Description

Smoking cessation device
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a smoking cessation equipment technical field especially relates to a smoking cessation device.
Background
The smoke produced by the combustion of tobacco is a complex mixture of more than 4000 compounds, of which the gas content is 95%, such as carbon monoxide, hydrogen cyanide, volatile nitrosamines, etc.; the particulate matter accounts for 5%, and comprises semi-volatile matter and non-volatile matter, such as tar, nicotine, etc. Most of these compounds are harmful to human body, and at least 69 of them are known carcinogens, such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, nitrosamines, etc.
The nicotine in tobacco has addiction, once the addiction is difficult to quit, the current smoking population all over the world exceeds 10 hundred million, and the Chinese smoking population is 3.5 hundred million. Due to the great harm of smoking, a great number of control measures are taken by countries in the world to limit smoking behaviors; various smoking cessation products are also being marketed. The products for controlling the smoking have a plurality of patents, but the design defects are more, the practicability is difficult, and the products for controlling the smoking are not sold on the market basically.
The invention patent 'a smoking cessation device and method' with application number 202010151926.6 introduces a cap for smoking cessation, which is provided with a flame sensor and a silicon rubber electrode plate, wherein the flame sensor senses whether smoking occurs or not by sensing infrared rays generated by burning of a cigarette end, and when smoking is sensed, an electric shock circuit is started to enable the silicon rubber electrode plate to generate current to shock the smoker. The invention needs to wear the hat, which is a very unwilling thing for most smokers; secondly, the head of the smoker is subjected to electric shock when smoking, which is not tolerated by several smokers, and the smoker can quit smoking without the product with the willingness.

Example one
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the embodiment discloses a smoking cessation device, which includes a housing 1, a mouthpiece portion 2, a mouthpiece portion 3, an air pump smoke-blocking component 4, a smoking induction module 5, and a control circuit board 6, wherein the mouthpiece portion 3 and the mouthpiece portion 2 are respectively disposed at two ends of the housing 1, and a smoke passage pipeline is communicated between the mouthpiece portion 3 and the mouthpiece portion 2; one end of the air pump smoke-blocking component 4 is communicated with the smoke path pipeline and is used for preventing the smoker from sucking smoke from the suction nozzle part 2; the smoking induction module 5 is used for detecting smoking information of a smoker; the control circuit board 6 is arranged in the shell 1, the control circuit board 6 is electrically connected with the smoking induction module 5 and the air pump smoke-stopping component 4, and the control circuit board 6 is used for controlling whether the smoking stopping device is in a normal smoking state or not.
Specifically, when the smoking cessation device is in a normal smoking state, the air pump smoke blocking assembly 4 is always in a closed state; when the smoking cessation device is in an abnormal smoking state, the control circuit board 6 controls the air pump smoking stopping component 4 to be opened and closed according to the smoking information sent by the smoking induction module 5, the preset control data stored in the memory 611 and the time data (including current time data such as year, month, day, hour, minute, second and the like) of the time chip 62.
In this embodiment, the smoking information includes the number of times the smoker is smoking and whether smoking is occurring. When the number of times of smoking surpassed predetermined smoking volume, control circuit board 6 control smoking cessation device is in abnormal smoking state, at this moment, when smoking response module 5 detected that the person of giving up smoking uses this smoking cessation device to smoke, control circuit board 6 control air pump blocks that cigarette subassembly 4 opens, air pump 42 blows towards gas collection shell 41 in, make the flue gas that 31 cigarettes burnt production can't arrive suction nozzle 21 smoothly under the air current impact that air pump 42 blew out, make the person of giving up smoking unable normal smoking under abnormal smoking state, thereby reach the purpose of control smoking. The embodiment has obvious smoke control effect; the only component with mechanical action, namely the air pump, performs simple and repeated action, is stable and reliable, has small maintenance amount and is durable; the tobacco tar generated in the smoking process has little influence on the smoke control action of the air pump smoke-blocking component 4 and the working efficiency of the smoking induction module 5; the use is simple and convenient.
In the present embodiment, the air pump smoke blocking assembly 4 includes an air collecting case 41 and an air pump 42. The gas collecting shell 41 is communicated with the smoke path pipeline, and a cavity is arranged inside the gas collecting shell 41. The air outlet of the air pump 42 is communicated with the air collecting shell 41 through an air outlet pipe 421. When the smoking cessation device is in an abnormal smoking state, the control circuit board 6 controls the air pump 42 to be started to blow air into the cavity of the air collection shell 41, so that a smoker can not inhale enough smoke on the suction nozzle 21 of the suction nozzle part 2, and the aim of smoking cessation is fulfilled. Specifically, when the power of the air pump 42 is not less than 4L/min, the smoker can not smoke basically, and the air blown by the air pump 42 is inhaled, so that the smoker can not smoke. Considering that the smoking cessation device is a portable device, and is small in size, its power source is generally a lithium battery, and has a limited capacity for receiving volume limitation, a slightly smaller power air pump 42 may also be used. After the power of the air pump 42 is reduced (more than 2 liters per minute is needed), the smoker can smoke a little smoke, but the smoke is small in amount, the smoking feeling is poor, the smoke is little, and the effect of smoke control is little even if the smoke is smoked.
Specifically, the air outlet direction of the air outlet pipe 421 can be toward the air collecting shell 41, air is directly blown into the air collecting shell 41, and the person giving up smoking can not absorb enough smoke by using the negative pressure principle; or the gas can be blown into the gas collecting shell 41 and then blown towards the cigarette holder 3 through the gas pipe 4121 in the gas collecting shell 41, so that a smoker can smoke less, meanwhile, the cigarette 31 can burn at a higher speed when the smoker is not inhaling, and even the cigarette 31 can be blown out of the cigarette holder 32; the air can also be blown into the air collecting shell 41 through the air tube 4121 in the air collecting shell 41 and then blown towards the mouthpiece part 2, so that the air blown by the air pump 42 can be easily sucked by the smoker instead of the smoke of the cigarette 31.
Further preferably, the air pump 42 is disposed above or below or at a side of the air collecting case 41. The setting can be made according to specific situations.
No matter the air pump 42 is disposed above, below or on the side of the air collecting casing 41, in order to prevent the smoke oil from entering the air outlet 423 of the air pump 42, the position of the air outlet of the air pump 42 in the air collecting casing 41 should be located as close to the middle of the inner cavity of the air collecting casing 41 as possible, and a gap exists between the inner cavity wall of the air collecting casing 41 and the gap, which is more than 2mm, preferably more than 3 mm, so that the smoke oil adsorbed by the inner cavity wall of the air collecting casing 41 cannot flow into the air outlet 423 no matter how the smoke controller rotates. When the air pump 42 blows air against the mouthpiece portion 3 or the suction nozzle portion 2, the air passage from the air outlet 423 of the air pump 42 to the air collecting case 41 may be designed to blow the air flow blown by the air pump 42 into the air collecting case 41 in a direction opposite to the air intake direction, so as to prevent the smoke from entering the air outlet 423 of the air pump 42 to the maximum extent.
In fig. 1, the air from the air pump 42 enters the air tube 4121 in the air collecting case 41 through the air outlet tube 421, and the end of the air tube 4121 is formed into a U-shape for this purpose. The air pump 42 in this embodiment may be a pump body having only an air outlet and no air inlet.
Although tar and other substances in the smoke are mainly adsorbed on the filter 72, the moisture content in the cigarette is often considerable in order to ensure the taste of the cigarette. When the temperature of cigarette burning reaches hundreds of degrees, high temperature steam gets into low temperature smoking controller inner chamber and condenses into liquid water droplet very easily and attaches to the inner wall of smoking controller smoke path pipeline, and these liquid water droplets are adulterated with oil material such as tar, nicotine, can firmly glue on the inner wall of smoking controller smoke path pipeline after moisture volatilizees, and along with the increase of smoking quantity constantly accumulates, can give out more and more dense smell, mix in the flue gas that the burning of cigarette 31 produced, more and more obviously influence the taste. The soot on the inner wall of the flue pipe must be removed in time, and the inner insert 412 embedded on the inner wall of the gas collecting shell 41 is provided for better cleaning.
Although the smoke entering the air tube 4121 comes from the air outlet tube 421, the air tube 4121 should be integrated with the inner insert 412 so that the inner insert 412 can be easily taken out.
The insert 412 may be a plastic part, or may be a metal part, a paper shell, or other materials such as plexiglas, PVC, and the like.
The insert 412 of this embodiment is a plastic piece that can be seen after opening the smoke controller and cleaned by wiping with alcohol; can be taken out conveniently and can be put back conveniently; can be cleaned after being taken out, or can be thrown away after being taken out and replaced by a new one.
Besides the position of the air collecting shell 41, the inner inserts 412 can be arranged on the inner wall of the smoke path pipeline at the position of the suction nozzle and the position of the cigarette holder so as to be convenient to clean.
Further preferably, the smoking sensing module 5 is one or more of a contact switch, a gas flow sensor, a capacitive sensor, a proximity switch and an infrared transceiver.
Specifically, when the smoking sensing module 5 is a contact switch, the contact switch is arranged in the insertion cavity of the mouthpiece part 3, and when no cigarette 31 is inserted into the insertion cavity, the contact switch is in an open-circuit state; when a cigarette is inserted into the insertion cavity, the contact switch is in a short circuit state by being pressed by the cigarette 31. The contact switch changes from the open circuit state to the short circuit state and then returns to the open circuit state, and the time for keeping the short circuit state is more than 3 minutes, so that a cigarette is considered to be drawn, although the judgment method is not 100% accurate, the error rate is low and is less than 5%.
When the smoking sensing module 5 is an air flow sensor, the air flow sensor is disposed in the mouthpiece portion 2, and the air flow sensor can sense the inhalation motion of the mouthpiece 21 of the mouthpiece portion 2. If only with gas flow sensor, be difficult to judge when taking out one by one, because the cigarette has the difference of thickness length, everyone's vital capacity is different, inhales the flue gas volume of a cigarette and can have great difference, judges to have certain error. However, the total error is not large and is within 10%, and the preset smoke control requirement can be still approximately realized.
When the smoking sensing module 5 is a capacitive sensor, the capacitive sensor is disposed in the mouthpiece portion 2. Since the human body is equivalent to a capacitor and is conductive, when the smoker bites the suction nozzle 21, the capacitor sensor senses the change of the capacitor, thereby determining that the smoker bites the suction nozzle 21, and presuming that there is smoking. Although this estimation is not 100% accurate, since any part of the body other than the mouth touches the mouthpiece 21 can allow the capacitance sensor to sense the change in capacitance, and even if the mouth touches the mouthpiece 21, it does not necessarily mean a smoking action, but most of misjudgment can be eliminated by combining the duration and the number of times of the change in capacitance sensed by the capacitance sensor, so that the total error is small and within 10%, the predetermined smoke control requirement can be substantially achieved.
When the smoking sensing module 5 is a proximity switch, the proximity switch is disposed inside the mouthpiece portion 2, and the sensing head faces the opening of the mouthpiece 21, so as to determine whether the smoker is smoking according to whether the mouth of the smoker contacts the opening of the mouthpiece 21. If only the proximity switch is used, the other parts of the body except the mouth touch the opening end of the suction nozzle carelessly, and the mouth bites the suction nozzle and no smoking is caused, the suction nozzle is judged to have smoking action, and certain errors exist. However, the total error is not large and is within 10%, and the preset smoke control requirement can be still approximately realized. When the smoking sensing module 5 is an infrared transceiver, the infrared transceiver is disposed in the insertion cavity of the mouthpiece portion 3 and is used to detect whether a cigarette 31 is inserted, so as to determine whether there is a smoking action.
Because the smoking induction modules 5 have certain errors when being used independently, two or more smoking induction modules 5 can be arranged to act together, so that the misjudgment rate is reduced and can be reduced to below 1%.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the smoking sensing module 5 is a gas flow sensor.
Further preferably, the control circuit board 6 further includes a processor 61 and a time chip 62, the time chip 62 is electrically connected to the processor 61, the processor 61 is electrically connected to the air pump smoke blocking assembly 4 through a switch circuit 63, and the processor 61 determines whether the smoking cessation device is in a normal smoking state according to the time information sent by the time chip 62, the preset control data stored in the memory 611, and the smoking information sent by the smoking sensing module 5. Smoking information sent by the smoking sensing module 5 is processed by the processor 61, when the smoking cessation person is detected to smoke under the abnormal smoking state, the processor 61 sends a control signal to the switch circuit 63 through the I/O port, so that the switch circuit 63 is in the on-off state, the air pump smoke blocking component 4 is started, and the smoking cessation person cannot smoke enough.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the switch circuit 63 has two electrodes, the electrode 631 is fixedly connected to GND, the electrode 632 is connected to the output terminal of the switch 633, the input terminal of the switch 633 is connected to VCC, and the control terminal of the switch 633 is connected to the processor 62.
The time chip 62 may provide time data at any time, including year, month, day, hour, minute, second, etc. With the time chip 62, the processor 61 can record the time when each cigarette starts to be smoked and the time when each cigarette finishes being smoked, so that the processor 62 can control the smoking function conveniently. The time chip 62 can be used exclusively or the processor 61 can be used instead of the time chip 62, because the processor 61 must have a crystal oscillator to operate, and the crystal oscillator can be used for timing. This has the disadvantage of occupying some of the resources of the processor 61 and reducing the speed of response of the processor 61 to other tasks.
Further preferably, the control circuit board 6 further includes a voltage management module 64, the voltage management module 64 includes a charging module 641, a power module 642 and a voltage boosting circuit 643, which are electrically connected in sequence, and the voltage boosting circuit 643 is electrically connected to the air pump smoke barrier assembly 4 through the switch circuit 63. In addition, a switch circuit 63 may be further disposed between the power module 642 and the voltage boost circuit 643 to additionally provide a function of controlling the on/off of the circuit in the smoking cessation device of this embodiment.
In this embodiment, a lithium battery is used as the supply voltage for the power module 642, and since the voltage provided by the lithium battery is not suitable for being directly provided to the air pump smoke-blocking assembly 4, the output voltage of the lithium battery is usually 3.7V, and the voltage required by the air pump smoke-blocking assembly 4 is +5V to +24V, the voltage management module 64 is required to boost the output voltage of the lithium battery and then provide the boosted output voltage to the air pump smoke-blocking assembly 4, so as to provide a suitable and safe voltage for the air pump smoke-blocking assembly 4. The on and off between the voltage boost circuit 643 and the air pump choke assembly 4 or between the power supply module 642 and the voltage boost circuit 643 can be determined by the switch circuit 63.
The booster circuit 643 in this embodiment is a booster circuit that is common in the related art, and a boost booster circuit and a DC booster circuit can be used.
Specifically, when the processor 61 on the control circuit board 6 judges that the smoking cessation device should be put into a state in which normal smoking can be performed, the smoking cessation device can be used for normal smoking without taking any action. When the processor 61 on the control circuit board 6 determines that the smoking quitting device should be in a state of unable to smoke, if the smoker inhales at the suction nozzle 21 and the smoking sensing module 5 senses a smoking action, the processor 61 sends a control signal to enable the switch circuit 63 to be in a conducting state, so that the output of the booster circuit 643 is applied to the air pump smoke-blocking component 4, i.e. the electrode of the air pump 42, and the air pump 42 blows air.
The voltage management module 64 further includes a power prompting module 644, and the charging module 641 and the power prompting module 644 are electrically connected to the power module 642, respectively. The charging module 641 is a charging circuit, and is electrically connected to an external charging power supply to charge the power module 642. The power prompt module 644 prompts the power module 642 for the remaining power.
Specifically, the power prompt module 644 is preferably a plurality of LED lamps and a control circuit, the LED lamps are electrically connected to the control circuit respectively, and the control circuit is electrically connected to the power module 642. The control circuit controls the number of the turned-on LED lamps or the number of times of flashing according to the electric quantity of the power module 642 so as to visually and obviously prompt the electric quantity condition of the power module 642. The function can be completed by a charging chip or a processor 61, the processor 61 directly controls the LED lamp, in this case, a circuit for detecting the battery power is added, and the processor 61 controls the number of the LED lamps to be turned on or the number of times of flashing according to the detection result of the detection circuit.
The time chip 62 combines with the smoking sensing module 5 to know how many cigarettes are smoked by the abstaining person, and the specific time of each cigarette is smoked, so that the smoking control of various modes can be carried out on the abstaining person: the smoking time interval is longer than a certain time interval, the smoking time interval is shorter than a certain time interval, the smoking time interval is longer than a certain time interval, the smoking time interval is shorter than a certain time interval, and the smoking time interval is longer than the certain time interval.
The control circuit board 6 comprises a manipulation module 65, in particular, the manipulation module 65 is preferably a key or a switch or a touch screen. Setting of various parameters such as how many time intervals to draw a next cigarette, how many cigarettes to be respectively drawn in each time period, how many time (hours or days) to be drawn after how many time (hours or days) to be drawn is allowed, which time periods to be not drawn, gradual quitting (trying not to draw cigarettes in how many time intervals, gradually increasing the time), and the like can be performed by pressing a key of the manipulation module 65 or toggling a switch of the manipulation module 65 or touching a touch screen of the manipulation module 65. The data set using the manipulation module 65 is stored in the memory 611 of the processor 61.
The control circuit board 6 further comprises a display module 66, the display module 66 using nixie tubes and/or LED lamps and/or LCD screens and/or LED screens to display some information, such as: 1. specific data of parameter setting; 2. necessary prompt information in the parameter setting process; 3. the state of the smoke controller can be used for smoking or can not be used for smoking; 4. a cleaning prompt; 5. and warning information. The remaining capacity information may also be displayed, prompting charging when the capacity will be exhausted.
The control circuit board 6 may store the smoking data sensed by the smoking sensing module 5 in combination with the time data in the memory 611. The control circuit board 6 may be configured with a bluetooth module, a WIFI module, or a mobile phone communication module, and wirelessly transmits the smoking data stored in the memory 611 to other terminals, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, or a PC, so that the smoker can know the smoking habit, smoking frequency, and changes in a period of time, and the progress of the smoking control plan or smoking cessation plan. The control circuit board 6 may also be configured with a parallel interface or a serial interface, and transmit data to other terminals such as a tablet computer and a PC by wire.
Further preferably, the smoking cessation device further comprises a filter assembly 7 arranged on the smoke path pipeline, and in this embodiment, the filter assembly 7 comprises a left pressing piece 71, a filter layer 72 and a right pressing piece 73 which are sequentially connected from left to right. The filter layer 72 in this embodiment is a sheet filter, which may be formed by laminating a single sheet or two or more sheets of the same or different filter materials, and may further include a flavoring sheet to adjust the smoke smell. The left pressing piece 71 and the right pressing piece 73 are both hollow elastic circular rings, and the filter layer 72 is pressed by the left pressing piece 71 and the right pressing piece 73 to ensure that smoke can only pass through the hollow parts of the circular rings and is filtered by the filter layer 72 without leaking from the side.
