5. The loudspeaker according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein an avoiding step is provided on the outer wall surface of the body, and the plurality of the clip members are provided at the avoiding step.
6. A loudspeaker according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the outer wall of the body is provided with projecting locating projections for engaging locating holes in the circuit board.

The speaker of claim 6, wherein the cross-sectional dimension of the positioning protrusion gradually decreases from an end close to the body to an end far from the body, and the cross-sectional dimension of the large end of the positioning protrusion is larger than the aperture of the positioning hole.
8. The speaker according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising an elastic member interposed between the body and the circuit board.
9. The loudspeaker of claim 8, wherein the resilient member is a foam, silicone or rubber member.
10. A display device, comprising:
a back plate;
a circuit board for wireless communication;
the loudspeaker of any one of claims 1-9, said circuit board being secured to said loudspeaker, said loudspeaker being secured to said back plate.
11. The display device of claim 10, further comprising a flexible connector through which the speaker is connected to the back plate.
