have the groove or the protrusion at the same time, and they may be fixedly connected to each other.
In a further modified embodiment, the shape of the protrusion (the protrusion disposed below the bead for matching with the bead seat, or the protrusion disposed above the bead seat for matching with the bead) may also be set as a triangle, a quadrangle, or another polygon, or may also be set as a circle, an ellipse, a number, a symbol, a character, a letter, or another preset figure, and may also be set as any other shape that can realize the fixing of the two after matching with each other, that is, the bead seat may effectively drive the bead to rotate. Correspondingly, the groove or hole matched with the bump for embedding connection is also triangular, quadrangular or other polygonal, and can be set to be circular, oval, numeral, symbol, character or other preset figures. Furthermore, when the number of the bumps is only one, the circular bumps and the hole/groove fitting are not suitable for fixing to each other, and can be fixed by adhesive bonding. Of course, the number of the bumps is not limited to one, and may be set to 2 or more. When the number of the bumps is more than 2, the bumps may be circular or have any other shape. Of course, any combination of plural kinds of the above-described projections having various shapes may be provided. Similarly, the convex blocks with different shapes or numbers can also be arranged on the bead seat, and the corresponding grooves are arranged on the sequins. As long as the arrangement mode can realize the relative fixed connection of the two. The grooves or holes corresponding to the bumps are matched with the shape arrangement mode of the bumps.
When the convex block and the concave groove are arranged below the sequin, correspondingly, the sequin seat is also provided with the concave groove and the convex block which are correspondingly matched, and the sequin seat are correspondingly matched through the convex block and the concave groove which are matched with each other so as to enable the sequin and the sequin seat to be connected in an embedded mode. Likewise, the projections and recesses herein may also be provided in corresponding predetermined shapes, such as: the bead seat can be in any shape which can realize the fixation of the bead seat and the bead piece after the bead seat is installed in a matched mode, namely the bead seat can effectively drive the bead piece to rotate. Of course, any combination of the above-described projections and recesses of various shapes may be provided.
In another preferred embodiment, the connected surfaces of the sequin and the sequin seat are arranged to be flat, and the sequin seat are fixedly connected through glue. The connection mode does not need to arrange other structures on the connection surfaces of the sequins and the sequin seats, and is simpler.
In a further preferred embodiment, the material of the sequins is provided as a stone needle. The stone needle contains various rare earths and trace elements which are beneficial to the human body. The medical care is a popular method by adopting a stone needle tool, and the stone needle is used as a bead piece for massage, so that the effects of soothing the nerves, regulating qi and blood and dredging the channels and collaterals are achieved. The stone needle is arranged on the massage bead structure as the bead piece, the automatic rotation of an accurate angle can be controlled when the stone needle is under pressure through the matching of the torsion spring and the bead seat, the rotation angle is larger than that of a common massage button, and good massage experience is realized. The massage bead effectively solves the problem that the existing stone needle massage can only carry out large-angle rotary massage by manpower. The massage bead provided by the embodiment realizes good effects of light weight, flexible rotation and up-down holding, and is more practical when being used for other carriers.
In other preferred embodiments, the material of the sequins can also be jade, magnet or plastic and other materials. The sequins made of different materials can realize the massage effect through rotation. The sequins of different types can rotate at a large angle precisely when being pressed through the matching of the torsion spring of the massage bead structure and the bead seat, and provide better massage function for users through matching with the health care effect of materials of different sequins.
In other preferred embodiments, when the material of the sequin is stone, the stone for making the sequin can be further set as follows: germanite, diamond-long-life or diamond-drug stone, thori tourmaline, obsidian, garnet, malachite, olivine, amethyst, macranthi stone or medical stone, and the like.
In a further preferred embodiment, the material of the bead seat is carbon fiber, and the material is light in texture, stable in structure, high temperature resistant, friction resistant, corrosion resistant, and used in the massage bead structure to make the overall structure light in weight, so when applying the massage beads on different carriers, the overall structure weight can be effectively reduced, and a foundation is provided for improving the massage experience by increasing the number of the massage beads. Of course, in other preferred embodiments, the material of the bead seat may be provided as a metal or an alloy, such as a light and strong pure metal or alloy material. Of course, the bead seat may also be made of a light and strong plastic.
