When there is a gap between the hanging plate 26 and the wall, the connection plate 24 may be disposed on a side of the hanging plate 26 facing away from the wall or a side facing toward the wall. When the holder is coupled to the mounting structure of the retainer plate 27, the coupling plate 24 may be coupled to a side of the retainer plate 27 facing toward the dishwasher 10 or a side facing away from the dishwasher 10.
When the fixing member 22 is manufactured, a plurality of through holes may be formed in the connecting plate 24 for matching with the mounting structure, so as to adjust the position of the fixing member 22 without adjusting the position of the mounting structure. In order to cooperate with the position adjustment of the dishwasher 10, a plurality of through holes may be formed along a predetermined direction, along the length direction of the wall hanger 20, and when the height of the dishwasher 10 is not matched with the height of the fixing member 22, the fixing member 22 may be adjusted toward or away from the top wall of the dishwasher 10, so that the stop surface 23 of the fixing member 22 can be engaged with the top wall of the dishwasher 10. The plurality of through holes may also be distributed from the rear wall to the front wall of the dishwasher 10, and when the position of the fixing member 22 is adjusted, the distance between the walls of the fixing member 22 is relatively changed, so that the interaction position of the stop surface 23 of the fixing member 22 and the top wall of the dishwasher 10 may be changed, thereby facilitating the installation.
When the fixing member 22 is mounted on the limiting plate 27, the distance between the mounting structure on the limiting plate 27 and the wall can be set as required to adjust the relative position of the fixing member 22. When the attachment panels 24 are adapted to mate with the stop panels 25, the attachment panels 24 can also serve to block the sidewalls of the dishwasher 10 to limit the dishwasher 10 from sliding sideways, improving the stability of the dishwasher 10.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, in an embodiment, the dishwasher 10 has a first wall surface opposite to the hanging plate 26, a second wall surface opposite to the limiting plate 27, and a third wall surface opposite to the carrier 30, and the rack further includes an adjusting member 40, and the adjusting member 40 is reciprocally disposed on the hanging plate 26 along a first direction to adjust an angle between the first wall surface of the dishwasher 10 and the hanging plate 26; the adjuster 40 is used to adjust the angle of the dishwasher 10. The first direction may be a direction perpendicular to a first wall of the dishwasher 10. When the position of the adjusting member 40 is adjusted, the adjusting member 40 moves toward or away from the first wall surface of the dishwasher 10, so that the dishwasher 10 is biased by the adjusting member 40, and then the angle between the dishwasher 10 and the wall hanging member 20 is adjusted. Taking the direction as shown in fig. 1 as an example, the adjusting member 40 is movably disposed on the hanging plate 26, such that the adjusting member 40 can push the dishwasher 10 forward from the rear side of the dishwasher 10 to change the distance between the rear wall surface of the dishwasher 10 and the hanging plate 26. When the adjusting member 40 is installed, the adjusting member 40 may be provided at a proximal end or a distal end of the hanging plate 26 to adjust a distance between the dishwasher 10 and the hanging plate 26 from different positions.
Optionally, the hanging plate 26 has a third end close to the bearing member 30 and a fourth end far from the bearing member 30, the third end of the hanging plate 26 is a proximal end thereof, the fourth end of the hanging plate 26 is a distal end thereof, and when the adjusting member 40 is disposed on the hanging plate 26, the third end and/or the fourth end of the hanging plate 26 is/are provided with the adjusting member 40. For better adjustment, the adjusting member 40 may be disposed near a distal end of the hanging plate 26, and when adjusting the angle of the dishwasher 10, a force may be applied only to one side near the upper end of the dishwasher 10 to adjust the angle of the upper end of the dishwasher 10, thereby achieving leveling of the dishwasher 10.
As the adjusting member 40, a movable structure may be adopted, which has an effect of reciprocating movement in the first direction and can be in a relatively fixed state with respect to the wall hanging plate 26 at a designated position. For example, a threaded hole 31 may be provided in the hanging plate 26, and the adjusting member 40 is a bolt threaded into the threaded hole 31, and the bolt is rotated to push the dishwasher 10 to move relatively.
In another embodiment, different from the previous embodiment, the adjusting member 40 is reciprocally movably disposed at the limiting plate 27 in a second direction to adjust an angle between a second wall surface of the dishwasher 10 and the limiting plate 27; taking fig. 1 as an example, the second direction is a direction perpendicular to the second wall surface. A screw hole 31 may be provided in the stopper plate 27, and the adjusting member 40 is a bolt threadedly coupled to the screw hole 31. The adjusting member 40 is adapted to be pushed against the sidewall of the dishwasher 10 so as to adjust the distance between the limiting plate 27 and the sidewall of the dishwasher 10. The adjustment member 40 may be disposed at the proximal or distal end of the stopper plate 27, and when disposed at the proximal end of the stopper plate 27, may urge the dishwasher 10 to move relative thereto from the bottom of the dishwasher 10. When disposed at the distal end of the stopper plate 27, may be used to urge the dishwasher 10 to be angled to adjust the angle of the dishwasher 10.
Optionally, the position-limiting plate 27 has a fifth end close to the carrier 30 and a sixth end far from the carrier 30, the fifth end of the position-limiting plate 27 is a proximal end thereof, the sixth end of the position-limiting plate 27 is a distal end thereof, and when the adjusting member 40 is disposed on the position-limiting plate 27, the adjusting member 40 is disposed at the fifth end and/or the sixth end of the position-limiting plate 27. The proximal end of the limiting plate 27 and the proximal end of the hanging plate 26 can be in the same position, and the distal end of the limiting plate 27 and the proximal end of the hanging plate 26 can also be in the same position.
In yet another embodiment, the difference from the previous embodiment is that the adjusting member 40 is reciprocally disposed in the carrier 30 along a third direction to adjust an angle between a third wall surface of the dishwasher 10 and the carrier 30. Taking the example shown in fig. 1, the third direction is a direction perpendicular to the bottom surface of the dishwasher 10. A threaded hole 31 may be provided on the carrier 30, and the adjustment member 40 is a bolt threadedly coupled to the threaded hole 31. By moving the adjustment members 40 on the carrier 30 in the third direction, the height of the bottom surface of the dishwasher 10 is relatively adjusted.
Optionally, the bearing element 30 has a first end and a second end opposite to each other, the first end of the bearing element 30 is connected to the wall hanging plate 26, and the mutual fixation between the bearing element 30 and the wall hanging plate 26 can be achieved by welding or other connection methods, so as to improve the strength of the bearing element 30. The second end of the bearing member 30 extends away from the wall hanging plate 26; when the adjusting member 40 is disposed on the bearing member 30, the adjusting member 40 is disposed at the first end and/or the second end of the bearing member 30. Taking the example that the first end and the second end of the carrier 30 are both provided with the adjusting parts 40, the adjusting parts 40 at the first end and the second end of the carrier 30 can be adjusted simultaneously to adjust the distance between the bottom surface of the dishwasher 10 and the carrier 30 from the front side and the rear side of the dishwasher 10, or the adjusting part 40 at one end can be adjusted independently to balance the dishwasher 10 with the horizontal plane.
In yet another embodiment, the position limiting plate 27 and the carrier 30 are each provided with an adjusting element 40, the adjusting element 40 on the position limiting plate 27 is used for adjusting the position and angle of the dishwasher 10 from the side of the dishwasher 10, and the adjusting element 40 on the carrier 30 is used for adjusting the position and angle of the dishwasher 10 from the bottom of the dishwasher 10, so that the dishwasher 10 can be maintained in a horizontal state to ensure the normal operation of the dishwasher 10. It is also possible to provide the adjustment members 40 on both the wall cladding 26 and the carrier 30.
After the angle of the dishwasher 10 is adjusted by the adjusting member 40 to make the dishwasher 10 in a horizontal state, the position of the fixing member 22 can be adjusted accordingly so that the stop surface 23 of the fixing member 22 is stopped on the top surface of the dishwasher 10, and the top surface of the dishwasher 10 is stopped from moving from the side close to the wall, to prevent the falling of the dishwasher 10 when the center of gravity moves forward.
Keeping the center of gravity of the dishwasher at a preset position after the dishwasher 10 is maintained in a horizontal state by the adjusting part 40, the dishwasher 10 is relatively more safe and has higher stability when the dishwasher 10 is operated. The dishwasher 10 can maintain a fixed position on the rack by the fixing member 22, thereby preventing the dishwasher 10 from being shifted or dislocated, and further improving the safety of the dishwasher 10. The rack may be used to limit the horizontal and vertical movements of the dishwasher 10 at the same time in cooperation with the limit plate 27 of the wall hanger 20, so that the dishwasher 10 maintains a stable state at a preset position of the wall. The third direction may be a direction perpendicular to the support surface 32 of the carrier, as in the state shown in fig. 3, the third direction is a vertical direction. In installing the dishwasher 10, a structure for fine-tuning the position of the dishwasher 10 may be disposed on the carrier 30, for example, a knob moving in a horizontal direction may be disposed, and the knob pushes against the sidewall of the dishwasher 10 to make the dishwasher 10 horizontally slide, and the position of the dishwasher 10 is fine-tuned on the rack by adjusting the horizontal position of the dishwasher 10. The bearing element 30 may be formed by combining two plate structures, or may be formed by directly using angle steel, for example, a support surface 32 is formed on one plate body of the angle steel, and the adjusting element 40 is disposed, and a first limiting surface 33 is formed on the other plate body, and the knob structure is disposed.
The utility model further provides an embodiment of the household appliance component on the basis of the support.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the household appliance assembly includes:
a home appliance device; the home appliance may be a dishwasher 10, a sterilizer, a microwave oven, etc. The household electrical appliance is installed in a wall-mounted mode, and therefore space is fully utilized. The household electrical appliance can be directly installed on the wall, and also can be installed on the wall of other installation objects 11, such as an integrated stove.
As in any of the above embodiments, the household appliance is mounted on the stand. The support 30 is supported on the bottom surface of the household appliance, and the wall hanger 20 is used for being mounted on the mounting object 11 so as to enable the household appliance to be in a wall-mounted state.
Taking the dishwasher 10 as an example, after the dishwasher 10 is maintained in a horizontal state by adjusting the angle of the dishwasher 10 by the adjusting part 40, the fixing part 22 is mounted on the wall hanger 20 to restrict the inclination of the dishwasher 10 from the upper end of the dishwasher 10, preventing the dishwasher 10 from falling down. The fixing member 22 may be installed on the hanging plate 26, or may be installed on the limiting plate 27, or two fixing members 22 may be installed on the hanging plate 26 and the limiting plate 27 at the same time, so as to achieve stable installation of the dishwasher 10.
The household appliance may be a dishwasher 10, a sterilizing cabinet, a microwave oven, etc., and when installed, the wall hanger 20 of the bracket is installed on an installation 11 such as a wall, and the bearing member 30 is extended in a direction away from the wall to support the household appliance. The stop surface of the fixed member 22 is opposite to the bearing member 30, and the household electrical appliance is stopped at the upper and lower sides of the household electrical appliance through the fixed member 22 and the bearing member 30, respectively, so that the household electrical appliance can be maintained at a preset position. By arranging the fixing member 22 on the wall hanging member, when the household electrical appliance is installed, the rear wall of the household electrical appliance can be close to the wall hanging member 20, so that the fixing member 22 can limit the upper end face of the rear side of the household electrical appliance. Since the switch door of the household electrical appliance is usually arranged at the front side, taking the dishwasher 10 as an example, when a user puts in bowls and chopsticks to be close to the rear side of the household electrical appliance, the limitation of the household electrical appliance is realized through the bearing piece 30 and the wall hanging piece 20, and the household electrical appliance is prevented from falling backwards through the wall hanging piece 20; when the user puts the chopsticks and the bowls close to the front side of the household electrical appliance, the household electrical appliance may tend to tilt forward, and the fixing member 22 can block the household electrical appliance from rotating relative to the bearing member 30 from the rear side of the household electrical appliance, so as to prevent the household electrical appliance from tilting.
After the household electrical appliance is installed on the bearing part 30, the angle adjustment of the household electrical appliance can be realized by moving the adjusting part 40 on the bearing part 30 or the wall hanging part 20, so that the household electrical appliance can be placed according to a preset angle, and the gravity center of the household electrical appliance can be kept at a preset position. The wall hanging piece 20 and the bearing piece 30 of the support are matched with at least two surfaces of the household appliance, so that the household appliance is limited. The first direction and the second direction are both directions facing to a specific surface of the household appliance, so as to push the distance between the position of the corresponding adjusting piece 40 on the household appliance and the surface of the bracket.
The angle between the carrier 30 and the wall hanger 20 may be determined by the shape of the outer surface of the household appliance, so that the carrier 30 can face the supporting surface of the household appliance. After the household electrical appliance is mounted on the bracket, the household electrical appliance can be mounted at a preset angle by adjusting the adjusting piece 40 at a preset position. Taking the dishwasher 10 as an example, when the dishwasher 10 operates, the structures such as the dish basket and the like are used for holding dishes and chopsticks and need to be installed at a specific angle. When the dishwasher 10 inputs the purified water, the dishwasher 10 may generate vibration during the purification process, and the dishwasher 10 may be maintained in a horizontal state by the adjusting member 40, so that the dishwasher 10 may be stably operated in a predetermined manner.
Through setting up on the wall pendant 20 mounting 22 and holding the weight of 30 and mutually supporting for the removal of restriction tame electric installation, when the focus skew of tame electric installation in the use, can block tame electric installation's skew through mounting 22, and then prevent that tame electric installation from toppling over, and then promote tame electric installation's security. When the center of gravity of the dishwasher 10 is shifted after the user puts the dishes and chopsticks, the dishwasher 10 may topple during the operation, the stop surface of the fixing member 22 can block the upper surface of the dishwasher 10, and limit the side of the dishwasher 10 close to the wall, so that the side of the dishwasher 10 close to the wall cannot be tilted forward, and the dishwasher can be prevented from toppling. Wherein, the fixing member 22 can be directly pressed on one side of the dishwasher 10 close to the wall, so that the overall gravity center of the dishwasher 10 is arranged close to the wall, and after a user puts in dishes and chopsticks, the overall gravity center of the dishwasher 10 shifts forwards, and the operation of the dishwasher 10 is not affected. And the whole vibration of the dishwasher during operation can be reduced by the acting force of the fixing part 22, and the safety of the whole household appliance assembly is further improved.
When the household electrical appliance component is kitchen electrical appliance, the household electrical appliance component can be installed on equipment such as an integrated stove, the support is fixed on the wall surface of the integrated stove, and the wall hanging piece 20 is fixed through structures such as bolts, so that household electrical appliance equipment can be integrated on the integrated stove.

1. A stand for supporting an appliance, the appliance having oppositely disposed bottom and top walls, the stand comprising:
the wall hanging piece is provided with a wall hanging plate and a limiting plate, the wall hanging plate and the limiting plate are arranged in an included angle mode, and the wall hanging plate is used for being connected to the wall surface of an installation object; and

and/or the limiting plate is provided with the adjusting piece, and the adjusting piece is arranged on the limiting plate in a reciprocating manner along a second direction so as to adjust an angle between a second wall surface of the household appliance and the limiting plate;

The rack of claim 6, wherein the bearing member has a supporting surface and a limiting surface connected with each other, the supporting surface and the limiting surface are respectively disposed toward the household electrical appliance, the limiting surface and the supporting surface form an included angle, and the supporting surface is used for bearing the household electrical appliance.
10. The carrier in claim 9, wherein the number of said load bearing members is two, and the stop surfaces of said two load bearing members are disposed opposite each other.
11. An appliance assembly, comprising:
a household appliance having a bottom surface and a top wall disposed opposite to each other; and
the stand of any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the appliance is mounted on a carrier of the stand, and the holder mount is provided on a top wall of the appliance.
12. The appliance assembly of claim 11, wherein the appliance is a dishwasher.
