Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a shell supporting assembly and an oven comprising the same.
Background
The shell support assembly, as a main force bearing structure in the household appliance, generally includes an outer shell and support legs. The outer shell internally supports a plurality of internal parts, and the supporting legs externally contact with a placing table top of the household appliance. Under the mutually supporting of outer casing and supporting legs, interior spare part among the domestic appliance can work under stable environment.
The casing supporting component also determines the whole space occupation of the household appliance, and along with the favor of consumers on products with small size and less space occupation, the casing supporting component also gradually develops towards the direction of size compression. However, reducing the size of the housing supporting assembly greatly increases the difficulty in designing, processing and manufacturing the product, and also causes interference between internal components, which affects the reliability and the service life of the household appliance.
In addition, the housing support assembly also serves to protect the internal components from external impacts and intrusion of foreign objects. In contrast, for household appliances, especially for kitchen appliances with many heat generating components, the casing supporting component also needs to play a role of communicating with the outside for heat dissipation. However, the design concept of the housing support assembly, which is protected from the outside and sufficiently conducted to dissipate heat, has the opposite effect, the former requiring that it be as sealed as possible, and the latter requiring that it be as open to the outside as possible.
The existing shell supporting component usually considers the realization of self supporting effect more, optimizes aiming at space occupation problem less, or reduces the size of the shell supporting component when pursuing the design effect with small structure, however, the shell supporting component can lead to smaller inner space, and then has adverse effect on the installation and operation of internal parts. Moreover, the balance of the existing shell supporting component for protecting internal parts and communicating with the outside for heat dissipation is insufficient, so that the household appliance is either too tightly closed and difficult to dissipate heat, or too many holes are formed to easily invade foreign objects. In addition, the conventional housing support assembly has a large number of parts and poor integrity, which not only increases the manufacturing cost, but also increases the structural complexity of the product.

Detailed Description
Various exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The description of the exemplary embodiments is merely illustrative and is not intended to limit the utility model, its application, or uses. The present invention may be embodied in many different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein. These embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the utility model to those skilled in the art. It should be noted that: the relative arrangement of parts and steps, numerical expressions and numerical values set forth in these embodiments should be construed as merely exemplary, and not as limiting, unless otherwise specifically stated.
In one aspect of the present invention, a housing supporting assembly is provided, which mainly includes an outer frame structure formed by an outer housing 1, a supporting structure formed by a bottom supporting leg 2 and a back supporting leg 3, and a functional accessory formed by a wire clamping groove 32 and a plug hole 33, and the outer frame structure, the supporting structure and the functional accessory are specifically described below with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
The outer shell 1 is of a box-shaped structure, a coordinate axis is established by taking the outer shell to be horizontally placed on a table top as a reference, the outer shell 1 comprises a front panel 11 and a back panel 12 in the front-back direction, a left panel 15 and a right panel 16 in the left-right direction, and a top plate 14 and a bottom plate 13 in the height direction.
The utility model is provided with an openable or closable window 111 on the front panel 11 of the outer casing 1 for a user to put and take food into and out of the food cooking chamber surrounded by the outer casing 1, and is provided with a mounting hole on the back panel 12 of the outer casing 1, and an arc-shaped panel 121 is provided outside the mounting hole in a sealing manner, so as to enlarge the inner space of the outer casing 1 by using the arc-shaped panel 121, so that part of the parts in the oven can extend out of the mounting hole and be accommodated in the arc-shaped panel 121.
The support structure of the present invention, which is composed of the bottom support feet 2 and the back support feet 3, will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Generally, the outer shell 1 is placed on the table top in a flat posture in which the bottom plate 13 faces downward, and this placing mode uses the bottom support feet 2 on the bottom plate 13 for fixing and supporting, but the space of the table top occupied by the outer shell 1 in the flat posture is large. In view of the above, as shown in fig. 1, the back support legs 3 are provided on the back plate 12, so that the outer shell 1 can be placed on a table top in a standing manner with the back plate 12 facing downward, and the back plate 12 has a smaller area than the bottom plate 13, thereby saving the space occupied by the table top.
Because the convex arc-shaped plate 121 is arranged on the back plate 12 of the outer shell 1, the height of the back supporting leg 3 is not less than the convex height of the arc-shaped plate 121 relative to the back plate 12, so that the arc-shaped plate 121 is prevented from directly contacting with a table top to influence the placing stability of the outer shell 1 when the outer shell 1 is vertically placed.
In order to reduce the number of parts and improve the integrity of the back support foot 3, as shown in fig. 5, the back support foot 3 is composed of two support portions 311 and a connecting portion 312 connected between the two support portions 311. Therefore, each back supporting leg 3 has two supporting points with the table top, so that the four-point stable support of the outer shell 1 in the standing state can be realized only by respectively supporting the two back supporting legs 3 at the left side and the right side of the back plate 12.
In a preferred embodiment, the connecting portion 312 of the supporting frame 31 is disposed orthogonally opposite to the two supporting portions 311, so that the supporting frame 31 forms a U-shaped layout (as shown in fig. 5) or an H-shaped layout (not shown). At this time, the length direction of the connecting portion 312 is parallel to the height direction of the housing support assembly, so that the four supporting portions 311 of the two supporting frames 31 are respectively close to the four corner regions of the back plate 12, thereby expanding the effective supporting area of the back supporting leg 3 and improving the supporting stability of the outer housing 1 when standing.
Similarly, in another preferred embodiment, the bottom support feet 2 are respectively supported at four corner regions of the bottom plate 13, and two bottom support feet 2 adjacent to the back plate 12 are respectively mounted on the corresponding lower side walls of the support frame 31, so that the effective support area between the four bottom support feet 2 can be maximized by the bottom plate 13 and the support frame 31 extending rearward from the rear side of the bottom plate 13, thereby improving the support stability of the outer shell 1 when lying flat.
In summary, from the perspective analysis of the support structure in the shell support assembly, according to different use scenes, the shell support assembly can be placed on the table top in different directions by arranging the bottom support leg 2 and the back support leg 3, so that the space occupation of the shell support assembly is optimized by switching between horizontal placement and vertical placement.
The utility model also improves the supporting stability of the outer shell 1 when the outer shell is horizontally or vertically placed by optimizing the structure of the back supporting legs 3 and the arrangement position of the bottom supporting legs 2.
The outer frame structure formed by the outer shell 1 of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings。
The outer shell 1 in the prior art is usually formed by enclosing a plurality of mutually independent panels, and the splicing mode provides higher requirements for the manufacturing precision and the installation operation of the outer shell 1, so that the difficulty of the installation operation is increased. In view of the above, as shown in fig. 1, the present invention uses a flat plate bent into a surrounding plate 17 through three segments of right angles, and uses the surrounding plate 17 with stronger integrity to replace the original left panel 15, top plate 14 and right panel 16 which are relatively independent, thereby not only reducing the number of parts and the assembly difficulty of the outer casing 1, but also reducing the structural complexity of the parts in the outer casing 1, and making the left panel 15, top plate 14 and right panel 16 visually seen by the user have stronger integrity.
In addition, after the whole flat plate is bent at right angles twice, the coplanarity of the front side and the rear side of the flat plate is high, and the generated installation dimension error is small, so that the fit tolerance between a plurality of panels does not need to be considered when the back plate 12 and the front plate 11 are installed on the basis of the coaming 17, and the assembly difficulty can be reduced.
After the back panel 12 and the front panel 11 are mounted on the enclosing plate 17, in order to mount the bottom plate 13 more firmly, in a preferred embodiment, the enclosing plate 17 is bent inward at a right angle at the bottom of the left panel 15 and the right panel 16 to form two mounting edges 171, so that the bottom plate 13 can be connected between the two mounting edges 171 and cover the inner sides of the mounting edges 171.
As shown in fig. 1, the bottom plate 13 has a double-layer panel structure in the region overlapping the mounting edge 171, and at this time, the bottom support leg 2 is fixed to the mounting edge 171 located further outside, so that the stability of the bottom support leg 2 can be improved, and the local deformation of the bottom plate 13, which may be caused by the supporting force of the bottom support leg 2, can be reduced.
Another technical problem that needs to be addressed for the outer case 1 is the balance between the strength of heat dissipation and the degree of protection of the internal components. In view of the above, in the present invention, the control panel 112 is disposed on one side of the front panel 11 along the width direction of the casing support assembly, and the heat dissipation ports are disposed in rows on the same side of the bottom plate 13 corresponding to the control panel 112 along the length direction of the casing support assembly, so that the heat dissipation ports closer to the control panel 112 dissipate heat to the components inside the outer casing 1 without forming too many other heat dissipation holes 131, so that the outer casing 1 can protect the internal components more fully.
In summary, from the perspective analysis of the external frame structure in the casing supporting assembly, the arrangement position and arrangement mode of the heat dissipation holes 131 are reasonably designed on the casing supporting assembly, so that internal parts are prevented from being interfered by the outside, the efficiency of communication and heat dissipation between the inside and the outside of the casing supporting assembly is improved, the integrity of the outer casing 1 is improved through the coaming 17, the production and manufacturing cost is reduced, and the structural complexity of product parts is simplified.
The functional attachment of the present invention, which is comprised of the snap groove 32 and the receptacle 33, will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 1-5.
For the existing housing support component, a reasonable fixing mode for the power line 4 is lacked, so that the power line 4 is easy to scatter outside the housing support component after being used, and a safety problem is easy to generate.
In view of the above, as shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5, the support frame 31 of the present invention is provided with a wire clamping groove 32 with an outward opening and a jack 33 with a hole pattern matched with the plug 41 of the power cord 4, so that the power cord 4 can be inserted into the jack 33 after passing through the wire clamping groove 32, and the power cord 4 can be reasonably fixed. And card wire casing 32 and jack 33 all are located the inboard of braced frame 31, can utilize braced frame 31 that leans on outward to carry out the protection of preventing colliding with to power cord 4, improve the security and the durability of power cord 4.
In a preferred embodiment, the wire-clamping slots 32 are respectively disposed on the four supporting portions 311, so that the power cord 4 is wound through the four wire-clamping slots 32 in a rectangular shape and is wound on the rear side of the back plate 12 of the housing supporting component. Thus, the winding radius of the power cord 4 is enlarged as much as possible by using the support portion 311 as four supporting points, so as to prevent the rubber from being damaged or the lead from being broken due to the excessive winding of the power cord 4.
In another aspect of the utility model, there is provided an oven comprising a housing support assembly according to any one of the preceding embodiments.
So far, some specific embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail by way of examples, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above examples are only for illustrative purposes and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made in the above embodiments or equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope and spirit of the utility model. The scope of the utility model is defined by the appended claims.
